Offline (error code 4)
Everytime I launch the Spotify app, eventually it will give me an error code 4, and nothing will be playable. I have a working internet connection (everything works on my browser). Only when I go to relaunch the app, will it get out of the offline mode. It never used to do this. Any ideas as to how to fix the issue? It does the same thing on the release version as well as the latest beta version.
Hello there,
If you log out and back in when this happens, does the desktop loads normally or the same problem still occurs ?
If the problem persists you can try a full reinstall. You can download the last version here :
Mac: http://download.spotify.com/SpotifyInstaller.zip
PC: http://download.spotify.com/SpotifySetup.exe

Keeps on going offline - Error Code 102, 112, 117, etc
for some strange reason, my spotify keeps going offline. i have tryed to log off and long back in and it would log me in offline mode. i have checked my firewall and it lets it go through. i have even tryed to uninstall it and install it again and the same issues. don't know why this is happening.
I also keep getting the same issues, ever since updating to the newer version it keeps throwing me offline and I'm unable to play music. This is accompanied by errors ranging from 9-117, though I did just get an error 404 as well when trying to log in again.
It's getting through my work firewall fine, it's a problem with the actual Spotify service itself then! -
Error codes-keep getting booted offline
I have the same issue When I start the Ps3 then Start the Game (GTA V) it immediately logs me out of PSN showing an Error Code (80028ED6).
Anyone know anything about this ?First thing to try is reboot your network equipment by switching off for a minute or two.If problems persist look at some firewall management by either opening ports and/or setting up a DMZ,plenty of information in the links below. https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200525767-GTA-Online-Connection-Troubleshooting http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/publishers/Rockstar_Games.htm http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/PSN-Support/How-to-put-your-PS3-or-PS4-into-a-DMZ/td-p/10655314 If using a wireless connection upgrade to a wired connection, either by ethernet cable or powerline network adapters.Rockstar games can struggle over wireless connections because of the amount of data being sent to and from the server,a reasonably upload speed is also needed at least 1mb upwards.

Error code 6 & media offline & after effect warning errors.
Increasingly I am getting the attached error messages when I try to open files. (mostly .psd and .ind files)
1.) It often says I don’t have permission to open the file, it is not the right type of file, or the file doesn’t exist... none of which are true.
The files always work if I copy them locally and open them from my harddrive.
2.) "media offline" error.
3.) after effects warning error.
Help needed. Thx.Hi Saif,
You might get several issues, if you are directly opening files from the server or a network location, to your machine and editing them. You might also get issue while saving then to the server. I think your issue is one of them.
This is because, several thing comes into picture while you are opening, editing, saving files over the network. You may face some network issues, firewall issues and mostly permissions issues.
So, adobe always recommends to save the file locally on the machine first and then perform editting and saving operations. once you are done, you can copy it to the network.
Check the below article just for reference.

I am not able to drop the Temp file as it is used by some users.
When i checked my Alert Log then i am getting the ora-600 error....
When i check metalink for this argument i found that its a bug in 91 &10gR2
Please suggest some solution of this problem.
Is it a serious issue of database.Robert Geier wrote:
If you kill the sessions using the tempfile, or restart the database you may be able to drop it. Or you could try to shrink the tempfile instead of drop.
Not sure why you are doing that though ? If the temp tablespace is full, check what is using the space, or add another tempfile to the tablespace. No I am not killing the sessions... But i just checked using following query that some users are using the temp Tablespace at that time. But i did not kill any session.

I'm sure you have guessed by the log pasted below, that the MS Safety Scanner did not find anything to correct on my computer.
I believe the first line is the version information you were requesting be included in the log. Your help has been Mowst appreciated.

Windows update error Code 80072EF3
Greetings!
I have a Dell PowerEdge T320 that is experiencing this issue: Windows update error Code 80072EF3
I followed instructions in article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821/en-usand ran the DISM.exe with the offline source (my DVD drive) to avoid using the windows update component that appears to be damaged. Command completed, but no effect on the error.
Last successful update session was 7/8/2014
Security Update for Windows Server 2012 (KB2922229) cancelled. Tried to install manually. Not applicable.
Update for Windows Server 2012 (KB2811660) Failed. When running the manual download get the message it is already installed. Same for KB2855336
Any help appreciated.
Below is the detailed update history.
This link contains the log for the DISM repair tool:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/3aufjud0wd0n53n/CBS.zipHi,
Please re-run Windows update and then provide us the windowsupdate.log file for check. It is under C:\Windows.
Thanks.

