  • OCA Success Kit not yet received

    I have ordered for reshipment.
    My Service Request Number: 22596309
I am still waiting for the certificate. Can you let me know when i can get the success kit?

    Dear Sir,

  • OCA Success kit still undelievered

i had taken oca admin i exam on 2 aug 13 and requested a hard copy on 5 aug and according to oracle(FAKE) corporation they said they had shipped it on 8 aug and it will take upto 6 weeks but after 6 weeks they said  it will take another 2 weeks ie 8 weeks from 8 aug but till now no kit delivered till date and now they are saying that order again with different address
and when i asked them to provide me the details of shipment they straightly denied because they had no even tried to deliever so how can they provide me the details
so i had decided not to take any further exams from oracle and suggest you too to do the same

I'm sure this has been very frustrating for you. However, I wanted to let you know that there are regions in which we have an extreme amount of difficulty in mail deliveries. We sometimes have to ship certificates to those regions repeatedly before they will get delivered properly. I can assure you that every requested certificate has been shipped via US mail, which is not trackable, so the team could not provide you with tracking information. Unfortunately, if you wish to receive a printed copy of your certificate, you will have to go through the request process again (which I know is maddening).
However, the good news is that you do have access to your certificate today through certview.oracle.com. You can download and print your certificate from CertView.

  • What is the content of oracle  success kit?

Please I need to know all the thIngs that are contained in the oracle success kit. My OCA certificate arrived my post office box in nigeria today. When I went to pick it up I discovered that it had been opened by mail agents. In order to be sure nothing was taken from the envelop, I would be grateful if anyone can tell me all the things that are supposed to be there.
    Thank you.

Thank you.Just to confirm the major OCA success kit does not contain a plastic credit side card like OCP does ( or at least used to do).
Essentially the key document is the certificate. There is also a letter, which perhaps is secondary.
    Congratulations on passing.

  • What's Success Kit?

What is this Success Kit that I kept hearing about? What's in the kit?
I passed my OCA in May 2011. I received a certificate in a week / 2 weeks from Oracle after passing the exam. And that was it. Nothing else. Is that the famous "Success Kit" that I have seen so frequently in this forum?
    thanks.

    Yes, that's the "success kit".
Different certifications have slightly different contents-- OCP credentials come with a little wallet card in addition to the certification. And the letter may or may not still provide a place for you to go download the appropriate OCA/ OCP/ OCE logos if you wanted to embed them in something.

  • Certification Success Kit Not Received yet

    Hi,

so when i can received my certification success kit?
Please provide me status of my Success kit as soon as possible.
    Thanks in Advance.

You didn't give a date for the 1st shipping date or either of the service requests, so I can't say whether it is unusual that you have not received the kit or gotten a response to the SRs yet. Since you passed the exam on March 10th, I would have expected the certificate to arrive by late April or early May. However, I recently shipped one of my books to a gentleman in Russia that helped with the editing. It took three months to arrive... so I have some personal sympathy for Oracle's certificate plight.
SRs should be answered within 3-5 business days if you have supplied them with a good email address. If you do not get a response within that timeframe, you can put the SR #s in here and the forum moderator can check on their status.

  • Where is my certification success kit

three months ago I passed IZ0-042 and 1Z0-043 now when i got in certview.oracle.com i can see oca and ocp logos and that's all, so i was wondering how can i got for my certification success kit. everything is ok at personvue.com (email and so).

    However:
    - for 10g DBA OCA you would also have needed an SQL exam pass (your 1z0-042 pass is too later by many years for SQL exemption).
    - for 10g DBA OCP you would have addtionally need to see successful ands on training course submission.
--- If you have taken / submitted these did you do so under a different Oracle Testing Id?
    In certview:
( If you can see logos only then I am confused).
I assume you have just looked at the examinations history subtab. What do the Success kit status and certification history tabs show? ... Can you see success kit shipment dates ?
( Also in the Certification History subtab there are actions to take if you do not se what you are expecting).

Edited by: bigdelboy on 05-May-2011 23:28 - I have just observed on {message:id=9537206} you have an SQL exam. On that post you said you had a 10g DBA OCA certification. Have you actually received proff of the certification ? Passing the exams is not the same as being certified; and one needs to have proof of the certification award (via certview certification history/publish credentials) or via a success kit before claiming to be certified. If your SQL exam does not appear on Certview then it probably was taken under a different Oracle Testing Id. If this were to be the case you are not certified until the Oracle Testing Id's are completely merged.

