Obtaining special offer licenses?

A while back we bought Crystal reports developer. This pack came with an offer for a 5-user named license for Crystal Server.
The licensing details document we received stated "A special introductory offer of Crystal Reports Server is included in Crystal Reports Developer and Professional Editions.
This was to include a five named-user license for Crystal Reports Server.
The instructions were to download the licenses from the Business Objects website but we were unable to do that and now, of course everything has changed.
Is there any way we can obtain these licenses, or is it no longer an option for us?

I don't believe this offer stands after the SAP take-over.

  • Creative Cloud special offer and Lightroom 5 Perpetual license

    hi,
right now there is a special offer with photoshop CC and lightroom 5.
I understand that photoshop CC is limited to the duration that you are a member - but does this offer include a perpetual license for Lightroom?

    Hi sagene ,
The special price for $ 9.99 is only for photo shop cc and light room 5. No , this offer does not include a perpetual license for light room .

  • Upgrade to Adobe CC with the conditions of the "special offer" (35,69€ / year) with an old registered CS5 Students Edition?

    Hi!
I just tried to update my Adobe Creative Suite to Adobe CC. I have a registered CS5.5 Master Collection from 2012 that I bought while studying (Students Edition).
On the Adobe Website I can choose the CC as a special offer and a price o 35,69€ per year. When my Serial is checked they say that I'm not allowed to use this special offer.
Does anybody know what's the problem? Can't I use the special offer with the old serial of a student's edition?
    Thank's for your help!
    Best!!!

No.  Student licenses cannot be used per the terms and conditions...

I just bought PS CC and Lightroom off of Adobes website (special offer today), but it onlu downloads PS and I cant redownload Lightroom in CC. I had CC installed before and tested som trials, Lightroom included, but now I have payed for Lightroom and PS CC, but I can't download and use Lightroom. The trial keeps asking me for a serial number. What to do?

You can go to Help > sign out... restart PS and if you see "license this product", click on that and sign in.
You can also sign out of Creative Cloud Desktop app (Gear icon > Preferences Account >Sign out    Reboot your computer and Sign in.
Ask in the Creative cloud forum Adobe Creative Cloud

  • I have cs5 photoshop, but it won't let me buy the complete special offer at 29.99

I have cs5 photoshop, but it won't let me buy the complete special offer at 29.99. When I type in the serial, it says that I am not eligible, but I can't figure out why.

    Hi there
Just to clarify - the complete special offer is available to customers with a registered CS3-CS6 individual product or Suite.  However, education or volume licenses do not qualify.
It appears that your CS5 is an educational version.  If you are no longer in education & don't qualify for the Student/Teacher plan, please contact our Sales team on 800-585-0774 who can assist further.

  • Adobe subscription special offer at US$ 9.99 per month.

Adobe advertises to me on the special offer for Adobe Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 for US$ 9.99 per month. When I try to purchase, it says not availble in my country. This is very deceptive. Why advertise to me if I cannot use the special offer? I already own Lightroom 5 which I purchased a while back. If this is the way we are treated then I will not renew any of Adobe products and find something else to use. José Masson

If you have the PS+LR bundle, then you should install the Creative Cloud app, first.   One CC is installed, it’ll show all your eligible products on its Apps list, with Install buttons next to the apps you’re licensed to use, and Trial or Try next to the apps you’re not licensed to use.
The CC app is the first thing on the Adobe Products page.  It is a desktop app, not tablet app.

  • Will not let me access special offer - says my product is not registered

My photoshop elements is registed on my domain but it will not let me access the special ?
This is the message i get when i try login... Although when i go into my account my photoshop elements is clearly registered?
    any help ?
We don't have any registered products associated with this Adobe ID
If you have a product that hasn't been registered yet, just enter the serial number below, and we'll check to see if it's eligible.

@smurf4t1 - I have alerted the team responsible for the Special Offers page.
The text "Offer available to all registered users of individual products and suites, CS3 or later. Not available for education or volume licensing customers" does not specify which products do or do not qualify.
The error message "We don't have any registered products associated with this Adobe ID" is also not clear since you have registered Photoshop Elements.
Here is the email I believe you received:
You clicked on the yellow Join now button and a page opened in your browser looking like this:
If you happened to click on the Learn More or the full promotional terms links, neither clarified that Photoshop Elements did not qualify.
Upon entering your Adobe ID and password, and clicking the blue Sign In button you were shown the error message "We don't have any registered products associated with this Adobe ID" whose screen shot you helpfully provided. You expected to see this:
If you followed a different set up steps please correct me, but I am guessing this were your steps. You can either reply to this post or email me at [email protected]

  • Requirements for Special Offer (CS3 Upgrade or Full Version?)

