Objects don't exits in business content (Infocube 0SD_C03)

Hello,
I have a problem. I tried to activate the business content in the RSA1 for the infocube 0SD_c03, and it says that there isn't some objects in the metdata repository.
What can I do???
I have a NetWeaver 7.0

can u list out the object.does it start with 0DB_* ,then just ignore it and install.Check the source sytem u have checked while collectig the infocube.

iam getting few errors
Error-1:- Characteristic 0COUNTY_CDE is still being used as target of transfer rule ZCOUNTY_TEXT
Error-2:- Char. 0CRM_OBTYP3 is exclusively an attribute (cannot be a navigation attribute)
Error-3:- Authorization field CRM_SALORG still being used in authorization objects
Error-4:- Cannot delete authorization field of InfoObject 0CRM_SALORG
Error-5:- InfoObject ZDGTDCODE is used in transfer rules (1CL_OMAT001_BB) of characteristic 0MATERIA
Can anyone please clarify regarding these kind of errors.

Hi Raj,
I have searched for those objects in the BI content for activating those objects, but those objects are not available in the BI content.
In general while activating the info cube if any object is in inactive means we will activate the object seperatly and we will activate the info cube it will resolve the issue. but here those 0DB-- objects are not available in the BI content.
While activating the sales and inventory info cube it was throughing the short dump, In the short dump it is showing these message.
ASSIGN_LENGTH_0 " "
SAPLSNR3 or "LSNR3F01"
LOCAL_BUFFER
please treat this as urgent.

Modification of business content infocube

Hi,
Suppose the requirement needs one more field in the business content infocube 0PA_C01. Do I need to change the infocube or copy this infocube to another and make the appropriate changes in the new one. If I modify 0PA_C01 what will be the upgrade implications.

Editing Business content infocubes and transfer structure

Please till me how to edit the installed business content cube , update rules and transfer structure.Once installed means where we can see the installed cube.

if you are activating a sd cube it will be visible in sd info area.
but if you want to see it in your own created info area
you have to drag and drop in your info area.
then you will be able to see it there.

Simulate installation-Business Content

When i am trying to simulate installation i am getting error message relating to mainly infoobjects.They are all infoobjects that are already active in the system.
I am trying to activate cube materials stocks/ movement(0ic_c03).I am using grouping "dataflow before and afterwards".For these match X or copy is checked and install is unchecked.
Please help.Points guaranteed.

Rajeev,
Try installing the IO's which are giving errror message first. And then try to install the business content infocube. Also for grouping, try using necessary objects only to make sure that you are not installing stuff you don't need. You can check the dataflow and install components separately.

Business Content Change

Can we change the objects delivered by sap Via Business Content . for example if an attribute needs to be added to an infoObject delivered by business content then can we change the business content infoobject after installing it to ur specific needs . Will it give any error in future while transporting, upgradation etc....

Hi Vijay,
You can make the changes in the infoobjects provided by SAP but you need to map the fields with the help of Exit so that you can populate the data into them.
Also, the idea should be copying the standard one to your Z object.

Business Content is a pre-configured set of information models based on consistent metadata in the SAP BW.
BI Content makes the supply of information available to those roles in an enterprise that require this information to complete their tasks.
BI Content consists of roles, workbooks, queries, InfoProviders, InfoObjects, InfoSources, transformation rules and extractors for SAP systems and any additional applications that have been selected.

Activating Statistics Business Content

I've been following these steps but perhaps I'm not experienced enough to follow them...can someone give me some more details. Especially explaining what the steps are doing.
I recently had a thread answered regarding activating the statistics BC for BW. I have been reading the following helpful guide but I have some questions.

1) Does this section here mean that i should just click on the header in question? What exactly does this option do? This BW system was created by others so I'm a bit unsure of whats there at this point and I don't want to break whats already there.
Heres an important point if you select only necessary objects only some of the above sections are listed. When you select Data Flow Before you may just get cubes/ods/multiprovider plus update and transfer rules, routines communication structures, etc. Some of these objects may be in use by other active content or developers so be careful to select the second column Match or copy. Info area and source system do not transport or install.
2) Does this mean that I should see roles, workbooks and queries on the right in the picture on page 5?
f. If you dont get what you see above, a second round of content activation may be needed to capture the SAP_BW_TCONT role which is Data Flow Afterwards and includes the role, workbook and queries.

Helloo,
Before activating Business content we can group them using one of the grouping options available here.
a) Only Necessary Objects - you only get what you selected
b) In Data Flow Before - you get cubes/ods/multiprovider plus update and transfer rules, routines communication structures, etc
c) In Data Flow Afterwds - Queries/ Workbooks, Roles, Templates etc..
d) Data Flow Before and Afterwds - both b) and C)
You can use any one of the above options. I prefer you to select 'Data Flow Before and Afterwds'. that will collect everything related to BW Stats.
"Match or Copy" :
If you dont selectt 'Match X Copy' checkbox when installing Business Content, your existing objects will be overwritten by business content objects.

The Match indicator is set by default to prevent the customer version being overwritten unintentionally. If the BI Content of the SAP delivery version is to be matched against the active version, you have to set the Install indicator separately.

Hi Bvasu,
The objects are not installed in business content, they are installed from business content.
All objects with a 0prefix in your system would be installed from business content.
If you want a list of infoobject , cubes, DSO already installed, you would need to go to their corresponding dictionary tables in SE16. Enter RS* <infoobject/cube/dso>* and press F4.
Check all active objects in these tables. You could also check the objects in meta data repository or transport connection.
For eg : - RSODSO, RSDIOBJ etc
Also your previous question on LO appended structure is not very clear. Please give further details.
You may not see the data in the extractor due to various reasons like filed is hidden in data source(unhide it).
The user exit code required to populate the appended fiel is not in place, or is not syntactically correct or the project is not active.
Set up table is not refilled since you have appended the extractor.