Windows 7 Backup "The System cannot find the path specified" - Error Code 0x80070003
I'm having severe problems backing up my own machine to a share on our
FILE-SERVER as \\FILE-SERVER\Backup\
I have already backed up another PC successfully using exactly the same settings I have used on my own PC. So I presume it is nothing to do with the
FILE-SERVER or the Backup settings. It has to be something to do with what I'm trying to backup from my machine.
First some background.
This exercise all began when the Windows Server 2008 r2
O/S fell over on one of our Servers. I tried reinstalling the O/S several times, without success. In the end I grabbed another drive and re-built the O/S. I then had problems promoting it to a Domain Controller on the network.
In the end I renamed the Server from FILESERVER
to FILE-SERVER.
We routinely share four folders on what is now
FILE-SERVER:
\\FILE-SERVER\Backup
- a Folder where backups from all other machines are written, so that they will be backed up with the Server
\\FILE-SERVER\Company
- holds all our Company data
\\FILE-SERVER\GEM
- this is the application folder for our own database
\\FILE-SERVER\Install
- holds all Install files for the software we use
These are all held on a RAID 1 Array that is separate from the System Disk that fell over.
Prior to the Server falling over, I had Backup working fine on my machine.
On my Notebook PC I had made these shared folders 'Available Offline', so that I still had everything available to me when I was out of the office. They were
of course shared as \\FILESERVER\... not \\FILE-SERVER\...
Having got the Server up and going again, I began to get the Backups from the Windows 7 Client PC's going again.
I started with a Desktop, which of course did not have any Offline Files.
That proved relatively straight-forward.
I then started with my machine. Initially I did not make the above shared folders 'Available Offline'. I set up my Backup using exactly the same settings that
had worked OK on the desktop machine. But when I ran the backup I got:
The System cannot find the path specified, Error Code 0x80070003
I tried all sorts of things to get it to work:
I restored the system to the earliest point possible,
I ran chkdsk,
I defragged the drive
All to no avail, so I tried backing up:
with and without a system image,
reducing the backup to a single folder,
a single Folder with only one .txt file in it,
making the Folders 'Available Offline' again.
Nothing made any difference.
In the end I looked in the Sync Center to look at the Offline Files Folder.
Under Mapped Network Drives I discovered I still had the Files and Folders from
\\FILESERVER. In their Shortcut Menu 'Always Available Offline' was greyed out. So I deleted the Offline Copies. This deleted the Files in the Folders but not the Folders.
Since I could find no way of deleting the old Mapped Network Drives, I decided I'd painted myself into a corner by renaming the Server.
So I bit the bullet and re-installed my Notebook too. This did get rid of the unwanted old Mapped Network Drives - BUT NOT THE ERROR!!
I’ve been through all the troubleshooting procedures in:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/629597bb-7be0-455c-b81e-a149472d3f9b/windows-7-backup-the-system-cannot-find-the-path-specified-error-0x80070003?forum=w7itprogeneral
Method 1
It had none of the symptoms reported in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973455
but I scanned for ‘reparse’ points anyway. Found several “Junction Points” but none that were “Mounted Volumes”, just ordinary ‘File Folders’.
Method 2
Check a drive for errors.
Looked at:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Check-a-drive-for-errors
Checked
both boxes. I closed machine down, to check for errors when it re-started.
It didn’t seem to find anything.
I say seem, because I did not actually see it finishing checking the empty space, but stages 1-4 found no problems and Windows 7 restarted normally.
It did detect 66 ‘Reparse’ Points, which is more than it found when I scanned for them earlier.
Method 3
Yes, I am an administrator or my own machine and, as such, I have ‘Full Access’.
I downloaded an ran the Process Monitor, filtering for Process Name “Wbengine.exe”, but did dot get a single event.
So I’m not sure what’s going on.
HELP - I'm out of ideas!
I have a WORD Document that documents all the Settings I've used on both the Server and the Clients, together with the reasoning behind those settings, but
I cannot find a way of uploading it.I am having the exact same problem with Windows 7 Professional. Out of the blue, this issue just started a few months ago when running my monthly Windows Backup where I have used a USB drive for the last 3 years, and never ever had this issue before. Most
of the solutions listed on the Microsoft websites and answers deal with
"Restore" functions, not the
"Backup" itself. I have 3 folders being skipped during the backup.
So I went and changed the Backup from "let Microsoft choose files, directories, etc" to "Let me choose". I included the files and folders that were being skipped, and ran the "Backup" again, and got the same error message,
but the files that were skipped the first time were "Backed up" finally. This issue is somehow related to my "Libraries"?
The 3 backup problems are:
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\My Audio Books\Audio Book Recordings. Error:(The system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003))
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\My Audio Books\Audio Book CD Label-Cover Art. Error:(The system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003))
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\My Audio Books\Audio Book MP3 Tag Art. Error:(The system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003))
Did a "checkdisk" - no problems. Ran a program to fix registry - no problems. All updates up to date. I guess I could eliminate these folders from the Backup folders in the
Library, and just choose them under the "Users" locations, and be done with it. But I really want to understand this, and fix it. This is within Windows 7 and may be related to Windows Media Player or
some recent Windows update. Thanks. -
Hello,
I have installed Max DB 7.6.03.16 on AIX 5.3, however when trying to create a database I receive following message:
-24994 Runtime environment error (db_admin -f); 1, Check knldiag! Kernel exited with '0' before reaching ADMIN state (OS error code 11000)
I have reduced the CACHE_SIZE parameter to 800 and still receive the error.
Any suggestions?
Below is the knldiag and the ulimit for the user creating the database.