    Hello,
I'm thinking about upgrading from CS6 to Creative Cloud and have a question regarding the requirements for the special offer. On the website it says "Requires prior purchase of CS3 or later" and I'm wondering if I need a full version of CS or an upgrade? I have a Photoshop 6 (Full Version) and a "Design Standard CS3 Upgrade" - is this enought to qualify for the special offer?
That would also mean, I could sell my independet upgrade-packages of CS5 and CS6, since I would not have a need for them if I keep the CC-subscription.
    Thanks
    Jan

    Piotr,
Based on Dec9's comment, it sounds like an upgrade.
    However, you state:
had the licence transferred to me.
Did the seller furnish you with the "official" Adobe license transfers. There is paperwork involved, and did you get that? What does it say? Adobe makes it easy for a seller to transfer a license legally to another, and there is necessary paperwork involved. You should be, first able to see how Adobe noted the software, and if there is confusion, then will have something to use, when you contact Adobe C/S on licensing/Activation issues. Or, you'll have paperwork to use against the seller when you contact eBay.
    Good luck,
    Hunt

  • Skype special offers available in Canada?

    Hi,
I would like to purchase the Skype phone offered in your "Special Offers" - However I cannot add Canada as a country of reference (it only allows the USA as an option). Is there any way I can purchase this phone...or any other hardware for that matter...in Canada?
    Many thanks,
    Jabula

Unfortunately, according to the Skype website (http://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10181/Why-can-t-I-download-the-app-from-the-Ca nadian-App-Store?frompage=category):
+Why can't I download the app from the Canadian App Store?+
+There is a patent-license issue in Canada which prevents us from making Skype available on the iPhone in Canada for the time being.+
So, until this is resolved, we're still at the mercy of Rogers/Telus/Bell...

  • If I choose the Special Offer for CS customers when purchasing Creative Cloud, will it void my previous licence?

or will I have the cloud licence in addition to the existing CS4 licence?

Your previous CS4 license is still ok.

  • Special Offer for Existing Creative Suite 6 Users

I purchased in December 2012 an Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master license for EUR 3,219.00.
Today I learned that Adobe will in future provide the new Creative Suite applications only via Creative Cloud and that I am entitled to a special discount for the first year Creative Cloud subscription (i.e. monthly price of EUR 24.59 instead of EUR 61.49).
So I am able to save EUR 442.80 for the first year of the Creative Cloud subscription.
As the new Creative Cloud applications are available from June 2013 I also saved the monthly subscription prices for December 2012 till May 2013 (i.e. 6 months) and therefore further EUR 368.94 (= 6 x EUR 61.49).
Subsequently, I would have the following disadvantages if I subscribe in June for the Creative Cloud:
    - EUR 2,407.26 additional costs compared to a Creative Cloud subscription in December 2012 (i.e. = 3,219.00 - EUR 442.80 - EUR 368.94)
    - I am only able to use Adobe Acrobat XI from June onwards
No I am just wondering why I do not feel happy about the generous special offer I received from acrobat and the fact that I saw now warning on the acrobat homepage in December that I have to switch to the Creative Suite in June 2013 if I would like to use the current applications in future.

MAybe won´t help - but you are not alone.
I think mostly 85% of long time users hate this company now.

  • Current Photoshop and Lightroom 5 special offer for $9.99 / month

I want to buy the offer for $9.99 / month (photoshop and lightroom 5), but I purchased lightroom 5 a few months ago (then I still bought it outright).  If I cancel in a year this special offer will I also loose lightroom 5 then????

If you cancel the offer in a year,  you lose PS CC and LR CC in a year.     But if you own LR5, you will still have LR5.

The special offer for the printer that is going on with a Mac, how does that work? Is it true i can get a free printer?

you pay for it up front, and they give you a rebate or $99, so if you buy a $99 printer from them (Epson Stylus NX430 Small-in-One Color Inkjet Printer $99.95) then the printer becomes free. You can not get this deal unless you also buy a mac with it.
