OEM Console does not show IFS Node or Folder....

To manage 9iFS from a remote OEM 9.0.1 console, i.e. get the iFS Node or Folder to appear, you need to install the following on your Windows NT client in this order:
1) Oracle 9i Client (Admin option)
2) Oracle HTTP Server using 9i Enterprise Edition CD 1 (which prompts for CD 2). Deselect all other products from bottom up to avoid dependency problems.
3) Oracle 9iFS (choose 9iFS Administration Configuration when the Configuration Assistant runs and click on Configure)
Reboot your PC which will restart HTTP Server and Intelligent Agent and you should now see Internet File Systems in the OEM Console Navigator, rediscover the iFS node if you cant. Ignore the instruction to run ifsomssetup because it will complain that it cannot find oemctl.bat. ifsomssetup is only designed to make OMS aware of 9iFS but you will have run this script previously when you installed 9iFS on the server, so there should be no need to run it again.
Note that if you dont install HTTP Server on Windows NT client then 9iFS Config Assistant will fail to run, giving error: "No output available for this tool". HTTP Server does not need to be installed on Windows 2000 as the iFS Config Assistant will run successfully

A: When a group is created on master console it will be pushed to all the managed amp which is added with Manage group configuration enabled. The Group pushed to the managed amp will be created as Global group and you can create subscriber groups for the global group to which you will add the device into since we cannot add any devices into global group directly.
Hence there is no device added to the global group, on the master console it does not show any device count for the groups that are created on master console.

Before you connect any device to a new library go to the Devices tab of the the preferences panel via Edit > Preferences (Windows) or iTunes > Preferences (Mac) and ensure the box next to Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically is ticked. You can now safely connect the device to your computer without the danger of media being automatically deleted or overwritten.
To get all your content off your connect your iPad to your new computer.
Then use a 3rd party piece of software to transfer your content

10.1.3.5 Flow diagram in Bpel console does not show all details

Does anybody experience this? And what would be the fix did we missed some configuration (hopefully)?
Bpel Console-> Instances->choose instance with executed pick activity->Flow (to see diagram of the flow)
10.1.3.5 does not show underlying activities in a picked onMessage action. However in a "Audit" all details are shown OK. In the attached example it's onAlarm - but it's happening with all of onMessages.

The File Explorer does not show links in the folder structure on a computer

Dear all,
My general issue is that, when I connect my Z10 (SW release 10.2.1.2102) via USB, the File Explorer shows some folders from the connected PC. It does not list folders that are links on the computer.
A lot of those links are duplicates in a different language (because of the multilingual version of Windows 7). My particular issue is that I had to move my Documents folder to another disc and created a hardlink to that folder on the primary SSD disc. Now, this link does not show up at all in the File Explorer on my Z10 device.
Anybody knows a workaround, please? Maybe it exists another file manager similar to that one by BB, which could do that...

PS Action does not show up in Actions folder in Mac Finder (10.6.3)

I have just recorded my first Photoshop Action. After saving, it does not show up in the Presets/Actions folder in the Mac Finder. If I try to re-save it, it shows in the File Navigation dialog box, and I get the alert that it already exists. What's wrong? Problem has persisted through restarts of the OS. - PSCS3 on Mac OS 10.6.3.

You might have saved it to the Presets-folder in Your User-library and be looking for it in the Application folder’s Presets-folder.

Console does not show the user defined subsystem

Hi,
We have created a several subsystems using NonCatalogLogger and we are able
to call .info() and .error() methods on these subsystems. But console doesn't
show these subsystems and we are not able to see the error message in 'View Server
log' .
It doesn't show up either in Domain Log Filter. Can someone give us some pointers
to resolve this problem? we are using version 6.1 SP2

I see the debug messages(displayed using info() and error()) in the log file. But
when I try to customize the log view, I don't see our subsystems in the subsystems
list.
I am not able to see the messages in "View Server Log".

