Insert Image is not working in Chrome. Is this a known issue and can I fix it or do I need to change browsers?

I have a text document with a collection of things for repeated use, including some HTML snippets.
When HTML is involved, I click the HTML button at the top right, then insert the HTML and edit if needed, then return by clicking Show Full Editor.
For images I have a snippet including the path to the images on the website page where the actual name of the image is represented by an * (in two places, I can no longer remember why), and I simply type and repeat the name of that particular image.
Like this (I normally use .gif, otherwise I change that too):

Where is the help in Adobe Photoshop Elements 13?

I've just purchased Adobe Photshop Elements 13 but can't find any proper Help. When I click on Help on the File menu, I am taken to a web page (Photoshop Elements Help | Photoshop Elements Help). It doesn't matter what I am doing (e.g. using the clone tool or trying to apply kerning for example), I always end up on this same non-context-sensitive web page. I am an experienced user of graphics software but am new to Photoshop Elements.
I'm trying to kern some text characters so I entered "kerning" in the Search field. The first "hit" was InDesign Help | Kerning and tracking but nothing they say seems to apply to my particular version of Photoshop Elemts - whcih being V13 is hopefully the latest. And who are they? Are they an official voice for Adobe? Their "help" was way off.
Could someone point me to the Help for Adobe Photoshop Elements 13?
As an aside, why does Adobe hit one with a 27 page legal agreement before one can install the software? I confess I didn't have my lawyer with me and may not have read all 27 pages.

Where to find help with SQL Developer installation?

Hi,
I just want to try out SQL Developer and compare its capabilities to TOAD's. Unfortunately, I am not PC software savvy and now am stuck with a SQL Developer (sqldeveloper-1.2.2998) installation problem. When I clicked on the .exe file, I got a blank SQL Developer screen - there is nothing in the screen except a heading that reads 'Oracle SQL Developer'...
Does anyone know of a blog or a site that I can get some help with problems like mine?

Off topic - set "Discussions" as default view in forum?

Since the forum update the default view is "Trending discussions". I prefer to see the full list of discussions, but don't see an option for that. I get there by clicking on a "trending discussion" and then on the "Discussions" bread crumb menu. How do I go directly to "Discussions"?

To set discussions as default is a thing of the past.
The only way to have it is to Bookmark (or whatever it is called in your preferred browser) it.
You still have the even more outdated option of 100 threads per page if you use this full URL (for your Bookmark):

The crucial part,

I have heard that Adobe Flash Player and Apple OS & iOS do NOT care much for each other.
Now half of Youtube videos would NOT play and many websites would NOT show on my Mac computer.
This is absolutely rediculous!
Because of the unfair monopoly, I have switched from Microsoft Windows PC to Apple Mac system a few years ago.
Is it a MUST and worthy for corporations to compete each other by screwing up customers like this?

I think I will delay the idea of buying any more OS or iOS products until I can easily watch all the Youtube videos and browse all the websites!

Sorry for the off topic, after all this is a technical forum...
I have been working with Apex for quite a while now and I find it a great tool. I enjoy working with it and I consider myself quite good at it.
However I have concerns about my employability... Its job market seems to be almost non-existent where I live (UK). Even so, Apex seems to be now a mature product, with a growing user base, the Apex forum is one of the Oracle's most popular forums and the IT job market seems to be good here at the moment. Usually all those factors mean a buoyant job market, but it does not seem to be the case with Apex.
I have other skills, and there are quite a few vacancies asking for them. I will not starve but it seems to me that if I want to change job I will have to stop working with Apex, which would be unfortunate for me (and for the community also ;-)
Why is it so? Has anyone got the same impression? Is the Apex job market better in mainland Europe? Any insights welcome...

I think there is not a strong demand because it has replaced small development projects , these are usually in house or done by existing IT outsourcing companies
Even though more large developments are being done , it remains a product geared at Access style development , which also has very little job market

There is no "Play All" function in iDVD. Only in DVD Studio Pro and to a severe
cost and learning effort.
To get this in iDVD it has to be faked.
• All movie segments PLUS
• One assembled full movie
If You use Chapters You'll find that You can start any segment but that it cont. to
the Movie END.
Cost: The material will take up double space or in other word You can fit half the
movie time than what a DVD can hold.

Open whatever application you wish to deactivate and from the top toolbar choose Help -> Deactivate. If this is for a Creative Suite then just open any one of the applications that are in it and deactivate thru that - it will deactivate the entire suite.
