ODI Running Packages not visible in Operator

Hi All,
I have a set of packages running in ODI which show up their execution status in operator under status tab but they are not visible under all executions.
Can anyone help me as why this happens?
Thanks .....

Hi,
1. Goto OPERATOR
2. Click onto the All Executions node
3. On the right hand side you will find the following headings
Status ,Session Number , Session Name , User, Physical Agent , Start , End , Return Code etc.
4. Click onto the Start and choose ascending or descending based on your need
Thanks,
Sutirtha

  • Execution Plan Run is not visible in Current Run tab

    Hi,
    I have created the EP and I have build the EP successfully. After that I am clicking on the Run tab. It says the task has been submitted succesfully to the DAC server.
    But, when I am seeing the status in the Current Run tab and also in the Informatica Monitor, My EP run was not visible. There is no record created for this run in the Current Run tab.
    Anyone has faced this kind of issue earlier. Please advice me how to resolve this issue.
    Regards,
    Saleem

    Saleem its strange. I did not came across this any time. Is it happening for all the Execution Plan's. By restarting the DAC server is it working. Sometimes we may face these kind of problems with DAC and with restart most of them will be resolved. If it gives problem always then there is somthg wrong i believe.

  • Interfaces not visible in 'Operator' when executed with 'Remote Agent'

    Hi,
    I am new to ODI, and have an issue with running Interfaces/Packages with a Remote Agent.+
    I have setup an agent on the machine on which the Database is installed. I have created a Physical Agent with the details, and on using the 'Test' button in the client, it works fine.
    However, when i try an execute a package with this agent, i get the 'Session Started' pop up, but the interface does not register in the 'Operator' section, and nothing happens.+
    However, this does not happen when i use the 'Local (No Agent)', and the interface runs successfully and is registered in the 'Operator'.+
    I just get this error under the 'Physical Agents' tree in the 'Operator' section for the interface - "ODI-1266: Agent agent_apo13110026 detected Session as stale session and set to error status"
    Would appreciate any inputs.
    Thanks,
    Ab

    Hi,
    Thank you for your response.
    We have actuall just migrated the from DEV to TEST. But in DEV we were only using the local agent, and we have configured the new standalone agent only in TEST.
    The way the migration was done, was that we exported the Master and Work Rep from DEV, and then imported it into TEST.
    Could this have had any impact, and would appreciate any pointers on how i can check if indeed the Agent is interacting with the wrong repository.
    Thanks,
    Ab

  • Firefox will not start -already running- but not visible in askbar - W-7

    Asin XP, now on windows 7, firefox occasionally would not restart and I had to open task manager to end it.
    THIS TIME, it does not appear in taskmanager. I uninstalled, restarted the cpu, and installed anew. same issue.
    Firefox will not run -- get the window saying firefox is already running. . .
    How can I end it???????
    I'd rather not use IE.

    Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
    See Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile:
    *https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
    If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)
    See:

  • "Firefox is running" but not visible in task bar

    "Firefox is running" is message on screen but there is no evidence of that and it does not appear on the taskbar so it cannot be "closed." What now?
    Can't get access to Yahoo Games. Why? Must use IE to get to games. Why?

    This may not be the best or only way to do this on version 2.1 but you can try these steps:
    Login as the schema that owns the application. Go to SQL Workshop and run:
    select v('WORKSPACE_ID') from dual;
    Say that returns 9999999999999.
    Say your application ID is 555.
    Now connect in SQL*Plus as FLOWS_020100 and run this:
    begin
    wwv_flow_api.set_security_group_id('9999999999999');
    update wwv_flows set build_status = 'RUN_AND_BUILD' where id = 555 and security_group_id=9999999999999;
    commit;
    end;

  • Apple + tab to cycle through all RUNNING aps, not visible aps

    former windows user here... when I apple + tab (like alt + tab in windows) I'm given a box of all the running aps. if I chose one that's currently minimized (hidden?) in the dock, the app will come to the front but the app's window will still be hidden. so if I walk up to my computer and I want to check an application like firefox, and it's currently minimized, it seems like the only way to see it is to grab the mouse and click on the dock icon.
    any ideas? can I set the apple + tab behavior so that it will SHOW me the app when I select it, if it's currently hidden? or is there another key combination I can use once the app is selected but it's still hidden, so I can see it without using the mouse? I hope this was clear...

    In my experience Cmd-Tab switches to the application you select, that is shown by the app becoming active on the menu bar at the top, but it will not open a window if there wasn't one open when you left that application.
    BTW, there are a couple of nice shortcuts that I use with Cmd-Tab. One is; while holding the Cmd-Tab combination if you hit "Q" it will close that app. Also if you move your finger up to the "`" key right above the Tab key you can scroll backwards (shift will also do that but it is a three finger combination instead of two).
    May not be the answer you are looking for but might be helpful.

