ODTPC Files recognized as Zip in MS IE - Can not open in UPK Player

I just want to share a learning point with you: If you try to open an ODTPC File from a file server to run it inside the UPK Player. MS IE 6 may open it as a Zip file rather than trying to run it with UPK Player.
The cause is that MS IE 6 didn't get the "+Content-Type+" information from the file server.

The solution is to describe to provide the "+Content-Type+" from the File server. For this and on Apache, you need to modify the mime.types configuration file to insert the following line:
application/OdWeb.ODTPCFile odtpc
This will tell Apache to set the "+Content-Type+" to "+application/OdWeb.ODTPCFile+" when it serves a file with extension "+odtpc+".
This has help me to fix the above problem.

Today, I have a new test result that the user account is allowed to access internet, but still can not access D drive.
The user can not change the IE's internet temporary files location.
I can not open the flex application from yahoo server.
Is there any method to execute flex application without temporary files support?
