OIA Certification problem

HI All,
I'm facing issue with certification in OIA.I have done necessary steps,but in the logs getting exceptions.

Hi,
You need to ensure that you have attributes that are 'certifiable'. Assuming you've imported the accounts, go to 'Administration' --> 'Resource Types' and select which attributes you want to certify against. No create a certification that includes users with certifiable attributes
