Office 365 Skype Credit

On my Office 365 account, it tells me that my Skype 60 minutes has been activated. When I go to my Skype account, it tells me that I have one subscription, and that is to World minutes for Office 365, and that I have sixty minutes left. Yet when I try to phone or text someone, it tells me I have no Skype credit. Kind regards

So has anybody solved this issue? I have same, on my office 365 page i see subscribtion is active, but neither on windows 8 skype app, neither on desktop version neither on iphone skype version i can see the subscriptions and make calls, i am sure the phones and lands are covered in my subscribtion.

Are you sure you are calling a number covered by the subscription?
Call landlines and mobiles in: Canada, China, Guam, Hong Kong SAR, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Thailand, and United States.
Call landlines only in: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia (excluding rural areas - LEX), Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia (Jakarta only), Republic of Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Venezuela.

If you are calling someone who is visiting a foreign country and their phone is roaming, then they are still connected to their country of origin's network (at a premium) and they are not truly connected to the one they are visiting. Only switching to a local provider (swapping out sim cards) would make them appear on a network local to that country.
Ex. From the UK and roaming while in Thailand. Not covered by the subscription since UK mobiles are not covered.
From the UK using a Thailand sim card. Covered by the subscription since Thailand mobiles are covered.

Skype credit vs World minutes by Office 365

Hello,
I have both skype credit and world minutes (offered by Office 365). When I do a skype calling to mobile or landline, which account above will be taking into priority and whether I could choose which one should be active at a time as part of charging/payment?

Skype will use the subscription that’s best for you. It ranks your subscriptions and uses them in this order:
By minute rate – lowest rate (i.e. cheapest) ranks first;
By plan type – unlimited ranks first, and limited ranks second;
By next monthly minutes reset date – nearest ranks first.

OFFICE 365 and SKYPE free world calls free

I have office 365 and activated to skype free calls it shws i have a subscribtion and 60min free but when i try to call first my credis were gone and after that it shows that i have to buy more credits.
When i try to buy once more credits it shows that i allready have this subscibtion.
Whats wrong? Are you people working on this or not? How to use my 60 min free??????????

Your account shows that you were attempting to call a Lithuania cellphone. Your free minutes are for calls to landlines only. To call cellphones you need to purchase Skype Credit.

Skype World Minutes Lebanon ( Office 365 )

I activated my office 365 like a month ago. It tells me that my world minutes are ready to use but when I call a number on Skype it gives an error that I have no credit or subscription. Please advice regarding this issue.

Your account shows that you are calling a cellphone in UK. Please note that only calls to landlines in UK are included in your Subscription and text messages aren't included.

Office 365 Home Premium Skype Subscription Element

i've recently purchased a 7" linx win8.1 tablet which also came with a years subscription to Office 365 Home Premium including an hour of skype minutes.
these free minutes are showing on my skype account page so i'm puzzled that when i tried to make a call i'm told i dont have any credit to do so.
what is going on here? my free hour expires on January 19, 2015 and that's daylight robbery if im unable to use these minutes before then!
i was trying to call Chile from the UK & UK to UK landline - both countries are on the list of available destinations.

In order to associate the world minutes subscription with a different Skype account you must first deactivate the original account, then associate the subscription with a new Skype account from your "Office account page". If you activate the Skype World Minutes subscription on another account, you will have a full 60 minutes package again.
Note: A Skype account can be deactivated once every 60 days. If you attempt to deactivate an account a multiple times, an error message will be displayed at each attempt.
Please follow these steps to deactivate the original account:
1- From the Office My Account page in the section Account Options, click View my Microsoft account.
2- Click View Subscriptions. The subscriptions associated with the Microsoft account are displayed
3- Click the Skype subscription you want to manage and click Manage. The Skype
subscription options are displayed. Click Deactivate Skype world minutes
4- Then click Deactivate to complete the cancellation
After that you can activate your Skype World minutes with an another Skype account by clicking on Get started with Skype and following the steps.

Office 365 comes bundled with 60mins of free international calls/month. This is valid for 40 countries for landline and 7 countries for cell phone. Which countries are these?

Skype for business for Office 365

I need to upgrade my current Lync 2013 to Skype for business and as per information i got an update released by Microsoft KB2889923 ... this is used to upgrade Lync 2013 to skype for business.......but in case of Office 365 this update dosent seems to work......
so i wanted to know if there is any other update or package or any other way to upgrade office 365 Lync.

Where are my skype credits I got with Office 365 Small Business Premium?
Where are my monthly 60 minutes???

though it depends on your install-this for current installs
For now just keep the GB and Logic libraries as they are-there are several precautions-like files which don't appear to be audio files and ownerships privelidges. You can remove or delete later as needed but where they are is fine, if you want the instrument or to grab the samples of an instrument use Project manager to save copies of the samples/inst. Another goo dreason is that these Libraries update with installers.
YOUR EXS instruments belong in the user account.
/Users/YouracctName/Library/Application Support/Logic/Sampler Instruments/
The samples for these insts should reside either on a second drive or in your account
No Refill to EXS but you may want to try AutoSampler by redmatica, AFAIK refills are kinda locked and proprietary
Audio Finder will allow that for one shots, Keymap, also by redmatica is a mapper, not free, soon to be released. You could check into other formats as well but the fastest way for me is the EXS inst editor-I have not found a faster way overall but some things cam be extremely tedious and limiting-but it is not like I've paid $500 for it eithier.

With Skype now being used instead of Messenger for Office 365; Is there a way to link my Skype Business acount users with my Office 365 users? Have over 50 skype users and over 50 365 users and would like to consolidate the users / passwords so that everything can be centrally managed.

Skype (personal account) cannot add Skype for business user who is on office 365

As mentioned the Lync Server is not up-to-date, based on my knowledge this is why the issue occurs.

You can configure the client experience only if you are running Lync Server 2013 with the December 2014 Cumulative Update (5.0.8308.857) or later installed. The latest one is:
KB 3036869 February 2015 Cumulative Update 5.0.8308.871 for Lync Server 2013 Core Management Server.
You can specify the client experience the users in your organization will see by using the
Set-CSClientPolicy cmdlet with the EnableSkypeUI parameter:
Set-CsClientPolicy -Identity Global -EnableSkypeUI $true

Will someone please tell me How to link Skype account with Office 365 account? I've had world minutes for 2 months, and can't use them. All links on Skype and Office 365 have not worked or are not there. Please, please somebody help me.
