OCP Success Kit Not Received yet

Hi,
I have enrolled for the Certification Success Kit on 13 December 2012. I can see the shipping status as 1st Shipping till date but din't receive my success kit within 6-8 weeks.so I raise a new Support request (SR 497386-275231135) on 6th March 2013. But till date i have not received my Success Kit. I can see the shipping status as 1st Shipping till date.so when i can received my certification success kit? Please provide me status of my Success kit as soon as you can .My Oracle Testing ID is OC1177501 . My telephone number is 0086-15602821101.Thank you in Advance!

I will check with our support team on this. Unfortunately, there are some regions in which we struggle with local mail systems. Certificates sometimes have to be shipped multiple times to get them delivered.

I have cleared my OCA certification on 9th March 2013. I have enrolled for the Certification Success Kit on 10 March 2013.
But till date i have not received my Success Kit. I can see the shipping status as 1st Shipping till date. I have also logged service request twice but no answer for request.
so when i can received my certification success kit?
Please provide me status of my Success kit as soon as possible.

You didn't give a date for the 1st shipping date or either of the service requests, so I can't say whether it is unusual that you have not received the kit or gotten a response to the SRs yet. Since you passed the exam on March 10th, I would have expected the certificate to arrive by late April or early May. However, I recently shipped one of my books to a gentleman in Russia that helped with the editing. It took three months to arrive... so I have some personal sympathy for Oracle's certificate plight.
SRs should be answered within 3-5 business days if you have supplied them with a good email address. If you do not get a response within that timeframe, you can put the SR #s in here and the forum moderator can check on their status.

Certification - Success Kit not arrived yet.

I have not received my certificate yet. On certiview.oracle.com it shows that it was shipped on 18/Aug/2011. But I have not received it yet.
My address on certiview.oracle.com(PERSONAL INFORMATION) is showing my old address, after I merge my old prometric id on 18/aug/2011.
But the certificate shipped to the right address on 18/aug/2011.
Moderator could you help.

-ArunTake 'Shipping' as meaning we have sent a request to the packagers to prepare your success kit and post it ... ( not that it is in the post). For practical purposes consider that the packagers operate like wallace and grommit and theywill eventually get the thing in the post). It then need to be put on the Himsagar Express which will probably derail.
So it will take 4 to 6 o 8 weeks to reach you from the 'SHIPPED' date. Patience is needed.

OCJP Success Kit not delivered yet

I am user from India. I have completed OCJP 1.6 Certification on 23 Dec, 2012 and I have requested to deliver hard copy of certificate i.e. Success kit to my address.
After completion of 8 weeks, I have logged a request regarding success kit delivery. The support team mailed me that they have reshipped that kit on 21 Feb, 2013 and they promised that the kit would be deliver to me at the end of March 2013.
Again, I have logged another request regarding success kit delivery status, they have notified me that their team were not able to deliver on that address and asked for alternative address that I have provided on 5 April,2013.
As from 5 April, 2013 to yet, 8 weeks (i.e minimum required time to deliver the kit) is not completed.
Can you please suggest me any link that can help me to check the status of success kit that was delivered on 5th April,2013.

Thanks in Advance!!!There is no way to track the status of a success kit sent on 5th April. 8 weeks have not yet elapsed. There may be some limited information from certview (the date it was sent); however as far as I know certview may not always be accurate for re-sent success kits.

OCA Success Kit not yet received

It has been more than 11 weeks since I have given my exam but i have not yet received my OCA Certificate. I have double checked the address and it is correct.
I have ordered for reshipment.

OCA and OCP Certification kit not yet received

Hi,
I had cleared my OCA in Dec,2012 and when followed up with Oracle Support then they told that my success kit was shipped on 21-Dec-2012 and I would receive it by the first week of Feb,2013,which never happened.I have raised so many SR's in this regard and each time they replied that I had to change my address on PearsonVue to get 2nd shipment done as the new address has to be different from the first.
In Feb,2013 I cleared my OCP and the shipment in Certview for it shows first shipment as 10-FEB-13.
I have received neither of my certification kits till date and I am very much frustrated by this service of Oracle as it should at least provide a tracking no so that people can track their kit from time to time.Each time I follow up with the support they give excuse to change the address and all and till now they haven't initiated a 2nd shipment for any of my certificates.I have taken other certifications too like ITIL and got the certificate within 15days their service was hassle free.But Oracle is worst than what people used to say in terms of shipment of certification.I don't have any hope now as almost 1 year is going to pass and I haven't received my 1st certificate also.
Here I have mentioned all the SR's raised by me along with their respective dates,in this regard.If you have time from your busy schedule then please have a look at them.I would appreciate your consideration.

I will pass this request along to the team lead for support. Unfortunately, there are some regions in which we have an immense amount of difficulty getting the certificates delivered. This is more extreme than most cases I see. I am not sure what the issue is, but I will try to help you get it sorted out. I'm sure this has been frustrating for you.

