Hi I want to ask if is possible to update the Oracle Distributed Document Capture from the 10.3.5.0 to the 10.3.5.1 without upgrade the Oracle Document Capture 10.3.5.0.
The ODDC and the ODC can be have different versions ?

The only way to do that is to export the image to a new file and then re-import it.
It's not really the intended way of working as it uses twice the disk space and is inefficient.
Use Albums instead. A Photo can be in any number of albums and use no extra disk space as it just simply references the image in the Library. Albums can be sorted any way you want - including manaually - and can have image from anywhere in the Library just by drag and drop.

In theory it would be possible to 'record and play back' the page numbers using a folder-level script, but it's far from trivial. You would have to use the doc.movePage() function - presumably driven by a dialog box - to do the page shuffling so there was a way to track what was being done, then swap the page 'labels' of the two affected pages. That's where it gets messy.
We have functions in the JSAPI which can read and write the page label, but they don't do things in a logical way. The 'getPageLabel()' function simply returns a string, but the 'setPageLabel()' method expects to be told the numbering scheme, prefix, etc. You'd have to parse the string and work out what scheme it was implementing.

How can I increase the tempo of a song without distorting the vocals?

I have a song I recorded, with the vocals and backing track on seperate tracks.
The song has been recorded a bit too slow, and I need to increase the tempo. However, when I do this, the vocals become distorted and have a wavy sound.
Is there any way I can increase the tempo of the song without distoring the vocals? I've tried doing it on the final song (merged tracks) and on the vocals alone, but nothing seems to work. It doesn't make sense, since when you do the same thing to a song by a professional artist, you can increase the tempo of the song without distoring the vocals.
What am I doing wrong? How can I increase the tempo of my song without distoring the vocals?

in general GB doesn't do such a great job with changing tempo of audio recordings, what you might find works better is to export your song uncompressed and then use an audio editor:

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

How can I use most of the features of firefox 5 without changing the appearance of my browser?

I just downloaded the new version of firefox, and everything seems great except for the new layout and the change in general appearance. It is less streamlined and more distracting. I do not like the blocky look of the buttons or the lack of division between sections. Is there a way to keep the changes in the way firefox 5 works without the change in appearance?
If there is not, how can I reload the old version of firefox until one I like better is released?

I would try to stick with the silhouette gray/black buttons, but since it already bothers you at least stick to a theme or style limited to the ones on the toolbars (not the dialogs, which would be too wasteful) see item #48

Trying to run the SOA/BPM managed server withOUT running the Admin server

(This is for demo/development purposes... Using 11.1.1.4 in Windows 7 with 4gb)
Because of memory constrains I am trying to run the BPM/workspaces application without needing the Admin to be running.
When they both run, I can use the credentials I create with the Admin server but the response time is prohibitive and all my memory is used...
It seems to run much faster when only the bpm managed server is running but then I cannot login ...
So my question is simply: Whats the easiest way to set it up so I can use credentials elsewhere without requiring the admin server to be running?
( I could connect to an OID instance I have outside this server or the seeded demo they refer to in other posts ... but do these also require the admin server to be running???)

I don't know if what you want is possible. Only did a suggestion that works fine for me. I'm running SOA Suite and BPM Suite 11.1.1.5 on WLS 10.3.5
Configure a new WLS domain and see if the BPM Dev template is available in your version.
I've tuned my startup script (setSOADomainEnv.cmd) as follows:

Okay, I didnt try with the trinidad selectmanyshuttle, but this worked for me on the af:selectmanyshuttle..

Reading the contents of a File without using the fileref

Hi ,
I was trying to read the contents of a file (not upload
basically) without using the fileref.upload or any servlets.
I wanted to give this file as input(dataprovider) to a
datagrid from the local instead of uploading it to the server and
fetching the contents from there.
I will explain the scenerio here:
1.I have a text field. (Here I am providing the path of the
file located).
2.There is a Submit button .(On click should be able to take
the specified file as input and read the contents of the file)
which should be able to read the contents of the file path
specified in step1.
I want to basically provide the contents of this xml file as
data provider to a datagrid.
can anyone please provide some help on this issue.

You cannot access the local file system in Flex. You need to
upload the file to the server, and then populate the file from that
uploaded file. Unless of course you are using AIR, then this is
doable.

Can't have the word subtitution feature without running the auto-correction

hi everybody,
a week ago i change my bb style to z10 , and notice that I can't have word subtitution without set the auto-correction on. i don't live in a country where english is primary language, so i find this very annoying, because autotext is one of my favourite feature from my previous blackberry. I can't have the auto-correction on because it always changes what i type into something VERY different...
another problem is ringtone notification of bbm message is the same as bbm group, so it's a little bit annoying having your blackberry rings all the time because of chat in group and i have 2 active groups right now.
the third annoying thing is the numeric keypad, it always turns back to alphabet keypad everytime i hit space. it takes too long just to type 2 * 5 = 10 + 10 = 20 (for example). i wonder what i should do to keep staying in numeric mode.
i wonder if there's already solutions to my problem, maybe an app or update.
Other than those problems, i think z10 is a very good blackberry phone.

How do you make the background all one color without disturbing the subjects?

I shot a wedding this past weekend. Where the bridal party walked in there was an acrhway with christmas lights as the only lights. It made the background all splotchy. I have tried the paintbrush tool, but only preset choices, such a textures and such. Won't help. I need to work around people and make the background all one color. I've tried using a vignette, but it made it too dark, and when you lighten the exposure you see all the splotches. Does anyone have any advice. I am in a jam, I want the colors to be uniform for all the bridal party....and not look like someone threw paint on the wall. HELP PLEASE!