    Thanks,
Suman.Checking [http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=141] I see all Hyperion certifications are OCE Certifications. Not all certifications have cards, and I have not seen Hyperion Success Kits, but typically as far as I am aware practice was that OCE certifications have cards (as do OCP, but OCA does not).
You should also have received a welcome letter.
Was your certificate sent normal post or signed for DHL ?
Your procedure is speciifed here in the support FAQs [http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=82#5Q1A] under I have not received my certification success kit. What do I do? ... ie send an email to ocp-fulfillment_ww. Similar advice is given on Certview.

Today, I received e-mail from Oracle Support whose contents are published below :
    FROM: [email protected]
SUBJECT LINE: Oracle Certification Course Submission Form Approved
    Hello sachin,
Your Oracle Certification course requirement has been verified and your Course Submission Form has been approved. If you have passed all the required exams in your certification path, you can expect to receive your certification success kit in 6-8 weeks.
In order to avoid delays in receiving your kit:
    • Visit certification.oracle.com and select your certification path to be sure that you have completed all certification requirements.
    • Visit www.pearsonvue.com/oracle to confirm that your mailing address is correct.
    • Visit certiview.oracle.com to ensure that all of your certification requirements are showing up in one single record.
o If you have taken exams or submitted forms under more than one Oracle Testing ID. You will need to have your IDs merged in order for your certification to be granted. Contact Pearson VUE and provide all IDs under which you have taken exams or submitted forms and confirm which ID should be the 'surviving id.’
If you have not received your kit in 8 weeks, please contact us at [email protected].

    RameshThis doesn't make sense.
The certiifcate is is part of the success and is included in the envelop you wil have been sent to your postal address whcih would also contain a letter.
Three explanations come to my mind:-
    1) The certificate was missed from the succcess kit you were sent.
    2) You have a forged certiifcate,
    or
    3) You have mistaken the exam pass score report for a certiifcate.
Given your question at {thread:id:1088022} you do not understand the Oracle certification process. And I note no honourable mention of an SQL examiniation pass either. Therefore:
    - I am inclined to believe (3) is the case, that you have confused an examiniation pass with achieving the PL/SQL Certiifcation.
    ---- This has implications:
    - Be aware that you will have agreed to an NDA agreement saying you will not represent yourself as certified when you are not. You have certainly prepresented yourself as certifiied in this thread. If you are not actually certified ... but simply have an exam pass .. that misrepresentation can strictly speaking have implicatations.
    Please read: http://blogs.oracle.com/certification/2010/03/0241.html
Please also study: http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=39 (getting started).
and View http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=141 and locate and drill down to the certifications you think you have achieved and that you aiming to achieve. Particularly note SQL exam requirements.

  • Problem in my OCJP success kit.

    Dear All,
First of all, I am glad to inform you that I completed my OCJP6 certification on 2 nd Aug,2011. During my exam I had given my residence address to deliver the success kit. Afterwards I realized that since I am in office at working hours I should have given my office address. Therefore I gave my office address to deliver the success kit via Oracle Testing with Pearson VUE . But still my delivery address in oracle certview page showing residence address as my delivery address. Right now I am not sure to which address the success kit will be delivered.
Kindly help me to track my success kit status and receive my success kit with safe.

If you have not received your kit, you can go to our website at certifiction.oracle.com, click on Preparation>FAQ and scroll down under Certificates and Logos. You will find information here on how to proceed. You should be able to view your certification at certview.oracle.com. From CertView you can also provide verification of your certification to a 3rd party if you need to.

  • A success kit delivery in case the attened cource is not 11g but 10g

    Friends,
To have the 1z0-054 (1Z0-054 Oracle Database 11g:Performance Tuning) success kit delivered they require attending
Oracle Database 11g:Performance Tuning and submitting a form.
What if I attended the same course but for 10g? Will I have the success kit delivered if I pass 1z0-054?
    Thanks much.

I am sorry, but the 10g version of the course is not accepted toward the 11g certification. You will need to complete the 11g version of the course.

We have not received any response for the same till date. If we do not receive any response by 14-Feb -2011, your Service Request will be closed and you will have to raise a new Service Request for your certification query.
    Regards,
    OCP Team
i have responded to it, sending my course completion which is the 3rd time i am sending it, and each time after a few days, they send me same response that they havent received it.

    I am very disappointed

    Hi Brandye,
My success kit is not processed yet.
I passed my 1Z0-204 & 1Z0-215 exams in February 2012 and Submitted Course Form on 13th March 2012, I was asked to send scanned copy of my Course Completion certificate on 28th March 2012 which I sent on 30th March 2012 since then I am sending reminders on [email protected] but received no replies. I raised SR 23385769 & 23602225, I am unable to download logo from certview.oracle.com and under Success Kit option nothing appears. Today I sent another email and asked [email protected] and requested them to escalate the issue to you. Kindly look into matter and resolve it at your earliest as this is frustrating me.