  • Itunes Startup problem (process is running but not visible)

    The problem with my iTunes is that while the iTunes process is running in the task manager, I cannot see the actual iTunes window pop up on my monitor. There are no error messages or anything like that. I have tried restarting and changing users but none of them worked. Any solutions?

    I had the same problem.
    I had not experienced this problem before until I recently reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Windows XP Pro with SP3.
    The only program that failed to work was iTunes.
    When I looked at the solution for unregistering and registering various dll's, my machine had 2 (well, initially I thought 2) dll's that were missing: sccbase.dll and slbcsp.dll. The registry entries are also missing for those two. I don't know if MS all of a sudden decided those two were not important anymore.
    Anyhow, re-adding the registry entries did not help and using regsvr32 on those two dlls (despite downloading them into the system32 folder) did not work and caused load library failures.
    Those dlls require other dlls in order to work. Sccbase.dll requires sccsccp.dll and dwmapi.dll to run. After those two dlls are placed in system32 folder, sccbase.dll can finally be registered successfully.
    Slbcsp.dll requires slbiop.dll to work...unfortunately, that just lead to yet again another registration failure (0xe06d7363 error code). However, despite this, itunes will now actually run. I tried running itunes without slbcsp.dll, and it did not work. So, it still does require slbcsp.dll somehow despite it not working exactly properly.
    In summary, this is what I did:
    1) Edited the registry to add 2 missing entries for 2 missing dlls: sccbase.dll and slbcsp.dll. Used this site for info: http://forums.cnet.com/5208-6142_102-0.html?forumID=5&threadID=275051&messageID= 2649940
    2) Found other missing dlls required by these 2 dlls (by using Dependency Walker). Used this site for info: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/archive/index.php?t-150722.html
    3) Registered sccbase.dll successfully. Slbcsp.dll was not registered successfully, but still required for itunes to run. Now iTunes 7.7.0.43 will run for me (and not just in the background).

  • Jar not running is sarge and apache-ant  shows error of package not found

    Hello,
    First of all I am not a java programmer. I work in C/C++/C#.
    Currently I am dealing a game written in java (1.5) using netbeans 5.5.0 under windows xp. My target is to compile in my development machine and run in the clients machine. everything works fine in windows xp. I open the netbeans ide, load the necessary class libraries, build the project and run it. it runs without any problem.
    The problem begins when I run the same project from linux (fedora). it doest not run. It shows some error.
    <error platform="fedora 7">

    But when I open this same project in netbeans and resolve the dependencies with class libraries it works ok after compiling.
    I can run it from console (java -jar ...)
    And again the same source tree shows the following error when I am in windows !!! (by java -jar ... command)

    I see that netbeans uses ant to compile project in the background.
    then I tried using ant to compile.
    doing only `#ant compile` where build.xml resides does the compilation.
    after that I try to run it (by java -jar ...). again the above error shows up.
    What would I do?
    If I compile it with netbeans in machine A then it runs well in A but not in machine B.
    If I compile it with ANT in machine A then it doesn't run in A, no chance for machine B.
    the contents of my build xml is here

    There exist several targets which are by default empty and which can be
    used for execution of your tasks. These targets are usually executed
    before and after some main targets. They are:
    -pre-init: called before initialization of project properties
    -post-init: called after initialization of project properties
    -pre-compile: called before javac compilation
    -post-compile: called after javac compilation
    -pre-compile-single: called before javac compilation of single file
    -post-compile-single: called after javac compilation of single file
    -pre-compile-test: called before javac compilation of JUnit tests
    -post-compile-test: called after javac compilation of JUnit tests
    -pre-compile-test-single: called before javac compilation of single JUnit test
    -post-compile-test-single: called after javac compilation of single JUunit test
    -pre-jar: called before JAR building
    -post-jar: called after JAR building
    -post-clean: called after cleaning build products
    (Targets beginning with '-' are not intended to be called on their own.)
    Example of inserting an obfuscator after compilation could look like this:
    <target name="-post-compile">
    <obfuscate>
    <fileset dir="${build.classes.dir}"/>
    </obfuscate>
    </target>
    For list of available properties check the imported
    nbproject/build-impl.xml file.
    Another way to customize the build is by overriding existing main targets.
    The targets of interest are:
    -init-macrodef-javac: defines macro for javac compilation
    -init-macrodef-junit: defines macro for junit execution
    -init-macrodef-debug: defines macro for class debugging
    -init-macrodef-java: defines macro for class execution
    -do-jar-with-manifest: JAR building (if you are using a manifest)
    -do-jar-without-manifest: JAR building (if you are not using a manifest)
    run: execution of project
    -javadoc-build: Javadoc generation
    test-report: JUnit report generation
    An example of overriding the target for project execution could look like this:
    <target name="run" depends="NetBeansApplication-impl.jar">
    <exec dir="bin" executable="launcher.exe">
    <arg file="${dist.jar}"/>
    </exec>
    </target>
    Notice that the overridden target depends on the jar target and not only on
    the compile target as the regular run target does. Again, for a list of available
    properties which you can use, check the target you are overriding in the
    nbproject/build-impl.xml file.
    -->
    <target name="-post-jar">
    <jar update="true" destfile="${dist.jar}">
    <zipfileset src="${libs.swing-layout.classpath}"/>
    <zipfileset src="${libs.addMoney.classpath}"/>
    <zipfileset src="${libs.NormalWindow.classpath}"/>
    </jar>