Hi David,
see above. Did you try to reduce the number of tasks?
What about free memory on OS level? What about free swap space on OS level? Are there any kernel parameters to be set in AIX? I'm not very familiar with AIX as I come from Solaris. But on Solaris you can configure different parameters for max files open etc. using kernel parameters. Is there something similiar in AIX?

Cannot Complete KB2919355 Update, Error Code : 0xc0000001
Hello,
I encountered the MS KB2919355 update problem last year, and did not succeed in installing this update. I returned to the problem a few days ago and made some progress, however full installation is still elusive.
I have a HP m7-J010DX notebook, E0K83UAR, Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU, Win 8.1x64
All other Windows & HP updates are installed.
I followed the advice in another message, and performed the following operations,
------------------------------------------------- KB2919335 Installation Procedure
1. download and install
KB2959977 2.8MB (Jan/11/2015, already installed)
KB2938439 19.6MB
KB2937592 303KB
KB2934018 126.4 MB
KB2932046 48 MB
2. Next, resetting Windows Update components
WindowsUpdateDiagnostic.diagcab (downloaded and ran, fixed two things)
3. The next step is performing a System File Check
CMD as Admin: "sfc /scannow"
Result: (I fixed this later, see below)
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.
3b.
Found the following command,
CMD as Admin: "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth"
The restore operation completed successfully.
The component store corruption was repaired.
Went back to step 3 ("sfc /scannow") and now received
"Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
4. Next, please remove KB2919355
CMD as Admin:
"dism /online /remove-package /packagenameackage_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.14"
(funny symbol should read "colon capital-p")
5. The WinSxS folder also has to be cleaned.
CMD as Admin:
"dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase"
6. Restart computer and then run the offline installer:
Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64.msu (KB2919355 690.8 MB)
7. Restart computer during the process whenever it is required.
Updating Computer
...30% complete
Do not turn off your computer.
This is when a problem occurred...
circling dots moved to LHS of screen, computer restarted,
"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Error Code : 0xc0000001"
Used,
F8
"Option 5 : Safe Mode with Networking"
after restart,
"we couldn't complete the updates
undoing changes
Don't turn off your computer"
After a further restart the computer returned to logon.
I would appreciate advice on how to proceed in order to complete installation of this update.
Thank you.I read elsewhere that using the Advanced Options/Automatic Repair procedure could fix the installation.
I tried this, it did not work, and now the situation is worse. The error report has changed to,
The boot config data for your PC is missing or contains errors
File : \EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD
Error code : 0xc000000f
The "Press F8 for Startup Settings" option no longer appears, and I can no longer get back to the log in screen and use the computer.
I still have Troubleshoot options,
1. Refresh your PC
2. Reset your PC
3. Recovery Manager (leads to USB based HP Recovery Manager
after about 110sec of blue screen)
4. Advanced Options
4. Advanced Options leads to,
1. System Restore
2. System Image Recovery
3. Automatic Repair
4. Command Prompt
5. UEFI Firmware Settings
Every option that I have tried has failed. I do no appear to have a restore point set (though I thought that I did) so I cannot restore to an earlier date.
F9 Boot Device Option/Boot Manager shows.
1. OS boot Manager
2. USB Hard Drive (UEFI)
3. Boot From EFI File
4. Notebook Hard Drive
5. USB Hard Drive
3. Boot from EFI File leads to a three options the first of which is,
NO VOLUME LABEL, [Acpi(PNPxxxx, 0)/Pci(yyyy)/Usb(zz, 0)/HD(Part1, Sig00000000)]
and thus eg.(there are other folders), EFI\Boot\en-gb\bootx64.efi.mui for the USB Recovery Drive which leads back to USB Drive Recovery Manager.
There are also two other options, one for the main SSD that will no longer boot, and the other for the computers second drive (the original HDD) that has an earlier version of a booting drive C: (I cloned from the HDD -> SSD and use the HDD as a backup drive, however I left the original partitions in place).
If I try to boot from the earlier data on the HDD (I did not really expect this to work completely) I get to the login screen, and an earlier password initially appears to be accepted, I get a brief Welcome, and then "The password is incorrect. Try again."
I have a recent file backup and am figuring out a way to make a current file backup.
I then plan to attempt a minimized image recovery or system recovery, unless I find a way to return to the login screen.
Any suggestions ?
Thank you. -
What is the meaning of error code 137
I'm trying to backup the database into ldif file, and using the command as belows:
./ns-slapd db2ldif -D ../../../slapd-33389 -a /data/EXPORT/directory_services/offline/directoryDB.ldif -n InstallUpgradedata
But under some condition, it returned me an error 137, and killed some process. The first time doing the backup is OK, just the second time. I'm running it in my script. After got the error, I tested the command using command line, and it is fine.
Is anybody could tell me what is the error code 137 mean? Or where can I find it?
Thanks in advance.Error -3150, normally mean there is no Internet connection or the connection is erratic and keeps dropping.
So you are in the wrong forum, I think iTunes forum would be more helpful.

