Office 365 60 minutes subscription, confirmed but ...

I just joined Mircosoft Office monthly subscription, with it, I got 60 minutes subscription per month, however, when I tried to call someone on skype, it's refusing as it saying I'm out of credit. I've checked my account on skype, 60 mins is still there and active, my mircosoft account is a merged and I ran into the dead end. Admittedly, I have got it before I reactvated my credit when I noticed it but that didn't work either.
Can anyone tell me what am I missing?

    Hello
You are trying to call a cellphone in the UK. Your Office365 Subscription covers only calls to landlines in the UK. Please review your Subscription coverage carefully.

  • Transfer Office 365 and Credits Subscription To Ne...

Hi, due to my a subscription I had done to Officd 365, I had got some minutes to call landlines "for free" (w/o counting off my skype credits).
But just now I made a new Skype account (under the same email address that I have), just to standardize my username accross other services I have. Would it be possible to:
    1. Transfer the remaning credits/minutes (to call landlines) I have, from my Office 365 subscription, to my new account ?
    2. Are the skype credits (real money) transferable to my new account or refundable (so I can buy it back on my new account) ?
    3. I have done as the FAQ says when one wants to disable its account: removing all personal data, backing up contacts, etc. How do I formally request for my "old"  account to be disabled/terminated/deleted ?
    Thank you.

Hi, brunoriev, and welcome tot he Community,
    1. Transfer the remaning credits/minutes (to call landlines) I have, from my Office 365 subscription, to my new account ?
Unfortunately, no; Skype does not permit the transfer of credit, subscriptions, or features from one account to another.
    2. Are the skype credits (real money) transferable to my new account or refundable (so I can buy it back on my new account) ?
Credit is not transferable, however you may request a refund of the credit on the account where you will not use it, and then purchase new credit for your new account.
    3. I have done as the FAQ says when one wants to disable its account: removing all personal data, backing up contacts, etc. How do I formally request for my "old"  account to be disabled/terminated/deleted ?
You need to contact Skype Customer Service directly to file your request to terminate/remove/delete/cancel the "old" account.  I would, however, recommend waiting until your credit reimbursement has processed before filing your account removal request.
    Regards,
    Elaine

  • Office 365 World minutes - being short-changed eve...

I have 365 sub for 60 mins per month.  Yesterday it read I have 51 mins remaining til Aug 2.  Today it reads I have 51 mins remaining til Sep 2.  I've lost a whole month's allowance.  Come on Skype, it isn't difficult to work out.  Please correct.

    Hello
Your account shows that you have 51 unused minutes available to you for use until August 2nd 2014 and will have 60 new minutes for the period August 2nd-September 2nd 2014. (Minutes can't be carried over from period to period). Your Office 365 Subscription will expire on September 2nd 2014.

  • Office 365 Error: We're sorry, but (program name) has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. (Program name) will need to be closed as a result.

Today we had this error code on starting Office programs out of the blue. We've had this error in the past and we know what caused it, but that action wasn't taken. I've already read other posts, but no "Answer" provides a real solution to a clear
    problem with Office 365.
The error: "We're sorry, but (program name) has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. (Program name) will need to be closed as a result."
It offers "Repair Now", then the two following options: "Online" or "Offline". Neither are effective.
In the past we used the Office 365 Fix It tool, but uninstalling and reinstalling Office on a regular basis is unacceptable. Resorting to web apps is also not going to happen.
Running Win 7 Pro 64 bit, fully updated.
We're starting to get fed up with this broken software. Paying monthly for programs that don't work is ridiculous. Any real answers would be greatly appreciated!

Locate your Office application and check the setting of Compatibility.
    For example,
Right click on Excel (.exe) > Properties > Compatibility > uncheck all the boxes, click Ok and check if it helps.
To access Excel (.exe), open the following location:
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\Excel.exe
    Or
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\Root\Office15\Excel.exe
Try to open Excel and check if it opens.

  • Office 365 - 60 minutes ac

We have Office 365 Home which, amongst other things, offers "Each user gets 1 TB of online storage, plus 60 Skype minutes of calling per month to mobile phones in 8 countries and landlines in 60+ countries"
I am the primary account holder, so to speak, of Office 365, and I have the minutes showing, and have been using them without a problem.  However, my son, does not have them showing on his Skype account although he is benefiting from the other things which Office 365 Home offers users.
Could this be because he is a minor (we gave his date of birth when he signed up for an Outlook account).
    Any suggestions?

