Often i try open firefox but I ge a message saying it's already running to wait until it shuts down or restart my computer??

for example I've closed Firefox earlier, but when I go to re open it I get the message that it is running

This has happened to me a couple of times many months ago. I either kill the task using task manager; or I just re-boot my pc. sometimes just best to completely shut down your pc, unplug the power for a few minutes, and restart. If you're like me and leave your pc in sleep mode for days or weeks at a time, a lot build up, which may cause some programs to hand for quite a while.
