OGSD VA01 screen

Hi all,
I have to remove the Notepad that is coming in the VA01 screen of OGSD permanently. can any one let me know the steps to be followed.

Profit center is derrived form Plant Material view so whatever profit center is assigned to material master in Material sales Plant Data that must come to sales order. Now please check wheather you have extended the material with relevant sales organisation/Plant or not.

I think i solved the problem . The single way to to that is to modify the SAP standard Screen.

User Specific VA01 Screen variant (item overview tab first then sales tab)

Hi,
One of my user wants to see more number of line items on the sales order creation screen. Is it possible to create user specific screen variant? Like bringing item over view tab first and then sales tab at VA01 screen for one particular user.

hi,
you have two solutions for your issue.
1. please check the resolution of your desk top which you are working.
2. SAP has fixed the screens like that onlly so please write to SAP if there is any solution on this they will provide because no enhancements or developments or no programs i think we can do that.

Remove "Sales Office" from VA01 screen

Hello All,
We're using 4.6C and the initial VA01 screen consists of:
Order Type
Sales Organization
Distribution Channel
Division
Sales Office
Sales Group
However, I'd like to remove Sales Office and Sales Group from the initial screen. Is there a way to do it?

Hello,
This you can try using TRANSACTION VARIANT in SHD0 transacion code
In the SHD0 transaction give the Transaction code as VA01 and then choose the Transaction variant and select the variant which contains Sales office and sales group as fields and then choose the Icon of change and it will pop up one screen where you can find various options to display, mandatory, Invisible and without content.
Choose INVISIBLE for these fields and it will accomplish your task.

You can either with transaction variant SHD0 or incompletion log
For SHD0
Enter the transaction code VA01
Enter the transaction variant BUS2032
Select the program SAPMV45A
Go to CHANGE WITH PROCESSING (F6)
Then continue to press ENTER, and change what ever u want to make mandatory or suppress

Unable to attach document to VA01 screen...

Dear all,
I have already added "SD_SWU_ACTIVE" to the user profile. But I can not use services for attaching document to va01 screen...
How can I solve this issue??

hope u have followed the wright steps like as belows:
su3=parameter tab = sd_swu_active and parameter =x and save
now go to VA02..
there one small green icon appeared just below to traction input tab..
to click on that icon .. there u will see" create attachment"

I hope you are building transaction variant for VA01. You may create a custom package (Z-package) using SE80 and save the variant here.

VA01 screen Profit center

Dear Gurus,
In VA01 screen after entering customer and material, SAP brings profit center automatically. But I want system to bring another profit center. I have changed profit center in material master. But the conclution is the same. It brings old profit center....
But if I change sales office profit center changes automatically..
What must I do to bring correct profit center in VA01 screen?

Problem in saving ztable from va01 screen through exit

Hi all,
I am facing problem while saving ztable through additional data b tab screen of va01.
Actually I have add table control in tab and on the basis of vbeln i am saving table control data in ztable.
but all data saved except vbeln.. why it's happening? I have applied conversion also and it's showing in debug mode.
but in table vbeln field is not appended. vbeln is primary key in my ztable.

follow these steps:
1. Create your table and add it through Append Structure in VBAK table.
2. Create screen in Additional Data B.
3. Field should be dic object
4. Save and activate both Table as well as your Screen.
Save data automatically inserted into your custome table. I did it and it is working fine.

Increase sales order items on VA01 screen

Hi,
We have a requirement to increase the number of line items that can be displayed on the order input screen VA01. The user in question currently defaults to 12 line items but wants that increased to 15. This is to facilitate pasting in line items from a spreadsheet.

Mike, it is a resolution screen thing like the other poster said.
I tested this a few years ago on a 21 inch Engineering with the super detailed resolution and got somewhere around 38 sales lines to display.
That's about your only choice outside of using a BAPI and external file to populate lots of lines

Disable Organizational Data in VA01 Screen

Dear all,
Is there any way to disable the organizational data in VA01 from being populated automatically?
The organizational data (Sales Area, Sales Office, Sales Group) will be populated based on the entries of the respective fields in a previous transaction. For example, when user runs a report and enters Sales Office X as a search criteria, the next time he/she runs VA01, Sales Office X will be populated in VA01. The issue here is that a lot of our SOs' sales office have been wrongly assigned, and causing reporting discrepancy.
The users have already been informed to take extra care when creating SOs in the future, however I'm wondering if is there any way to prevent this from happening in SAP? Or is there a workaround recommended? I have searched around but haven't come to much.

Let's say in the initial screen of VA01, you enter the sales order type. Then under the organizational data box, you enter a sales office. Then when you insert the sold-to party later, even though the sales office assigned to the customer is different from what you entered previously, the system will still retain the sales office and will not pick up from the master data.
FOr your requirement, you can user USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT, such that before save the sales order, program will check for sales office and parameters enter in sales order with that of customer master. If customer master data is not reflecting in sales order then replce it or display error message, as per your requirement.

VA01 Screen Enhancement

Hi all
I have a requirement to add some fields to the sales order. I have looked through the forums for this.
I have found the additional data tab b-
SAPMV45A- 8309 for this but there is no project for it in SMOD and there is no badi for it either.
Can someone guide me on how to go about this?
1)Access the 8309 screen and get the access key for it
2) Add the fields to it
3) Make the changes in the flow logic
IS this the correct way?

When you create sales order as you need Two additional feilds so go with USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION , and add new feilds and then when you create the sales order using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2. those feilds will be there

VA01 screen value change needed

Hi All,
My requirement is, In VA01, change displayed value of VBKD-KURSK with Ztable value. I can fetch this value, the issue is how to show this Zvalue on screen. In other words I want to overwrite the VBKD-KURSK value if certain sales order type used.
Can anyone suggest any possible way ?

think it should be possible in the formroutine USEREXIT_CHECK_VBKD in include MV45AFZB.
It's one of the old exits in the SD-area, so you'll need an object registration.
