OBVCU - Permitted destination countries

Hello,
I define a payment method Z with a list of permitted destination countries.
When I execute the payment run with F110 for a country which is not part of the permitted destination countries, I have an error saying "No valid procedure".
Then the payment is blocked for payment (red bullet in the payment proposal).
But when I click on the button Reallocation in order to reallocate the document to be paid taking the payment method Z defined, the system does not prompt error message and let the payment run carried out without problem.
and we dont want the payment run to be executed as the country is not defined in the permitted destination countries.
Could you tell me if there is a way to block this?
Is it possible to have a check when using the button Reallocation?
Should the DMEE tree be updated with the permitted countries?
Thanks for your help,
Kind regards,
Chiachen

    Please consider the following points.
    1. I need the table names
    2. Table having combination plant and vendor
    Please help me on this

    Hi
Originating country is vendor country , found in LFA1 table.
Destination country is the country of plant if the delivery address has not been changed manually or storage location address if storage location address is maintained.
For plant country you can get it from T001W & for storage location you will get the address number from TWLAD table for plant & storage location combination & then you can get the country from table ADRC using this address number.

    RIGHTS AND LICENSES
This Novell Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal
agreement between You (an entity or a person) and Novell, Inc.
("Novell") with respect to the software product identified in the
title of this Agreement, media (if any) and accompanying documentation
    (collectively the "Software").
The Software is a collective work of Novell. You may make and use
unlimited copies of the Software for Your distribution and use within
Your Organization. You may make and distribute unlimited copies of
the Software outside Your organization provided that: 1) You receive
no consideration; and, 2) you do not bundle or combine the Software
with another offering (e.g., software, hardware, or service). The
term "Organization" means a legal entity, excluding subsidiaries and
affiliates with a separate existence for tax purposes or for legal
personality purposes. An example of an Organization in the private
sector would be a corporation, partnership, or trust, excluding any
subsidiaries or affiliates of the organization with a separate tax
identification number or company registration number. In the public
sector, an example of Organization would be a specific government
    body or local government authority.
The Software is a modular operating system. Most of the components
are open source packages, developed independently, and accompanied by
separate license terms. Your license rights with respect to
individual components accompanied by separate license terms are
defined by those terms; nothing in this Agreement (including, for
example, the "Other License Terms and Restrictions," below) shall
restrict, limit, or otherwise affect any rights or obligations You may
have, or conditions to which You may be subject, under such license
    terms.
While the license terms for a component may authorize You to
distribute the component, You may not use any Novell marks (e.g., SUSE
and SUSE LINUX) in distributing the component, whether or not the
    component contains Novell marks.
    OTHER LICENSE TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS
The Software is protected by the copyright laws and treaties of the
United States ("U.S.") and other countries and is subject to the
terms of this Agreement. The Software is licensed to You, not sold.
The Software may be bundled with other software programs ("Bundled
Programs"). Your license rights with respect to Bundled Programs
    accompanied by separate license terms are defined by those terms;
nothing in this Agreement shall restrict, limit, or otherwise affect
any rights or obligations You may have, or conditions to which You may
be subject, under such license terms.
Novell reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. You may not:
    (1) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except
and only to the extent it is expressly permitted by applicable law or
the license terms accompanying a component of the Software; or (2)
transfer the Software or Your license rights under this Agreement, in
    whole or in part.
Since the Software is of pre-release quality, You should not use the
Software in a commercial or production system. The Software has not
been fully tested and may contain errors and omissions. The Software
should be used only in a testing environment. Novell does not
guarantee that a commercial version of the Software will become
generally available to the public, that target dates will be met, or
that associated products will be released. The entire risk arising
out of Your use of the Software remains with You. The Software may
contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a
certain period of time, so You should back up Your system and take
other measures to prevent any loss of files or data. Use of the
Software is entirely at Your own risk.
You understand and agree that Novell may use any feedback or
information You provide and You hereby grant Novell a perpetual and
irrevocable license to use all such feedback and information for any
purpose without compensation to You, provided that Novell shall not
publicly reference Your name in connection therewith. You represent
and warrant that such feedback and information will not include any
proprietary or confidential information of You or any third party and
that You have full authority to grant the foregoing license.