What do i do to get my OCP success kit

i received a mail from oracle, quote below;
Dear Kavuma,
Please note that we have requested you as on 08-FEB-2012 ( in response to the Sr# 23247643 you had raised ) to provided us the a scanned copy of your course completion certificate at [email protected], so that we can verify and process your Hands on course requirement form at the earliest.
We have not received any response for the same till date. If we do not receive any response by 14-Feb -2011, your Service Request will be closed and you will have to raise a new Service Request for your certification query.

i have responded to it, sending my course completion which is the 3rd time i am sending it, and each time after a few days, they send me same response that they havent received it.
what does Oracle want me to do.

My success kit is not processed yet.
I passed my 1Z0-204 & 1Z0-215 exams in February 2012 and Submitted Course Form on 13th March 2012, I was asked to send scanned copy of my Course Completion certificate on 28th March 2012 which I sent on 30th March 2012 since then I am sending reminders on [email protected] but received no replies. I raised SR 23385769 & 23602225, I am unable to download logo from certview.oracle.com and under Success Kit option nothing appears. Today I sent another email and asked [email protected] and requested them to escalate the issue to you. Kindly look into matter and resolve it at your earliest as this is frustrating me.

After 8 weeks OCA Certificate Not Received Yet !!! :(

Today, its been 8 weeks (2 months) after creating(27th Feb, 2012) my OCA certificate in certiview.oracle.com but still i didn't received it.
I have raised 2 SR's
1. 23425245
2. 23560661
I received reply for 1st SR that i will receive the certificate in 4-6 weeks, but till i didn't received it, don't know what to do, as well no communication details for Oracle for checking with them.
If anyone has details for orntacting oracle, please let me know..
Please help me getting my certificate.

Hi Kishor,
Unfortunately, there are regions where we sometimes have to ship a certificate multiple times in order for it to be delivered. In some areas, kits are delivered within 2 weeks, in others, it could take 6 weeks, in others, it will take several shipments for the kit to arrive. It depends on the local mail systems.
I see that your first SR was answered and I guess the kit was reshipped and you still have not received it. Your 2nd SR was only submitted today - that is why you have not yet received a response. Sometimes the team is able to respond in the same day and sometimes they are not. They will respond within 3 business days. I expect that you will likely receive a response tomorrow.

Canceled but not received yet

Certification details not received yet.

Hello all,
Few months back 4 of our employees has to go on for SAP Business all in-one support certifications(C_PXSUP_90, C_BOSUP_90)
for our Partner Center Of Excellency certification(VAR Support) program.
We were told that, all of us were through with the certification exam on the same day.
After that, we did not receive any communication from SAP Education team for actual soft/hard copy of certificates.And no clue about how to initiate it. Now we are left without any proof even-though we passed certification exam.
We tried reminding SAP Education/training team in Bangalore, India.
Being an ex-SAP employee, I was not lucky enough to get any response from the SAP Education team which is very sad.
Can somebody from the group help us out to check our certification details in portal somewhere or any contact person so that we can reach out for our query.. ?

1. Names of the employees who appeared for the certifications
2. Did all of them take both the certifications? If not, then provide certification code against each name.
3. When did they appear for the certification?
4. Which location did they appear for the certification?
Once I receive this information, will check and revert. Also let me know who in India Education have you been following up with.

OCP Success kit Delivery

Hi,
I cleared exam 1Z0-851(Oracle certified Professional Java SE 6 Programmer) on 26th September, 2011. I came to know that I will receive OCP kit after 4-6 month from exam date. Certview is showing status as "1st Shipment" and created on 28th November.
But my problem is, I need to submit oracle certificate copy to my employer before 22nd December,2011. So It is very important for me to receive it before 22nd December.
Will you please let me know status of my delivery ? Is it mailed or not ? If yes, please share reference number from courier company so I can track it.
It will be better for me even you send soft copy of certificate in advance so i can print it and I handover to employer.
Please help me in this issue.

Rebate not received yet?

Howdy. I sent in my rebate/UPCs a week and a half ago after initially filing online. However, when I check the status online is still shows that they've yet to receive it in the mail. I'm hopingthis is due to a backlog of submissions but am getting worried as I'd really like the money back for the iPod/printer (neither of which I needed at the time, but dangit they were 'free'). Was curious what the experience the rest of you saw was, the time between sending it in and seeing it in process online.

I kept checking the status and it showed everything (received via mail, in processing and finally check mailed). I mailed in the printer rebate and nano rebate at the same time and it took a couple of weeks before it even showed that the paper copies had been received by the United Postal Service and it took the nano about five extra days to process and show that the paper copies had been received. In all it took 4-5 weeks. Like you I couldn't wait to get the money back because I didn't need either item but they were FREE.