Error console does not show

I have installed Safari on Windows, and am trying to use the Error console in the Develop menu. When clicking on the menu item, the menu closes but nothing happens.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Safari, with no success.
Any ideas?

This has persisted for a few months - a reboot isn't going to fix it
Uninstall/reinstall does not help, but I did find that Safari seems to remember some of my settings (like display Develop menu) after an uninstall. Is there some additional data somewhere that I might be able to clean out that might help?

I am looking for a bookmark but it does not show me which bookmark folder it is saved in. How do I find that?

This is the issue:
I have 200 bookmarks from the last few years. When I go to "Organize bookmarks"then type in a search for lets say, photo

I have an iphone 5 and a Macbook pro. Since upgrading to Yosemite, when I send an email from my yahoo email account or another email account linked to my website, on my iphone, the emails don't show in the sent folder in mail on my macbook pro and vice versa.
I have deleted the accounts and re-created them on both my iphone and macbook pro but the samething keeps happening.
When last I was at the istore, they were unable to sort it out and said I needed to book it in.
Any suggestions that will prevent me from booking my macbook pro in are welcome.

Are you saying you are trying to synch iMessages across two iPhones ?
Or do you mean you are trying to get iMessage that were synced to one iPhone to show on another ?
Whilst the first is possible - from the date you add the second iPhone the second is not possible.

You say you are running Mac OS X 10.6.8, that does not come with FaceTime preinstalled. To confirm this, open  > About this Mac, and tell us which OS X version you have.
If it's 10.6.x, open the Mac App Store and purchase FaceTime, or upgrade to a newer OS X version

GlassFish Tools - Eclipse console does not show server log output

Hi,
I just installed the latest Glassfish Tools (6.2.1.201308190137) on Eclipse Kepler and Glassfish Server 3.1.2. But when I start the server and open the console ('view log file' button) there is no output displayed (also not during deployment). When I open the server.log file in a text editor I can clearly see the log output. Re-starting Eclipse, re-opening the console view didn't help. I have this bug both on Windows 8 and OSX 10.8.4.
Is there something obvious that I am missing? In my previous pre-kepler Eclipse installation this works like a charm (using the same glassfish server). Also the path to the log file displayed on the top of the console view is correct.

Will have to use my old eclipse installation until this is resolved. Any help is appreciated.

Apparently, the GlassFish Tools for eclipse is expecting the log messages in 'ODLLogFormatter' format only, and will refuse to show any logs messages that don't adhere to this format.
I've tried configuring my logback messages to match this format, and that works until an exception is thrown and a log message is entered somewhere using the 'UniformLogFormatter' format, which then causes the server.log parser to refuse to show any more messages.
This is a bug, but I'm unsure where to report bugs now since the move to OEPE. (Was https://java.net/jira/browse/GLASSFISHPLUGINS)

Introscope Agent Settings does not show J2EE Nodes

we are using Solultion Manager Diagnostics for 4 systems and everything is all right. We no installed a PI 7.10 system (for migration from PI 7.00) on the same server as the PI 7.00 system is. Agents are running and configuration is almost done, just the last step is missing or not working.
Now I want to configure SMD as well for the PI 7.10 system but I can see the J2EE Nodes on the SMD: Diagnostics Setup -> Managed Systems -> Introscope Agent
I am not sure how we did it the last times, because everything run smooth. One thing I remember, we could not see the second Java Server node of the PI 7.00 system in here as well.
Any Ideas how to do this?

PDF does not show 2 nodes

I have a pdf where under the main node that is bound to the inetractive form, I have placed two notes.
Each note is of cardinality 0.n.
The problem I have is the following: when the pdf is created, only the first subform with the first node is filled with
data. The second subform however just displays empty rows, the number of which correspond exacly to the number of elements the node has.
Any suggestion?

The solution I found was to create a node for each subform.
Apparently in Adobe Interactive Form you simply cannot use the same attribute twice.
