Hi,
We're using data of cw views for feed our system information. Using Port_Inventory view we're noticing that data view aren't the same in ciscoworks web.
How's possible?

  • Seeing year information in album view itunes

wouldn't it be great if i could see the year the album was published in the album view. could be in the background behind the cover art, spreading from album 1...n for that year.

    Dutch Apple Fan,
In iTunes 11, "Albums" view is designed for people who like eye candy and pretty pictures.  If you actually want to see information, use "Songs" view.
This is a reduction in functionality from iTunes 10, where you could use List view together with Cover Flow, and get both the pictures and the information.

  • Modifying hover over information in thumbnail view in SharePoint 2013

I am looking for a solution to be able to change hover over information in thumbnail view of the picture library in SharePoint 2013 replacing the Name/Title caption with a different field ( in my case it is "Source ID").
Can any one help me with that?

    Hi Paul,
    please refer the thread
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/sharepoint/en-US/b8fdb57c-2a24-49ba-ae9d-905da3652ebf/modify-thumbnail-view-of-picture-library?forum=sharepointcustomizationlegacy
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\15\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\1033\IMGLIB.JS
and saw that InsertItem called the CItem function/constructor, and that the Item object that it was creating had a Caption property.  So I changed that property from "this.caption=baseName;" to  "this.caption=titleStr;".
After restarting IIS and refreshing my page I was now looking at the Title field instead of the name field in the Thumbnails view of my Picture Library.
Anyway, thanks to all who contributed... i've been working on this problem for a long time and am glad to have finally solved it.  Hopefully this post will be helpful to others.

  • How to get informations on x$ view

I want to know information on x$ view (or xm$ view).
Is there anyone to know how to get this information?
I would appreciate it if anyone let me know.

I would appreciate it if anyone let me know.To understand the X$ tables ( they are not views) , you need to understand what they represent. There is no site/note AFAIK which tells about the description of these tables in a clear and concise manner, makes sense as these are internal tables and are supposed to be known by Oracle's internal people only. At the most what you can find from the net is the description of the table's name , information about the column and their description is not avaiable anywhere. This you have to dig yourself.
For a start, you can see what the correspondng V$ view of the table is showing and than have to start matching the columns of the views with the X$ with your own research.

  • Location information on year view is not shown.

Strangely I do not see the location information of my pictures that are taken in 2014 when I am in the "Year" view in Photos app. If I go in to the year itself (2014), I do see that all pictures have location information.
I tried to reset the phone, turn of iCloud photo sync etc but nothing worked.
It is very annoying, any clue how to fix this?

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
              View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

  • Sharing information between tiled view and view bean

I have come across one more problem. I have a search result
page. This search result page has a static text field and a repeated group
(I simplified the page description, for explanation purpose). In the NetD
implementation they are maintaining a page level attribute (say boolean
haveSenisitiveCustomers) and setting this attribute in the
afterDataObjectExecute event. (This data object is associated with the
repeated). In end display event of static text field, they are displaying
message say " due to Registration type, not all customers meeting the
criteria are listed") if the haveSensitiveCustomers flag is set.
After Migration, the boolean flag and static Text Field movedto
SearchResultViewBean and afterDataObjectExecuteEvent has moved to
TiledViewBean. Actual processing done is more complicated than this
explanation. However, it boils down to sharing information between
tiledViewBean and its parent bean. How do we achieve this in the Migrated
    Application?
One way is to add getter methods in the child tiled view bean( to
access in parent view bean, call getRepeated1 and cast to the actual type
and invoke the get methods)Probably the typical solution (I say typical because I don't yet know) will
be to do what you suggest: provide methods between views that can be used to
determine the state needed for processing like this.
However, let me alert you to something that's different than ND, and which
may cause you some trouble. In ND, all retrieving DataObjects associated
with a page executed at one time, and the afterDataObjectExcecuteEvent fired
before any display processing began. However, in JATO, tiled views are
independent objects, and any models associated with them only execute when
the tiled view is first displayed.
Therefore, if the static test field you refer to appears in the page before
the tiled view, then the tiled view will not have executed its associated
model before the static text field is rendered. You will never see the
static text field display the text you want because you won't have the
information at display time. (If the text field appears after the repeated,
then it's not problem, as the display of the tiled view will have executed
the associate model before the field displays.)
The solution is to manually reference the tiled view and its associate model
before they would normally execute. You would execute the model and set the
tiled view's setAutoRetrieveEnabled() to false to prevent it from executing
the model a second time. Perhaps the easiest thing to do would be this:
    beforeStaticTextDisplay(...)
// Force the tiled view to execute the associated model
    Repeated1TiledView tiledView=
    (Repeated1TiledView)getChild("Repeated1");
    tiledView.beginDisplay();
    tiledView.setAutoRetrieveEnabled(false);
Although the beginDisplay() method will be executed twice in this case (once
deliberately, above, and later during actual display), there should be no
overhead. The beginDisplay() method doesn't do anything anyway except
execute associated auto-retrieving models and fire the
    afterAllModelsExecute() event.
Mike, do you concur or have any comments?

