ODS-D55u - DO NOT BUY ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!
So my company bought one of these machines last year as we needed to back up in a region of 400 XDCAM discs and around 4TB of media. Knowing how good XDCAMS are we thought this would be a great idea and bought into it.
It has been working like a dream! Constantly wokring in the background and if I need to grab a file off it - no problem!
HOWEVER! Sony released a software update last month now making all my past metadata usless. A years worth of work completly gone. I thought this couldnt be true as its only an update and Sony will be able to help out but no.
This is the response I got, after my company has spent around £8,000 on the system.
"We have investigated fully your case and regret that we are unable to assist and the data must be considered lost".
WHAT!!?!?! How can this be the case? Sony - YOU make the updates and YOU are meant to support us but absolutly nothing! This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen! Who is now going to help me and when will we get our refund?

Never though about it before, but i think your is a cool idea and you can do it easily.
Connect the ipod dock to iMac line-in port, click play on your iPod then use the 'Audio In' application to forward the music to your desktop speakers.

I have changed my apple id, and its ok when i sync my Iphone with Itunes, but ON my Iphone still my old apple-ID is there. I can NOT buy things from Itunes or Upgrade anything now, how to fix this?
I recently changed my email address and want to change my Apple ID account to match. I have created a new Apple ID to match the new account but now I can't sign into iCloud on our phones or computer with the old Apple ID. I can't make any changes on iCloud on our phones because it directs me to the old account, which I can't sign into. I also can't sign me in on my computer to make any changes. Help!!! Now I have two addresses and can't access the one that directly affects my devices.

iam trying to buy OS Lion to my Imac but i can not buy because its saying Mac OSX 10.7 requires at least 2 GB of memomie and mine has 1 GB what can i do?
If it's just a question of memory, you can buy and install more. It could also be that your iMac is just not compatile with Lion.

Could not buy Line sticker, it shown "Your purchase wasn't completed successfully. Please check your [MY ORDERS] page.".
I have the same problem. Two days ago, i brought my iPhone overseas to Malaysia (I'm Indonesian) and try to buy in-app item (Line Pokopang). But it can't be completed, it shown "your account doesn't exist" and after i return to Indonesia, and try to make purchase on Line stickers, it shown "Your purchase.....", same as you got.
I think the error message was from Line, not Apple because i can still buy ring tones, CMIIAW..
And everytime i want to buy in-app item (Line games item), i can't be done. It shown many type of error message, depends on the game, such as "failed to purchase ruby", etc etc... -
I have a new MacBook. Pro and never had any issues until yesterday. I can not get it to complete its cycle to. Turn on, where I can log in like normal. I read the reboot in the little manual, but nothing. Please help!!!!!
