Offer for trial version launching instead of program

Why is my InDesign CS6 not launching? Instead, I get an offer to purchase Creative Cloud, which I already purchased in 2012 and have paid for faithfully by credit card each month. This is very irritating, because I'm in the middle of a rush project, and now my programs won't work.

On the same screen you should see an option to license this software, click on it and sign in with your Adobe Id to activate.

I followed your instructions and un-installed CS6. By installing from cd i'll got the message that my serialnumber is invalid. It is the same serial number as shown in my adobe and on the receipt. What to do?

1. I would advise you to please go to
2. Applicatoins>utilities>Adobe Installers
3. Try to find if there is any uninstaller for the CS6.
4. If you find the uninstaller then simply uninstall the application and then reinstall it.

I recently subscribed to CC but am only being offered the trial versions of applications to download.

Where can I find the download page for trial versions of Lightroom and Photoshop for Mac OS 10.6.8?
It's so hard that Adobe has no contact form, no way I can see to contact them. The help is not helpful to me, it's more like an FAQ. So I'd also be interested in knowing how their customer support is from anyone who has had to use it. They don't have any obvious way to contact them for pre-sales support. When I see that I get suspicious that you will get no help once you hand your money over.

Since you are using Mac 10.6.8 you cannot use the CC version of Photoshop
so CS6 version of Photoshop would be apt for you.

HI Sankar,
I think it is not to get from this forum. You have to download the trail version and follow the instructions for installation.
Once you installed the software, you can request for the License key with your SCN credentials.

How Do I get a License key for Trial version from the App Store?

I downloaded a Trial version of Aperture 3.1.2 a few weeks ago from the App Store. I love it. Now I want to buy it, but, can't figure out how to get a license key from the App Store. When you start up Aperture Trial version, a 'nag' box comes up asking if you want to buy the application or continue using the trial version or Authorize (I guess that is what you would pick once you have the key). If I pick "Buy", the application opens Safari and takes me to the Apple online store, NOT the App store! At the Apple Store, you can buy the key for $199 or an upgrade from a previous version for $99. Whoopie! What is Apple thinking? The App store is selling Aperture for $79.99. I guess that means you don't get the box or written manuals (which I haven't used for any software in many years).
So how do I get a license key for the App Store version? Do I just Go to the App Store, pay the money, download and install the program over again. Then transfer my trial version library somehow? Then deinstall the trial version? I'd love to buy and use Aperture for $79.99, but, I'm not willing to pay $199 for it. Apple has me confused.
Anybody have a clue?

P.S. I'm quite willing to put in the time and effort necessary to learn Aperture (or any other software I decide to use, "Pro" or not). I simply don't see the value in buying the box version when I'm pretty sure I won't be using any paper manuals. I very comfortable using online help files, having done so as a professional numerical control programmer for many years in my work. For reference, I'm retired, on a limited income and will be using Aperture as a rank amateur photographer who could use a little more horsepower than iPhoto offers.
I'll call Apple tomorrow.

I have tried to download a trial version og Adobe LifeCycle designer (I suppose it is the desginer I need, if I have to make documents/templates ?), but when I try to install the designer, I am prompted for an serial no. A serial no for what ? and where do I find this serial no. ?

It makes no sense to me, as I thought that when downloading a trial version, I was supposed to be able to try the programme before deciding whether I should/can use it or not ! I haven't even been able to install the program and open it, as a trial version.

Adobe Reader help for trial version

Can anyone help me please, granted I am only using the trial version of Adobe Reader but I can never type onto a form recieved in pdf format, also when I scan a document whether it be forms or my pictures it alway's goes to Adobe Reader, I am just a home user, windows 7 64 bit computer and using IE8, if anyone can help I would appreciate it , thanks in advance.

I feel your frustration. I have been down this road before with the Adobe Reader X (10.1.1) and my issue was that I cept getting the following when I tried to open a .pdf file: "Invalid plugin detected. Adobe Reader will quit." It is fixable but I had to have a Adobe Support agent help me (and it cost me $29.95). But the same problem is back and I can't seem to find any of the email streams that I had from the support agent.
Adobe : If you are going to offer a product (Adobe Reader X) for free, so should at least stand behind it.
I would gladly paid a reasonable fee for Adobe Reader X (10.1.1) if it would continue to operate as advertised.
And George Johnson and -graffiti stop giving lip service - we are just looking for "The fix".

I Bought Numbers and Pages but the Trial Versions Open Instead!

Hello everyone, first time here.
       Sorry if this has been covered before, I couldn't find anything relating to my issue.
     I used the trial version of Numbers and Pages after first purchasing my Macbook last year but later purchased both from the App Store. If I access a document through Finder it unknowingly opens up the trial version and after editing it the documents won't allow me to save them unless I purchase the programs, which of course I already have. Whenever I open the application first it seems to work fine.
     How do I delete the demo version or at least get the purchased version to open automatically? Thank you!

It used to be that to update the trial to the licensed version with the box, you just inserted the DVD & ran the installer to convert the trial to licensed. This has changed with Snow Leopard. You now need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.
Then reinstall from the DVD or the Mac App Store.

Serial Number for Trial Version

my trial version of Flash gave me the an error message when

No we only provide serial numbers when the product is purchased. Did you have trials installed previously on your computer?

The trial version does not require a serial number. Your Adobe ID will suffice.

License error for trial version

I am getting License error since I have installed the trial version. I tried by uninstalling and then installing it again, but it did not work. I asked few of my friends who told me that this is an issue with the registry files. I tried by taking a backup and deleting the registry files and then installing it again, but it did not work even after that. Another alternative I have got from my friends is to format the system and then try. Is there any other alternative? I don't want to go for format. Please reply

Daq assistant vi for trial version

Hi guys. I didn't find daq assistant express vi in labview 2009 trial version. I want to use this after analogue device simulation in MAX for various analogue signals. Can anybody please send me vi template code for daq assistant.

Ravens Fan is absolutely correct. When you install DAQmx, not only will it install drivers for all NI DAQ devices it will also install support for any NI application development enviroments you may have installed - including LabVIEW. (Note: it is therefore important to install DAQmx after you have installed LabVIEW).
