Off-line IAF with clicking button
Hi, ALL.
I try to make a scenario like this.
I try to produce a dynamic off-line IAF to be downloaded with WDJ .
(with different pre-fill data depending on user`s input data)
And this off-line form with a button which can triggle a web service while clicking it.
Is this scenario possible?
All off-line IAF scenarios which I got are about using either GP or uploading off-line IAF with WDJ.
I can`t find any tutorial like my scenario.
Can anyone give a hand? Thanks a lot.

Hi Louis,
Having a Webservices to process your dat into a interactive form is possible, there are steps for this in ADLC help doco.
But for an interactive form to do a webservice call we have restrictions on the ADLC.
Option 1) You should be using Acrobat pro for this
Options2) You can have Adobe readers installed with Extended Rights on all the machines where this form is going to run.
Option 3) You can have a Reader extension server.

LaserJet P2015 USB off-line problem with OS10.10
I use OS 10.10 with USB connecting to LaserJet P2015dn with driver HP_LaserJet_P2015_Series 19.9 now. When I try to print , print data transfer to printer but showing message " Printer is off-line" and pause to printing work . Once becoming to this message system preferences Printer & Scanners show in use. I have to cancel job and after printer showing "offline, Default" . I try to re-setting printer and after showing on-line again but never print. How to resolve this issue? Please advice to me.

No album art in off-line mode with spotify app version 1.0.0.3251
The iOS developer team is aware of the problems with album art.
Hopefully they will be fixed in the next update. Please be patient until then. I know it's annoying to wait so long.I just upgraded my iphone spotify app to version 1.0.0.3251. With this version album art is not shown when listening in off-line mode. Extremely dissappointing, hoping this is just a bug and will be corrected soon. If not, how can i go back the the previous version of the app? My Iphone is a 3GS running the latest iOS release for that model which is 6.1.6.

OBIEE report with Click button ( want to perform some actions)
Hi Experts,
My users want to make adhoc changes to an OBIEE report where I want to place a click button at the bottom of the report. Once the changes are done, They want to click the button so that the most current logical sql is captured and then it takes to another http url .
If any one have worked or has any ideas on this, Please share. Thanks in Advance.

What you are asking is only going to be as difficult as it is to perform the above action. The button and the navigate are simple.
John Minkjan shows you how to make a clear button here.
Basically you leverage the OBIEE class XUIPromptEntry minibuttonOn.
Here's the code (NOTE: You have to change the curly brackets to angular brackets):

You can take this and modify it slightly to fit your purpose:

In the above, you will put the URL you want to navigate to in the (URL to move to) area. Then in the onclick function, you're going to want to write a javascript function that captures the latest logical SQL and have OBIEE call that function.
All that being said, this effort hinges on whether or not a javascript function can perform your task.
If you can elaborate on what you mean, I might be able to get you started on that function.

Is it possible to disable turning off iphone/ipad with the button?
Is there a way to disable a theft from turning a stolen iphone or ipad off. Maybe make it require a password to turn off, is this possible? I love the way the devices are trackable if they are stolen but a theft can just push the off button, or erase everything by holding the home and off button.
I can imagine with the many posts here asking about what to do when their Passcode Lock or Restrictions Passcode is forgotten when someone is unable to power their iPhone off if there were a passcode requirement option to do so.
On an airplane and instructed to power the iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch off before takeoff and landing and the password to do so is forgotten, or the battery is about to die with no power source available to charge and the password to power the iPhone is forgotten. -
Ever since I got my iPhone my regular mail keeps going off line. I click to put it back online but that doesn't work. The only way I can get it back up is to restart my computer. Anyone else have this problem?

Not much to go on so far, but let's start with this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.

FF3.6.12 goes off line often when searching
When searching on line, FF posts "working off line" )or something similar) and I have to go to file and click on working off line which is
clicked.Thanks very much! The "Reset Printing" command did the job. Reminds of the magic of PROM clearing in olden times. The Apple support article leaves out one final detail here: after reset, you have to re-select the printer in the setup utility (it seems at first that you may need to reinstall it - not so.)
This is one of the first "Cosmic Duh!" events I've had printing with OSX, hopefully there will not be many more. It's uncomfortably like working with Windows! Any idea why this happened in the first place?
By the way, I did download the Printer Setup Repair (5.1.1) utility from Fixamac, but this didn't clear the problem. (Wasn't your eyes, I didn't mention it earlier.)
Finally, the printer is accessed at a fixed IP address - first three of the router address numbers plus a high number (180s to 190s) in the fourth place. Again, I don't use DHCP because Windows computers can lose track of the IP address if it gets reassigned after a restart, and many addresses will never be used for anything else in such a small network. -

What you say about Send Later timestamp is correct.
When you click Send or Send Later a time is set regardless of when you actually sent the Send Later email.

I just installed the Canon MP160 printer. I downloaded the driver software from Canon version 12.1.4.0.(2/8/2008). I can print documents fine from Internet Explorer. When I go to print from Firefox the printer dialog box says the printer is "off line" and I get printer queue error messages. I can also print OK from windows. I have a PC 32 bit with Windows Vista.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did that this morning (see Step 1) and deleted the existing printer before re-adding a new printer and using the newly updated driver and printer description. Here's what I get:
You can see my model number is listed in there as is the the proprietary Canon UFRII language.
Once added, here's what happens next:
So it would appear, at this point, that the printer is installed and communicating and that I should be good to print.
Alas, I get the same error message I've been getting. back to square one. -
My iPhone 4S on iOS7 is stuck on Apple Logo, and it goes off, then back to Apple Logo again for hours. Pressing home button together with sleep button does not help. Plugging the phone to Mac and restart does not help either. What do I do?

When i press F5 to run project make Code of radiobutton not work(Disable,Enable OtherControl such as textbox)

Hyperlink buttons with click-animation
Hi there!
Is there a way to create buttons with "click-animations". I use images as buttons, which have transparent hyperlinks above so when the user taps on it he gets to next page or wherever.
Unfortunately, this solution is not very nice if there isn´t any feedback from the button...

The Pop-Over widget has exactly the kind of bottonfeedback I´m looking for so I tried to take advantage of this.
This is what I did:
1. First I used the Pop-Over widget as usual, with the image of the button I want.
2. Then I put the hyperlink on top of it and change the hyperlink opacity to 0%.
3. The scrolling region of the Pop-Over widget remains empty.
4. Now I set the opacity of the scrolling region to 0%.
If I tap the Button now on the iPad I get to the desired page AND there is the wonderful tapping feedback from the button caused by the Pop-Over widget.
5. The final little Problem to solve: The Pop-Over widgets scrolling region is highlighted with a shadow, wich is just visible if you tap the widget. If the opacity of the scrolling region is set to 0% the shadow unfortunately remains visible. You can´t see it here in the picture - it´s only if you tap the button.
But as you can see - there is an option to turn off this shadow and it is disabled. I tried for hours but I didn´t find any possibility to enable the option that disables the shadow.
At the moment it disturbs only a little, because I get linked quickly to another page. Further you almost don´t see the shadow if the background is dark but you see it if there´s a bright background. But in an eBook you perhaps pay for, nobody wants to see a shadowbug.
So, anybody has an idea now how to disable the shadow of the Pop-Over widgets srolling region?