SUBSIDIARIES, OR EMPLOYEES WILL IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, TORT, ECONOMIC OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS OR DATA, EVEN
IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.
    (b) Direct Damages. IN NO EVENT WILL NOVELL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR
DIRECT DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OR PERSON (WHETHER IN ONE INSTANCE OR A
SERIES OF INSTANCES) EXCEED 1.25 TIMES THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE
SOFTWARE OUT OF WHICH SUCH CLAIM AROSE [OR $50 (U.S.) IF YOU RECEIVED
THE SOFTWARE FREE OF CHARGE]. The above exclusions and limitations
will not apply to claims relating to death or personal injury. In
those jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
damages, Novell's liability shall be limited or excluded to the
maximum extent allowed within those jurisdictions.
    GENERAL TERMS
Term. This Beta Agreement becomes effective on the date You legally

follows. This Beta Agreement shall terminate upon the earlier of: (i)
90 days from the date of installation of the Software, (ii) the next
release of a pre-release version, if any, of the Software, (iii) first
commercial shipment by Novell of the Software, (iv) written notice of
termination by either party, or (v) the date on which You breach any
of the terms of this Beta Agreement. Upon termination of this Beta
Agreement, You must cease use of the Software, return to an original
state any actions performed by the Software, destroy the original and
all copies of the Software or return them to Novell, and delete the
    Software entirely from Your systems.
Benchmark Testing. This benchmark testing restriction applies to You
if You are a software vendor or if You are performing testing on the
Software at the direction of or on behalf of a software vendor. You
may not, without Novell's prior written consent not to be unreasonably
withheld, publish or disclose to any third party the results of any
benchmark test of the Software. If You are a vendor of products that
are functionally similar to or compete with the Software ("Similar
Products"), or are acting on behalf of such a vendor, and You publish
or disclose benchmark information on the Software in violation of this
restriction, then notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the
Similar Product's end user license agreement, and in addition to any
other remedies Novell may have, Novell shall have the right to perform
benchmark testing on Similar Products and to disclose and publish that
benchmark information and You hereby represent that You have authority
to grant such right to Novell.
Transfer. This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned without
the prior written approval of Novell.
Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the
State of Utah, U.S. Any action at law relating to this Agreement may
only be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction of the

Association, this Agreement is governed by the laws of that country,
and any action at law may only be brought before a court of competent
    jurisdiction of that country.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Upgrade/Additive Agreement
(if applicable) sets forth the entire understanding and agreement
between You and Novell and may be amended only in a writing signed by
both parties. NO LICENSOR, DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, RETAILER, RESELLER,
SALES PERSON, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT OR
TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR PROMISE THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM, OR IN

unless in writing, signed by a duly authorized representative of the
party to be bound. No waiver of any past or present right arising from
any breach or failure to perform will be deemed to be a waiver of any
future right arising under this Agreement.
Severability. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or
unenforceable, that provision will be construed, limited, modified or,
if necessary, severed, to the extent necessary, to eliminate its
invalidity or unenforceability, and the other provisions of this
    Agreement will remain unaffected.

with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and the laws of host

Well I'm not surprised that some people jump on anything Suse does, it annoys me no one wants to mention the good they do, do.
They sponsor a lot of development for a lot of things, shame rather than sniping at other distros we can't just work together and agree to disagree. Whilst we may disagree with bits I bet we use a fair few bits that are/have been sponsored by Novell/Suse. SCO....

  • Country of Departure Blank - Customs Decl. Line Item

    Hi -
I have several customs declaration documents where the line items themselves are missing the country of departure value.  Looking in our development environment I am seeing that 90% of our documents have country of departures listed at the line item level while the remaining 10% do not.
I am failing to see why some would contain this information and some would not.  We stumbled across this when we were reviewing a custom report that used that field to make other data determinations.
    Has anyone else seen this?
    Thanks,
    Rachael

    Hi Dave -
Thanks for the heads up on checking the feeder system .  I was able to see that the foreign trade data is maintained at the item level and at least, at a minimum, the country of origin is being stored correctly on customs export declaration at the line item level.  The departure / destination countries are still only being stored at the header level of the customs declaration.
We did get a response from SAP on this and apparently this was a change that was made between GTS 8 and 10.  We just upgraded on Feb 16 and my colleague was able to determine that anything after this point in time no longer stored departure countries at the item level.  In addition, we recently migrated from country-specific numbering schemes for the US, MX to country independent.
So at this point I think my question was answered, the departure / destination countries will only be stored at the header from this point forward.
    Thanks for the response!

  • Unable to overwrite 'Dispatching Country' field in Purchase Order

  • Mns of trsp - border

    Hello all
When I create a purchase order (ME21n) I got a error that I have to fill this field
    Header => Import=> Handling => Mns of trsp - border (Field = EIKP-STGBE)
Origin of Means of Transport when Crossing the Border ?
Normally I don't have to fill it, but why now?
And what country I have to add there?
    Best regards Tuomo