    Hello,
    I am trying to run my annotation processor using ant.
    I already built the processor, the javax.annotation.processor.Processor file is in the correct place with the correct content.
    The jar with the processor is in the classpath (i can see it in ant -v), but it does not process my classes. in fact, i get the warning:
    warning: Annotation processing without compilation requested but no processors were found.Do i have to specify -processor or -processorpath or can i just leave it to the default classpath scanning?When -processor is not given, a service loader is used to find the annotation processors (if any). In addition to the class files of the process, to allow your processor to be found as a service, make sure you've also provided the needed META-INF data in the jar file. The general service file format is described in
    http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/api/java/util/ServiceLoader.html
    That said, I'd recommend setting an explicit processor path separate from your general classpath.

    The only thing that I can think of that might be causing the issues that I have a Mac Mini on Mavericks.

    Hi
    I have discovered that my question above is a non-question. A user triggered by looking at the below article about Illustrator 2014 cc 17.0.2
    http://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/release-note/illustrator-17-0-2-release-notes.html
    He had recently upgraded from wht we now know is 18.0 to 18.1 which is the latest version. He read the above artic
    le and supposed that it was a bug fix release for his version - because the v17 ov18 number is not often displayed. It is usually just 2014 CC.
    I have asked him to post a bug report about Adobe Illustrator CC 2014.1

  • I updated win7 and now I cant see ff. I have reinstalled it 5 times now. It shows it is running in task manager but it is not visible on the desk top.

    I installed win7 ultimate and then ff. ff worked fine until I installed win7 service pack 1 and all the other updates it recommended. I click to open ff and nothing happens. I look in task manager and it shows it is running. It is not visible on the screen or in the task bar. I have reinstalled a fresh download of it 5 times. I even tried the beta version but still the same problem. I can use explorer and chrome ok but not ff.

    The "System Tray" is located at the very bottom right of your screen and is a list of most/all running applications that will show in this list.
    For your SysFader issue, this "may" be the problem:
    1 Find the "My Computer" desktop icon and right-click it. A pull-down menu will appear. Select "Properties."
    2 Click on the "Advanced" tab. This will load a new page of options.
    3 Select the "Visual Effects" tab at the top of the window and deselect "Animate Windows when minimizing and maximizing," "Fade or slide menus into view," "Fade or slide Tool Tips into view" and "Fade out Menu items after checking."
    4 Click "OK." This will remove most if not all of the Sysfader effects, at the same time correcting related errors that used to come up during opening a new file or program.

  • I am getting complaints from links that Firefox is already running and needs to be closed when it is not visibly running. But, I do find it as a process that IS running. What gives?

    I click on a link in an E-mail. It complains that Firefox is already running and I must close it. Firefox is NOT visibly running. I check via Task Manager to verify. I find Firefox is running as a process. I kill the process and then can proceed. I did use Firefox earlier and closed it.

    Make sure that you do not start Firefox with the -no-remote switch or have set the environment variable MOZ_NO_REMOTE=1 (Control Panel > System > Advanced > Environment variables).
    If you need to have more than one profile open at the same time then start subsequent instances with the -no-remote command line switch.<br />
    You can send links from other programs to a Firefox instance that is started with -no-remote, you need to drag links in a Firefox window in such cases.
    See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Opening_a_new_instance_of_Firefox_with_another_profile

  • [Solved]Web Service Data Control operation not visible in Data Controls

    Hi!
    I've created Web Service Data Control (named MyDataControl ) in my DataModel project for my web application (ADF BC 10.1.3.3). I've finished the wizard successfully (added initiate operation to the right side in step 2: Data Control Operations) but when the wizard finishes the initiate operation is not visible in the Data Controls (MyDataControl is visible without the operation). I'm using CVS so I think maybe some files were write protected while creating the control.

    Found out the reason. The problem was in ...MyApp\.adf\META-INF\connections.xml file which had write protection.