Dear all,
I know there are quite some threads regarding this issue. But I've been looking at all of them w/o any solution for my problem. Here we go...
I've followed all instructions for a Exchange 2003 to 2010 transition. All went fine to the point I'm trying to uninstall Exchange 2003 via Control Panel/Software/Remove. So far I did the following:
1. Move mailboxes to Exchange Server 2010 using Move Mailbox Wizard or Powershell => successfully
2. Rehome the Offline Address Book (OAB) generation server to Exchange Server 2010 => successfully
3. Rehome Public Folder Hierarchy on new Exchange Server 2010 Admin Group => successfully
4. Transfer all Public Folder Replicas to Exchange Server 2010 Public folder store => successfully
5. Delete Public and Private Information Stores from Exchange 2003 server => successfully
6. Delete Routing Group Connectors to Exchange Server 2003 => successfully
7. Delete Recipient Update Service agreements using ADSIEdit according to
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb288905(EXCHG.80).aspx => successfully
8. Uninstall all Exchange 2003 servers => fails with "Error code 0X80072030 (8240): There is no such object on the server"
I used the following articles while migrating to Exchange 2010:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb288905(EXCHG.80).aspx
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/833396/en-us
http://www.simple-talk.com/content/article.aspx?article=882
and several more.
I looked into these forums regarding my problem and came up with:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283089/en-us
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822931
I investigated the following possible reasons:
- homeMDB attribute (no references to my Exchange 2003 anymore)
- HomeMDBBL attribute (as described here
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrmigration/thread/f0e3edd7-34e5-46b8-8061-1991aaffc30f) (no Information Stores available anymore as they have been successfully removed)
- msExchHomeServerName attribute (all pointing to my new Exchange 2010 server)
- the "famous" postmaster issue as described here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283089/en-us (pointing to the new Exchange 2010 server)
In order to investigate all attribute related issues a utilized a VBS script resulting in an Excel sheet I was easily able to filter:
SET objRootDSE = GETOBJECT("LDAP://RootDSE")
strExportFile = "C:\temp\MyExport.xls"
strRoot = objRootDSE.GET("DefaultNamingContext")
strfilter = "(&(objectCategory=Person)(objectClass=User))"
strAttributes = "sAMAccountName,msExchHomeServerName,homeMDB,legacyExchangeDN,givenName,sn," & _
"initials,displayName,physicalDeliveryOfficeName," & _
"telephoneNumber,mail,wWWHomePage,profilePath," & _
"scriptPath,homeDirectory,homeDrive,title,department," & _
"company,manager,homePhone,pager,mobile," & _
"facsimileTelephoneNumber,ipphone,info," & _
"streetAddress,postOfficeBox,l,st,postalCode,c"
strScope = "subtree"
SET cn = CREATEOBJECT("ADODB.Connection")
SET cmd = CREATEOBJECT("ADODB.Command")
cn.Provider = "ADsDSOObject"
cn.Open "Active Directory Provider"
cmd.ActiveConnection = cn
cmd.Properties("Page Size") = 1000
cmd.commandtext = "<LDAP://" & strRoot & ">;" & strFilter & ";" & _
strAttributes & ";" & strScope
SET rs = cmd.EXECUTE
SET objExcel = CREATEOBJECT("Excel.Application")
SET objWB = objExcel.Workbooks.Add
SET objSheet = objWB.Worksheets(1)
FOR i = 0 To rs.Fields.Count - 1
objSheet.Cells(1, i + 1).Value = rs.Fields(i).Name
objSheet.Cells(1, i + 1).Font.Bold = TRUE
NEXT
objSheet.Range("A2").CopyFromRecordset(rs)
objWB.SaveAs(strExportFile)
rs.close
cn.close
SET objSheet = NOTHING
SET objWB = NOTHING
objExcel.Quit()
SET objExcel = NOTHING
Wscript.echo "Script Finished..Please See " & strExportFile
What I did find is that all my Exchange enabled users have an legacyExchangeDN attribute that is still pointing to my Exchange 2003 organization:
e.g. "/o=First Organisation/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=Administrator"
Could this cause any problems?
Now the in depth look into my "Exchange Server Setup Progress.log":