    Hi
well that makes sense, I did't see the transport files you mentioned in the Transport Queue in the
    ERP system.
But, in KB 1971036 it is explained that the newer transport files should be imported from
OSS Note 1916294 after deleting the functions /BODS/BODS. (see attachment)
Do you think I should import first the transport files from the Admin
directory, then reimport those from note 1916294 or not ?

    Why is this??
Where can we get information of the jobs submitted???
If an error occured when running job, from where, which DD View we can get this?

If you submit a job without specifying the NEXT_DATE and INTERVAL, Oracle treats it as a "single execution" job. It is removed from the job queue once it is completed.

  • How to display Long text information in my view

    Hi
I have a long text of static information , which i need to show in my view. its like agreement information. The user must be able to read it . It has some 20 lines of text. Which is the appropriate control to be used to show the information ?

    Hi Naresh
I had some options of displaying the long text in the view.
option 1 - The long text in sap table was in multiple rows in terms of having each line as one record and when displayed looks like  a paragraph statement. So I used a webdynpro table to populate the rows and made invisible the row/column lines. So When you run it on the browser it will display like a long text. By default, SAP table will have column some length of 72 characters, which I changed to 140 charcs, to get a long sentence formation.
option 2 - If the long text is not from SAP table and its kind of direct information, then just keep on pasting the text in the text view by providing spaces appropriately, so that the display will be a continous form of paragraph. This is a trial and error way and providing the spaces between the lines.
option 3 - Store the long text in a text file and call a import parameter, which will read the whole text and store it in string (node) and display it text view. ( alignment cannot be gauranteed)
option 4 - Last one, is to call a office (msword) or a pdf control , which will display the long text through the word editor or a pdf form.
If you have any specific issues do write back to the forum.
    thanks

  • Information from two views in one report

I posted a thread earlier but I think I was little amibiguous about my problem and posted too much info. on the background of the problem maybe I can clarify.
I have a report on a view TRK_CALLS_VIEW. This is dblinked to a table. Columns include
    User_
    Assigned_to
    Problem
    Solution
    Status
Here is my region source code:
    SELECT webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW.ID, webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW.USER_, webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW.ASSIGNED_TO, webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW.PROBLEM, webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW.SOLUTION, webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW.STATUS
    FROM webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW
    WHERE
    ( STATUS = 'Open' and :P2_REPORT_SEARCH is null )
    or
    ( regexp_like( USER_ || '#' || ASSIGNED_TO || '#' || PROBLEM || '#' ||
    SOLUTION || '#' || STATUS, :P2_REPORT_SEARCH, 'i' ) )
I want to include columns from another view in the report. TRK_USER_VIEW.
    Columns include:
    id
    lname
    fname
User_ from TRK_CALLS_VIEW contains the same number as id in TRK_USER_VIEW.
How would I add this to my existing code and have the names corespond to the correct id
    Thanks

