Officejet 6700 very slow to print does not scan to Imac

I just purchased a new officejet 6700 from Costco it takes at least 10 min to print if at all and does not scan to Imac the current osx is snow leopard 10.6.8 using an airport time machine as a my wireless router / backup I have charter internet with ARRIS modem model # TM502G its also very slow to run any functions in the hp utility I did notice that the home network ip and printer ip are different don't know if that is an issue or not any help would be appreciated thanx.

What program are you printing from? Do you notice this issue occur from using multiple program(s)?
Please follow this entire HP document on Slow Printing. Make sure you choose your correct operating system.
You did indicate that your printer's IP address and your home network are different. The first three numbers of the IP address should be the same, but the last number(s) should be different. Please reference this HP document on Wireless Basic.
Are you receiving any error message indicating why you are unable to scan a document to your computer?
If you are receiving a "Connection Error", then please follow this HP document here. If the scanning software isn't responding, then follow this HP document here.
Please inform me your troubleshooting steps.

Very Slow Video that Does Not Fully Load on Macbook Pro

Hi,
I have a macbook pro from 2007 (Mac OS X 10.4.11) and I have never had any issues with streaming video until yesterday. I have fast internet, and I can browse quickly, but my video is recently being very slow and won't fully load. It always says 14 out of 16 things loaded or some other number when I try to play a video. I have tried resetting Safari and emptying my cache to speed it up several times with no luck. I have Safari 4.1.2. I am wondering what I need to do to get this fixed as soon as possible because there are some important videos I need to watch for classes.

Do you have the same problem w/streaming videos using other browsers? Suggest that you re-post over in the Safari for Mac forums as your problem is not MBP related but rather software.

ITunes is very slow to open - does not recognize iPod Touch

I'm running on Windows 7 and iTunes is the only program that I am experiencing any problems with. Outside of iTunes, everything operates optimally. I'm going to run AV and AM software tomorrow to see if I'm infected but I doubt that is the case here.

I only have some 4,000 songs in the library and by default, it opens up in the list view. I have tried opening it in safe mode but to no avail, I experienced the same thing. It pretty much takes 3-5 minutes to get past this white screen and see the list view and it doesn't recognize my devices when I plug them in - only recognized by Windows.
Any idea as to what may be the cause here?

Adobe website very slow: Changing region does not work.

I change my region to South Africa English as the USA server takes forever to respond. I am hoping this will make it
faster. However, every time I click it defaults back to USA even though I set it to remember my location.

Same with me: My settings for "Germany - German" are always lost. Even worse: when I go to the captivate wish form and change the region setting, then I am thrown to the homepage of Adobe in Germany - but I would have expected to get the wish form in German language.

Itunes very very slow and it does not burn CDS

What is going on? My itunes takes more than 20 minutes to burn a cd and when it is done nothing was burned.

See if you can burn a CD using a different program.
This will tell you if it's the burner or itunes having the problem.

HP OFFICEJET PRO L7680 All-in-One PRINTER does not print yellow color at all

Last week I understood that my Printer does not print at all yellow color.
All other colors and tests I made are ok.
I cleared printheads, made all printing tests, and diagnostic pages.
In every printing was missing the yellow color..
I changed the yellow catridge with another full one, and the problem persists..
PLS could any body help me?

Do you mean your iPhone got wet in the rain? If so, turn it off, put it in a plastic bag with some uncooked rice and let it dry out for several days (minimum). You might want to change the rice out every day too, especially if you notice it swelling (from moisture coming out of the phone).
Continue to use it and you risk further harm from continued water damage. If it does not work after drying out, then you can take it to Apple and pay for an out of warranty exchange (water damage voids the warranty, so you would have to pay the replacement fee).

My printer does not work with mountain lion

I recently upgraded to Mountain Lion and now my HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer does not work. I downloaded the required driver from the App Store but am still not able to connect. Is there actually a solution for this or do I need to find a way to downgrade my OS to one that is compatible with my printer?

Printer does not retain network security key , after I log off and log back on .

I have a HP Photosmart , eprint wireless printer. For some unknown reason, everytime I shut down my laptop and then restart it. My printer does not remember my Network Security Key, and I have to put it back in on the printer keypad. This is not only slow, but a real pain ! HP Photosmart 6510 e-All-in-One Printer Does Not Print Black Ink

I have run all the troubleshooting listed from HP and the "check" warrenty doesn't come up blank. I would like to not have to purchase a new printer to fix this any help would be greatly appreciated:
1) Rebooted Printer
2) Installed new printer cartridge (2nd one) - really not happy about this as that represents almost $50 in HP ink
3) Checked venting - Not the problem
4) From Tools ran head cleaner - still only prints colors (or grey)
I've liked HP printers for a long time, but after reading the forums I'm really seeing an issue with the model I puchased. I don't mind purchasing HP ink and my printer isn't a high volume use printer so I expect it to last beyond 1 year 1 day.
I have the SN and product number available if a tech needs.

Although I hope this resolves the issue, it might not. If the issue persists, please post back with your warranty status. Use the following link to check your warranty.

I am so dissatisfied with this printer. I'm sorry I got it from Amazon because now it is a hassle to return it. I will never buy another Canon.
The printer menus are confusing. I hate using it. I loved my previous Canon which finally stopped working after many years, that's why I purchased a newer Canon model. Never again. Stick with cameras.

This note won't be as angry and frustrated as the last one...
Because I still had my old printer drivers and other applications on my hard drive, I think the application was trying to connect with the old printer. I deleted all the old stuff.
I also had several scanning applications on my drive which just confused me.
When I used the actual Canon MX922 application, I was able to scan but could only save as JPG, TIF or BMP (and one more, I forget which). So I did some research on the Canon site and found out how to save documents as PDF files using the Canon IJ Scan Utility.
It works now. So I'm satisfied, will keep this maching. I just had to take some time, sit down and focus on the problem.

Go to the website of the manufacturer of your printer and check to see if they have released an updated driver for your particular model.

After the new 10.9.2 Maverick upgrade, my Photosmart C4480 3 in 1 printer can not scan and save the file to desktop or documents. You can only see the image in the print preview area. Does anyone know how to fix this or when a fix will be out?

After hours of trying reloading, and the usual fixes, etc. Apple told me to call HP, and HP told me they don't support Mac. It does not seem honorable of Apple to put out an upgrade and not tell people it will destroy their scanning ability, and that the only thing to do is to buy another printer/scanner.

Have you tried using Applications/Image Capture to scan.
