I'm not from the support team but if you are having issue this worked for me
In the device manager locate the IDT High Definition Audio CODEC under sound, game and video controller.
Right click and select uninstall.
Restart your computer and open up the device manager again.
In the same spot under sound, game and video controller where the IDT CODEC used to be listed there will be something else listed.
Right click on that and select "scan for hardware changes" this will reinstall the IDT CODEC but I believe it is the updated driver which is actually compatible.
It has been working for me so far, but I will keep you updated if it fails again. For now  I would try that!! good luck

    I work on a brandnew Macbook pro with lot's of HD and memory, Yosemite version.
    I bought Flash CS6 for 700 dollars. It hangs, it unexpectedly quits, but worse, it  corrupts the file i have been working on for an entire day. It makes it 981kb and then says it fails to open it.
    I want to know where can I get some customer service from Adobe. I paid for this software and I want to be able to send a ticket to the the support so they can figure out what went wrong and if they can recover my file. The file didn't even have 70 frames yet. But each frame had a drawings with pencil that are very detailed. So hence my frustration

    1.  periodically save your fla file with an appended version number so that never happens to you again.  eg, yourproject_01.fla, yourproject_02.fla etc.  that policy (saving frequently with appended version numbers) is a good idea with all software, adobe or otherwise.
    2.  to prevent future crashes/hangs, reset your flash pro preferences, Re-create preferences.
    3.  don't force the termination of a flash save unless you have little to lose.  you should allow, at least, 2 minutes or you're likely to corrupt your fla by doing that.
    4.  you may be able to recover your fla by renaming it to a rar and using winrar to repair it.  that's a long shot but occasionally works.
    5.  adobe support's not likely to offer you much help, but if you want to try contact adobe support by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

    i did a 'repair permissions' on my macbook and have not heard the mooing since but then again i have not used it much since then either.
    has anyone had apple support or a retail store address this issue directly?

    Reparing permissions didn't change anything for me. However, here are the CoreDuoTemp results for my black macbook:
    Mooing begins at 66C, gets more frequent at 67C.
    At temperatures above 69C, mooing stops.
    Might be different with yours!

    I am facing a problem in assigning the support team automatically.
    In the transaction PFAC_RESPO , i maintained responsibilites with rule no. 13200137. I created  criteria for determining partners.
    when i simulate the condition @ PFAC_RESPO it is picking correctly the Support team. But when i created a messgae in satellite system, it is not assigning the support team automatically.
    Could anyone highlight me with some inputs.

    In the rule definition and responsibility in tcode: PFAC_RESPO.
    i have mentioned some of the Responsibility Specs, like client, installation number.Then when i simulate the condition (@ simulkate rule resolution) by entering the related details system picks the concerned support team.
    But when i created message and checked, it is not picking any of the support team. Determination not happening.
    I used the standard action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED.
    Action Definition : SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER (When message is created, find support team responsible)

    I had started my service in February of 2013. February of 2014, I was told that I would be getting my deposit back around May 2014. I was good with that, I added 2 more lines to my plan for that ONE reason, that I was getting it back or credited to my account. Around April 27-28th, not sure of exact date, I spoke to someone in financial services department and I was told that my deposit should be applied around May 7,2014. She then set up a payment arrangement for May 7, for my bill. On May 9, I called and spoke to someone else in financial services, where I was told my deposit got pushed back to August 2014 because of a returned check, which is ACTUALLY A CANCELLED PAYMENT MADE BY ME, because the amount that was scheduled was smaller than the actual amount. The next 2 days I made payments for the GREATER amount. I requested to speak to someone in the treasury department, and was told there is NOT a direct line to them, they can only be contacted by email, which I could NEVER find an email for them or for the corporate office to speak to someone higher up. I called AGAIN this morning to get a number or email and I was given the number to ANOTHER CALL CENTER, and was NOT able to get anything resolved!! I am fed up, and DONE WITH VERIZON WIRELESS. I HAVE ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER WITH ANOTHER CARRIER, AND I AM TERMINATING MY CONTRACT WITH VERIZON.     I am working with Solution Manager 4.0 and I want to use Automatic Partner Determination in Service Desk. My employer wants the Support Team (SLFN0003) to be determined by the Reported by (SLFN0002).
    There are already parts of the Automatic Partner Determination that work, like determining the Sold-to Party from the IBase component. Because of that I believe the customizing leading to a correct Partner Determination Procedure is working. But somehow I can’t seem to get the determination of the Support Team from the Reported by to work. Hopefully someone can help me on this matter.

    I have iTunes running on a windows 7 machine & two ipod touches (Both 3G running the power draining IOS4). My ipod touch Sync's OK however my partner (who uses the same computer and software) has Itunes 'stop & quit' when trying to sync her music. The program quits out at the same point when it reaches the same music track. I did start removing the tracks that has the problem but it was getting to the point that I was removing a lot of stuff - stuff that plays OK in the iTunes software and previously sync'ed OK with the old software.
    The most annoying thing is that Apple (as far as I have seen) isn’t even acknowledging any kind of problem. The same could be said of the ridiculous battery consumption under IOS4.

    Well, Apple's affiliated with it because it's their site, and about their products. That doesn't necessarily mean that they have to be a part of User Discussions. (after all, at least they aren't false advertising right?)
    I mean think about it, Facebook is affiliated with your Facebook profile right? Does that mean that the Facebook owners are going to meddle with your personal affairs? Probably not.
    I wouldn't consider these forums as CUSTOMER support, more as PEER support. Apple provides customer support other ways, by FAQs, Apple Stores, and Contacting Them. I'm not saying one way whether Apple is good or bad with this, I am simply stating they offer other customer support options.

    Can anyone help me out with the piece of code. Because i don't which FMs to be called for read and update the support desk message.
    Note: Action definition SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER uses method call Z_CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1(which is a copy of CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 and applied some correction as per note: 1041455).