    Dear Toumo,
    T. Code: VI95
I think, you need to check Fields: ModeOfTrnsprt-Border, and DomestModeOfTransp., under Tab: transport.
Export import should be "2 - Dispatch/Export" and enter the Destination and Departure countries and enter the mode of transport of border and domestic mode of transport and enter the office of exit.
If you are created delivery from purchase order or stock transport order follow this step also
SPRO --> IMG --> Material management --> Purchaing --> Foreign trade customs --> Transportation data --> Define default data for stock transport order --> For shipping point and plant and documnet category (Purchase order or stock transport order) assing the customsof and mode of transport and export import procedure)
    Best Regards,
    Amit
    Note:
To Create Mode of transport of border and Domestic mode of transport
SPRO --> IMG --> Material management --> Purchaing --> Foreign trade customs -->Transportation data- -> Define modes of transport --> create the mode of transport-border (for the departure country and destination countries)
_To Create Office of exit _
SPRO --> IMG --> Material management --> Purchaing --> Foreign trade customs -->Transportation data --> Define customs office for departure country and destination countries

  • The import data is incomplete or missing

    Hi,
I have created a contract with a foreign (european) vendor. When doing the call-off from the contract I get this message "The import data is incomplete or missing" because the import procedure is'nt copied to the PO.
The foreign trade data (<b>Commodity code</b> and <b>Export/import material group</b> is maintained in the Material master.
In the Purchasing Info Record I can specify the Import Procedure and that's copied to the PO.
How am I able to copy the Import Procedure to my PO, when calling off from a contract.
    /AH

    Hi,
If you want to get that message eleminated then you need to fill in all the data in the header and item level import data tab in PO(call Off)
Make use of the small button Incomplete analysis which you would find on import tab page in PO.
It will tell you which dayta is not maintained.
Mostly you will have to enter data in the sub tab Origin/Destination/Countries Involved tab for Import procedure and BusinessTrans Types fields.
If you do not find any values then maintan it.To do so press F1 on the field then it would take you to Performance assistance screen. From there you click the key icon which will take you to the correct IMG node.
Like this maintain every field the analysis suggests you both for item level and also Header level.
By the way even if you do not maintain this data, system should allow you to save the PO.
    Regards,
    Manoj

  • Error in export license assignment

    Hello gurus,
For legal regulation EAR, I'm checking 3 partner functions for destination country i.e. End user, ship-to & sold-to. I have a sales order with end user in IN (India), ship-to in US & sold-to in SG (Singapore). When assigning an export license (with destination countries as SG, US, IN in the license), I'm getting below error. It allows me to assign the license but after license assignment, the sales order continues to remain blocked. Please let me know why it remains blocked. What exactly is this error message mean?
License is required for country US SG IN (see log)
    Message no. /SAPSLL/CON_CORE243
    Thanks,
    Satish

    Hello Satish,
First of all, the function of 'Check all partner function in the partner group' is enabled per your description. In this matter, the system will only release the document if all the licenses are determined and assigned under the relevant partner country.
Yes, your assumption for not to maintain determination strategy is partially correct, this is not true for the case of function of 'Multiple license type' and 'Check all partner functions in partner group'. For these scenarios, it is not simple that any time system will release the document if one license is assigned to.
Concerning the error message 'License is required for country US SG IN', if you refer to the log in detail, which shows the system were unable to determine the licenses under the license type of country US, SG and IN, please simply maintain the appropriate license determination strategy to force system find the appropriate license type.
Also, it is also interesting to see your comment 'half baked solutions in 10.1', can you also please elaborate more on some of the things you think 'never worked the way they're supposed to'?
    Thanks,
    Derek

  • Outbound Delivery Scheduling Discussion

    Hello Folks,
I am about to work on a assignment to setup and configure the outbound scheduling for delivery documents. The reason I start this post is to get input from you all experts on what are the steps involved and what kind of considerations should be kept in mind while working on this.
We will be doing shipping point based scheduling.....
So far I have noted down the following activities which need to be carried out :
    1) Transportation zones
    2) No of routes / route determination
    3) combinations of departure/destination countries
    4) departure/receiving zones
    5) what shipping conditions
    6) different means of transport
    7) transportation groups
    8) weight groups definition ( if applicable )
    9) combination of shipping point and destination countries
    10) decision on load time, pick/pack time at shipping point level.
    11) Master Data : assignment of transportation zones to ship-to's
Pl advice further on what other activities should be done in preparation for carrying outbound delivery scheduling...
Apart from the activities if you have any comments/concerns that should be kept in mind then kindly share that also.
    Thanks In Advance!!
Your inputs will really help me in getting to a foolproof solution..

