Observing mutiple computers lower page delay or refresh time??

I am trying to use ARD 3 to monitor couple computers.
But the default refresh rate a real time and taking up too much bandwidth.
I wanted to observe those computer with an update rate of every 15 minutes.
Is this possible?
The problem is the Page delay is grey out under view options.

The delay does not represent the refresh time. The delay represents the amout of time to stay on a particular page before rotating to the next page.
To make the slider active, simply decrease the number of computers visible on one page.
ARD is in constant contact with the machines you are monitoring. There is no way to only update every 15 minutes.

OK....First,you are right, OS 5 has the 11 page limit....you must create folders of Apps until you get below 11 pages of combined folders and apps...NOTE.....the upgrade to OS 5 killed all of my old folders and folder organizations...this may be an issue for all????.....I have over 300 apps so when the old folders went away...I was left with 20 plus pages....only 11 visible....It took me awhile to find out what happened....Since I have 64G it seems that 11 visible pages is a silly limit since the apps are on the machine...

LOWER PAGE NO SCREEN JUST BLACK AND GRAY, HELP?

this started a week ago or almost 3 inches of the bottom of the page is black/gray solids,
if I go to internet explorer this doesn't happen or if i go to chrome no problem.
so i only have a little bit more than a half of screen to work with.
I have to an reset my computer, at a earlier date, then this screen goes away, but when I close down
and open again a screen show firefox loading and then the black/gray screen is back.
I have also unloaded firefox and reloaded. it makes no difference? Please help. I have never had any issues or problems with firefox .

I followed theses instructions, I turned off acceleration hardware and default to firefox home page. while in safe mode I notice when home page come up I had a full page no black and gray.
I then restarted and then the home page come up with black/gray lower
page. I also don't save history and etc, I did clear this?

Firefox 3.6.3 won't reload pages, pages reload blank, refresh won't work.

I have a problem with 3.6.3 in Windows 7 64-bit with pages not reloading when I navigate back to them or refresh due to a change in the page. As an example, on eBay, but when I hit resend, the page loads blank (over and over). I have to renavigate to the page to get it to load. For instance, if I am viewing my "watching" list and remove an item, the page would normally refresh with my changes (old Firefox), now it notifies me that I have changed the page, but the page itself won't load. Refreshing does nothing. I have taken a screen shot. I have to renavigate to the page to see it. This is very time consuming and therefore, annoying. Any help would be appreciated. I am using Windows 7, 64 bit.

Well, I found a fix that seems to work for me. I have dial-up so it may not work if you have broadband. These facebook games reference a great deal of links that can time-out on you and take forever to load. Oddly this came to me while watching the Isabella & Filomina Bing commerical. Your browser has to ping each link to find the proxy before it will load properly. So go to tools->options->advanced->settings and change it from manual to auto-detect. This should get your browser to load all the different links the facebook games need and won't time-out as much. It seems to work in Mafia Wars. I didn't want to mention it yet because I am still having problems loading facebook. Broadband modems usually have auto-detect hardwired which is usually faster than the browser auto-detect so if you have broadband i would leave it on manual, but you could try and see if it still works.

Eliminate Web page flicker on refresh

I have a page that I refresh and it takes 5 seconds or so to bring back the web report - i can live with the time because there are number of queries behind it.
However when i reload my page refreshes half way - ie draws half my page and then only fully refreshes when the data comes in.
This looks clumsy is theere a way to stop this.
ie press refresh and show blank or nothing until the data is retrieved?

Device Default Refresh Time

I was wondering what the default refresh time is for ZCM 11.2.4 MU 1?
Is there a recommended time that we should be setting this too?
Currently we are set at 2 hours, for a partial refresh, and 12 hours for a full refresh.
Has anyone seen/recommend that those settings should/could be adjusted to allow for faster refreshes?

That will "Slow Down" the refresh rate, but may speed logon times.
Unchecked, means it would check immediately and not delay to speed logons.
The Default delay is 5-6 minutes.
If you want new assignments to appear more quickly throughout the day,
you need to lower the partial and/or full refresh.
Partial Excludes Bundles but is everything else.
Full is everything.
Since Bundles may be want most interests some customers, I have seen
some have just turned off Partial and only do full at an increased
frequency.
Monitoring performance is important as you decrease the interval.

How to change Refresh Time in a Discoverer Portlet?

Hi,
I have added a discoverer portlet to my main portal page. The minimum refresh time for the discoverer page i could set is 1 hour. Is there any way i could change it to 1 min as this is getting real time data in the database which i would like to display immediately.
Any help/suggestion is most welcome. Thanks in advance.

i have searched both metalink and here but found nothing .. doesnt anybody know how to change the discoverer portlets refresh time interval anything other than 1 hour,1day,1week etc. (they are the only options available)

I have an issue regarding the e-mail system, and I wanted to know how I can add a default that the date and time is added automatically to the E-mail page everytime I draft a new e-mail.
Does anyone know how do create a "plug-in" to enable me to have the date and t ime posted on the e0-mail page every time i send a new e-mail ?
If there is a plug in which is compatible with Lion iMac computers thart insert the date and time into every E-mail I send ?

This supports macros and variables, it doesn't specifically state date and time, but if it supports variables I'd be surprised if it didn't have variables for those:

Thank you for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you receive email a few minutes faster on your iOS devices than on your Mac. This may be normal behavior, although there are a few settings that you can check if the delay is longer than that.
If you have a portable Mac, you may notice an improvement when it is connected to the power adapter. You can also select "Use IDLE command if the server supports it" from Preferences > Accounts > Advanced in the Mail menu (at the top left of the screen).

Check for new messages
When Mail gets new messages from the mail server. By default, the option is set to Automatically (Mail varies how often it gets messages, based on whether your Mac is plugged into an electrical outlet).
An IMAP account may get messages more frequently if the mail server supports the IDLE command; make sure the option to use it is selected in the account’s Advanced pane in Mail preferences.
If you set the option to Manually, click the Get Mail button in the Mail toolbar to check for messages. (Whenever you click an IMAP or Exchange mailbox, it syncs with the server, and shows new messages.)

I have tried rebooting the computer and it works for a few minutes then gets stuck.

I was curious if, in dreamweaver, you can set up a page to
automatically update at a certain time. For instance, I want the
home page to replace 2 buttons at 12:30pm on November 3. Is this
possible? Or do I have to upload a page manually at that time?

How can I have more than one page open at a time?

I would like to have more than one page open at a time- not tabs, but whole pages. How can I do this? I want to be able to have the pages side by side, instead of having to switch back and forth.
