Office 2013 Document Templates

Morning All,
I have successfully installed the ADMX templates for Office 2013
Changed the workgroup path to the server where I stored all the letterheads etc
However by default in MS Word the workgroup path hasnt changed to what it should be I have to select it manually
The GPO should force it to the path I entered unless I am mistaken?

I did ineed, I tested it with a SG and although the workgroup templates are there.  the path on each machine still is blank so I have to point it at the share on the server where the templates are stored.
if you check the registry directly, is this registry path correctly populated?
HKCU\software\policies\microsoft\office\15.0\common\general!sharedtemplates
If you set the setting by using the UI, it will set this key instead:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\General!sharedtemplates