so in the above code you can see that both the webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW and webb.TRK_USER_VIEW have some column that are named the same. eg/ "USER_","id". That is fine as SQL has provided a means to uniquely identify the columns. When you join these two views together and try to select or reference either the USER_ or id column without specifying which view you want to get the information from then that creates ambiguity and the compiler does not know if you want the USER_ form view 1 or view 2 and thus there is an error.
To solve this issue we need to use . (dot) notation to specify the object (in this case view) which holds the column we want. We will also alias columns which share the same name. Here is how we would modify the above SQL statement:
    SELECT
    ------ View 1 ------
tcv.ID          "TCV_ID", -- ID has been aliased to a unique name.
           tcv.USER_,
           tcv.ASSIGNED_TO,
           tcv.PROBLEM,
           tcv.SOLUTION,
           tcv.STATUS,
    ------ View 2 -------
tuv.id          "TUV_ID", -- ID has been aliased to a unique name.
           tuv.lname,
           tuv.fname
-- also i used the alias tcv and tuv so that i could refer to the views by just using the alias rather than the lengthy view name.
    FROM webb.TRK_CALLS_VIEW tcv,
         webb.TRK_USER_VIEW tuv
-- This is where we JOIN the views on a key value. In this case USER_.
-- Always make sure your joins are the first portion of your where clause.
    WHERE tcv.USER_ = tuv.USER_
-- I have explicetly referenced the view i want the column to come from by putting
-- "tcv." infront of each column name. This tells the compiler to use TRK_CALLS_VIEW
      AND ( tcv.STATUS = 'Open' and :P2_REPORT_SEARCH is null )
       OR ( regexp_like( tcv.USER_ || '#' || tcv.ASSIGNED_TO || '#' || tcv.PROBLEM || '#' ||
          tcv.SOLUTION || '#' || tcv.STATUS, :P2_REPORT_SEARCH, 'i' ) )
    {code}

  • Metadata informations in grid view

I would like to get better readable metadata information on the frames of the thumbnails in grid view and if possible in the extended version also on the bottom part of the frame. The light gray in the second line has too low contrast.
In German version (or you cuold do this for general) there should be a possibility to shorten the information for a + or - exposure correction in e.g. +1EV or - 0.5EV, because now it take to much space and therefore it is not readable. This information is very important for HDR and therefore it would be great if you could optimize the design.

This forum is primarily focused on the new features and bugs in the beta release, so it'll be closed when the beta finishes.  The best place to get your requests considered is the Feature Request forum http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family because others can also add their votes so Adobe can see which requests are most popular, and the requests can be easily tracked.  They stand a much better chance of getting attention there too.

  • How to get visibility information on a view during runtime?

    Dear experts,
I want to trigger an event, just when a view becomes invisible.
Is there a possibility to get the visibility information in theWDDOmodify method e.g?
    kind regards,
         Sahla

    Hello Pooja,
The WDDOEXIT of the view will only be used when the whole application is exit ( on browser refresh).
It is not called when just the POWL refresh is selected.
I tried to set breakpoints in all componentcontroller, window and view hook methods to find out which method is called only  when the details view is not visible. But I couldn't figure it out.
The wddomodify of the view is called, but I cannot get any visibility information there.
the WDDOAFTERACTIOM of the view is called, but the refrence to the actions is always initial. I cannot decide whether refresh has been selected or another UI action.
The WDDOCLOSE of the window is not entered when the POWL_DETAIL window becomes invisible.
The details view and all related controller are initialized once and they live during the whole session.
Their hook methods are called even if the view is not visible.
The cleanest way to solve this problem is to trigger a portal event from the get_objects method.
But this is now not avaiable.
I tried up to now to use WD features as a workaround. But I coudlb't find the right feature to use..
    kind regards,

  • Hiding song information in MiniPlayer view

How do I make the song information disappear from Miniplayer view so that I can view the full album cover?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
To keep items private from Family Sharing members, you can simply hide the purchases by following the steps in the article below.

  • How do I email my photos to instructor so extended information can be viewed.  He says they need to be in jpeg file.  When I test copy to myself I cant get this information.

How do I email my photos from iphoto to my instructor so the extended information can be accessible.  I have tried emailing from share and included titles and descriptions but when I test it to me I can not access the extended info.  Also how can I email more than one photo in one email.  These photos are for a class and have not been altered by iphoto.  Thanks

Select a photo and export it to the desktop (file menu == export) and in the finder select it and show info - is the info you want there (it is for me) - If it is Then attach that photo to an e-mail sand send it - if the info does no arrive then g-mail is the issue
BTW You can use Apple mail and configure it to use G-Mail as its server

  • Get information from weekly view when in quarterly view

    Hi Experts,
We are using data view that displays the data in Quarters.
In the same planning book we have a weekly view.
Our issue is now that I need to calculate on an aux-keyfig. in the quarter view using data from  a specifik KF in the weekly view. The issue is that I ONLY want the data from week 1, present year...
Normally you would get the aggregated data, but I need only the data from week one.
How can this be done in the quarterly view?
Looking forward to hearing from  you!
    Br Brian

    Hi Brian,
If you are using a macro to this, then please try the user defined - period in the macro rather than future or past. here you can specify your own dates and it might solve your issue.
    Thanks,