    Hi,
u2022Different Times involved in delivery scheduling-
         Pick/Pack Time
         Loading Time
         Transportation Time
         Transit Time
u2022Shipping point calculate: - Pick/Pack Time, Loading Time
u2022Route calculate: - Transportation Time, Transit Time
Backward scheduling- system confirms the quantity of delivery on the basis of customer request delivery date.
Forward scheduling- system confirms the quantity on the basis of New Material availability date.
Precise scheduling-the system calculates and displays the results of scheduling down to minute. If you have maintained the working times of the shipping point, the system performs precise scheduling.
Daily scheduling: - the system uses days, hours, and minutes for calculation, but only displays the resulting dates.
Route schedule: - the route is used to determine the transportation lead-time and transit time. For Transportation lead-time precise scheduling uses the working times of the shipping point; daily scheduling uses the factory calendar of the shipping point. For the transit time both types of scheduling use the factory calendar of the route to determine when route is used.
     You can use the route schedule to organize outbound deliveries from a particular shipping point to different ship to party.
      The route schedule generally contains: Route, Departure date and time, list of ship to party and itinerary (optional)
     You can use route schedules in sales order, stock transfer and outbound deliveries.
     In customizing, you define whether a route schedule should be assigned for each shipping point, order type, purchasing doc. type (Delivering plant) and delivery type.
Picking location / storage location determination: - MALA, RETA, MARE
u2022     MALA: - determination based on the shipping point, the delivering plant, and the storage location (Material master-plant data/storage 1)
u2022     RETA: - Determination based on the delivering plant, situation, and the storage condition.
u2022     MARE: - First MALA then RETA

  • Billing Document Currency

    Hi Fellow members,
Facing one business scenario, Where one of our top Customer will place a single sales order(Example of Quantities: 100,150,300) & they need different currencies at line item wise(Due to billing partner/Payer can be from different countries) i.e. for Quantity: 100 currency should be: USD, for 150 it should be: EUR & for 300: HKD (HongKong Dollor).
For these 3 line items, Billing document will be different so the Billing Document currency should be only the Line item currency.
Need to know that, How we can copy the line item currency from sales order to the billing document as my Sales document currency can be differ from line item currency.
    Waiting for prompt reply.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Ashish,
I believe in the Sales Area Data - Sales Tab of Payer Partner you can enter Currency.
Now since currency & Payer will be different for each line item of the Sales Order, the Invoice will be split and you will have individual Billing Document for each Payer (& currency).
By the way, what will be the destination countries (Delivery location) of each of these line Items? I feel since the payer are paying in different currencies, probably the Destination countries are also different and you may also have Delivery split.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
For security purposes, the IP address for the Windows Update web site constantly changes and it is not a fixed address. Also, there is no official publication of the
IP addresses. We normally advise against defining IP addresses on the firewall for this purpose. Instead, we suggest either allowing all outbound connections to http & https ports or defining the DNS addresses as permitted destinations for traffic via
    the firewall.
For up-to-date information about the IP's being used by Windows Update, use the DNS system, as this is the only reliable up to date source of information. If you use
DNS, make sure the following destination hosts are specified:
    http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
    http://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
    https://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
    http://*.update.microsoft.com
    https://*.update.microsoft.com
    http://*.windowsupdate.com
    http://download.windowsupdate.com
    http://download.microsoft.com
    http://*.download.windowsupdate.com
    http://wustat.windows.com
    http://ntservicepack.microsoft.com
    http://stats.microsoft.com

    Thanks for your understanding.
    Best Regards,
    Nina

  • Cannot use Office 365 Subscription

    Hey all,
So I have a Office 365 subscription with 60 mins free per month. This subscription shows on my account.
I have signed into my Android phone with the same account yet cannot make any calls, says to buy credit or a subscription.
I thought maybe this was due to mobiles sometimes being classed as non-geographic. So went online to buy a subscription but it said I had one and it would overlap. Checked the details of the Microsoft Office 365 plan and should include mobile and landline numbers to the UK(where I am dialling to/live).
    Please help thanks

Hi and welcome to the Skype Community,
UK mobile are not included, where did you read that? The list of included destination countries is to be found here: http://www.skype.com/en/offers/office365/

  • Curve 8330 SIM Card for International Calls How to?!

I have Verizon, who tells me my phone only works in US -- however, I have seen posts that seem to imply you can purchase/change a SIM card so the phone will work overseas.  If possible, how does this work, exactly? What do I ask to have have turned off/on; where do I purchase SIM card? How do I install it? What features should I look for? Is this at all possible? Can someone give me step by step help (for the technically deeply challenged) on how to make my US only phone intrernational (I need the UK and Egypt ... but I'll settle for UK only).
My sonic screwdriver seems not to be up to the trick! Thanks in advance.

HI and Welcome to the Forums!
    According to the specifications page:
    http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices/blackberrycurve8300/curve_specifications.jsp
the 8330 has a CDMA only radio...so it will only work on networks that use that exact radio encoding and frequency. You'd have to check with the carriers in your destination countries to see if they have such service (frankly, I doubt it...). If by chance they do have, then VZW would be able to sell you an international roaming service for your BB, requiring no change to the SIM. Changing the SIM would change the carrier to which your BB is tied -- which would require VZW to provide you with the unlock code so that you could first unlock your BB from VZW, in which case a SIM from a different carrier could then work. But, frankly, I think that you won't have any luck given that your BB is CDMA only.
Good luck and let us know!