I did search for:
- Error code 0X80072030 (8240)
- ScPRQ_ServerIsNotRUSResponsibleServerInTheNonEmptyOrg
Nothing so far. In case some more information is needed just let me know.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I absolutely don't know how to remove my Exchange 2003. Manual removal is not an option.
AlexI kept on searching and found something else:
http://www.outlookforums.com/threads/33038-cannot-uninstall-Exchange-2000
It says that the following groups need to be resided in the AD's default "Users" organizational unit:
- Exchange Domain Servers
- Exchange Enterprise Servers
- Exchange Services Group
Unfortunately I cannot find the "Exchange Services Group". Does that have something to do with my problem?
Furthermore I found out that the Exchange 2003 has been originally installed with SBS 2003 back in time. The SBS 2003 has then be migrated to a regular Windows Server 2003 infrastructure with 2 DCs. But there still is a load of stuff reminiscent of SBS
2003 within the AD.
Then I dug deeper into my AD using ADSIEdit. I found another attribute homeMTA that is pointing to a corresponding Exchange server. After adjusting my aforementioned VBS script a was able to look into that attribute as well. I found 2 users pointing to my old
Exchange server within their homeMTA attribute.
Furthermore I saw that when trying to uninstall Exchange 2003 there is no path to my installation anymore. It's empty:
Another issue?

Error code 0x803C010B when printing wirelessly: Has anyone found a solution yet?
I read all of the Microsoft forums regarding this issue but no one seemed to find a reliable solution. When there was a solution for one person, then it didn't work for someone else.
I called MS tech support, and they told me that they have received many calls about this error. The tech said that only MS could fix it and she charged me $100, with a 100% guarantee that it would be fixed. She evaded each time I asked her what
was the root cause of the error.
MS tech noticed three corrupted files from a Windows update, then started searching for viruses and malware, of which she found several, even though I had Norton protection. Then she tried to sell me a different anti-virus program, for more money,
which I declined until they could tell me the root cause of the problem.
Unfortunately I had an appointment so I left the tech working on my computer remotely. When I returned the problem was still not fixed. Printer still shows as offline or even turned off, when it is neither of these things, and I receive the above-referenced
error code when I try to troubleshoot.
I have a follow-up call with a MS tech today. I will post updates to this. It seems that they do not know how to fix it, either.I'm having the same issue but with HP Photosmart 7525 and HP LaserJet P1102W. Both worked fine until earlier this week when I "shut down and updated" my computer. I keep deleting the printers from my computer and reinstalling them;
they work temporarily then tell me they are "offline" when, clearly, they are not. -
Hi All,
In our lab 11gR2 RAC setup is up and running (11.2.0.1). Last night due to some issue with power or power failure servers went down directly.
When restart the RAC server, all the RAC related services are up and running except second node VIP is offline and database was down.
When I go for database startup through srvctl command it gives ora-00600 internal error.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcratr_nab_less_than_odr], [1], [2692], [912], [913], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
From metalink (ID 1296264.1) I come to know there was a power failure causing logical corruption in controlfile.
From metalink doc having steps for single instance but not sure how to follow the same steps in cluster environment.
Is any body ever face the similar issue in RAC environment? Is this only second node VIP issue ?
Thanks...Conceptually you have one database, and one set of control files, accessed from multiple instances.
If the issue would have been with online redo logs (there is one thread of redo log files per instance), instance would have mattered.
Now it doesn't matter, as there is one set of control files per database, not per instance.

So, drive J: is wrong (I'm installing on D:), and I cannot find any files by that name. Seems the installation scripts are screwed. I will try installing to disk J: and revert back.
Thanks for your input.
Cheers,
Mike