I have just brought office 365 and it is telling me to mange my accout to ba able to download the office app bit it keeps telling me the server has stopped responding.  What is the next move?

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

    Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

  • Office 365 Skype minutes

I saw that I have 60 minutes available for calls, but the only problem is that I can not make any call it says I don't have credit please help I have tried everything from installing again the app to
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Are you sure you are calling a number covered by the subscription?
Call landlines and mobiles in: Canada, China, Guam, Hong Kong SAR, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Thailand, and United States.
Call landlines only in: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia (excluding rural areas - LEX), Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia (Jakarta only), Republic of Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.
Be aware that shared-cost, premium or non-regional numbers are not covered by any subscription and will require credit.
If you are calling someone who is visiting a foreign country and their phone is roaming, then they are still connected to their country of origin's network (at a premium) and they are not truly connected to the one they are visiting.  Only switching to a local provider (swapping out sim cards) would make them appear on a network local to that country.
Ex.  From the UK and roaming while in Thailand.  Not covered by the subscription since UK mobiles are not covered.
From the UK using a Thailand sim card.  Covered by the subscription since Thailand mobiles are covered.

  • Office 365 - 60 minutes

I have activate the subscription and at skype.com says:
       Your subscription is active.
    60 minutes left until May 20, 2015
60 minutes of calls per month to landlines in these destinations.
But when I'm in the skype app (Windows 8.1 or WP 8.1 ) I can't call nobody. It says: Insufficient credit(WP 8.1) or "You need Skype Credit or a subsription to call lanlines and mobiles from skype."
    I'm from Bulgaria.

Hello and welcome to the Skype Community.
Your account shows that you are calling a cellphone in Bulgaria. Please note that only calls to landlines in Bulgaria are included in your Subscription.

  • SharePoint 2013/Office 365 solution for subscription course

    Hi,
A colleague of mine would like to make it possible for users to subscribe for an event. He would like the users to fill out a form(just through a list I guess) and click OK to make the subscription final. But, he wants the subscription to be closed when
50 subscriptions are final. So number 51 should not be able to subscribe. What's the best way of doing this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers!

    Hi,
According to your description, my understanding is that you want to restrict users to add no more than 50 items of subscribing for an event in a list.
I recommend to edit the list in InfoPath and use rules to achieve this goal.
    Here are the detailed steps:
Click Customize Form in the ribbon of the list.
Add the same list as an external data to InfoPath by clicking Data Connections in the Data tab.
Click Page Design to add a new view and type “We have 50 subscription already and cannot add more” in the new view.
Click Form Load in the Data tab, click New and select Action in the Rules panel.
In Condition, choose Select a field or group in the first box, choose is equal to in the second box, choose Type a number and then type 50 in the third box. Click OK.
Click Add and select Switch views to switch to the new view created in step3.
Select Edit item(default) view in Page Design tab, then set the below rules for each field in the form.
Click New and select Formatting in the Rules panel, then follow the step5 to set the Condition and check Hide this control for each field.
    Publish the form to SharePoint.
After that, when a user add the 51 one the form will switch to the new view "We have 50 subscription already and cannot add more", they cannot type in values in the fields and save the form.
    Best regards.
    Thanks

  • Anyone here on the Office 365 Nonprofit E1 subscription?

If you are, have you got the Mobile Device management function added to your admin console yet?
I ask as ours has not shown up and the Office365 tech team don't know why and wonder if it's a licencing issue.
Office365 licencing team went on about Intune (demonstrating no product knowledge of Office365) so I'd be interested to here if we should be seeing it or tough cheese.
This topic first appeared in the Spiceworks Community

It looks as I should be able to from reading that article.  Not sure why the company that want to set this all up for me wanted $12,000 for something I can do with 6 steps.
    Thank you

  • Using world minutes for office 365

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I wish to use skype to make telephone calls over a wifi connection using my free 60 minutes that come with my Office 365 subscription however it always says "insufficient credit".
Please can somebody explain to me how I can use these free minutes.
    Thank you for your help
    J

I have the exact same problem on my Nokia Lumi 920 - 58 minutes free on my office 365 subscription but it says insufficient funds when trying to call a mobile number in the UK - very frustrating!!
UPDATE: after a lot of searching I found that the Office 365 Home Premium subscription only can make calls to LAND LINES - sign into Skype in the web browser and go here https://secure.skype.com/account/call-phones/settings?package=api_300-region-landline-world-60&categ... to see the limitations of your account.
