OIM91 Weblogic Install: Cannot Install because already installed

I am attempting to install OIM 9.1 with Java 142_15 for Weblogic 8.1 SP6 server.
When I get to the server input information, after I press next, it gives the following error:
"Oracle identity Manager Installer has found that Oracle Identity Manager is already installed on specified BEA Weblogic."
Here is what our env looks like:
We have 1 instance of OIM on JBoss (we have since removed)
We are installing into a brand new DB.
We have never installed OIM on Weblogic before
The Weblogic server being installed on is brand new
Any help would be appreciated.

When a environment variable with string 'Xellerate' is set on a machine, the
OIM 9011 installer will fail to install OIM. A message is shown that OIM is
already installed and installer will not move forward beyond the screen where
admin server, managed server names and ports are entered (incase of
weblogic).
This should either be documented or the check shouldn't be made during the
installation.

Flash Player will not install thinks it is already installed

I can not open a PDF in the latest reader. It tells me flash needs to be installed. I go to the adobe site and flash player will not install stating it is already installed. The active x widget says not player is installed. It is not listed in managed add ons and is not listed in installed programs.
How can I install the program?

Some PDFs (with Rich Media Content) require the Flash Player plugin (NPAPI) to be installed.
I do not quite understand what you have installed, and what not. I recommend that you uninstall Flash Player completely using the uninstaller from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
then download and run both installers from
Flash Player for Internet Exporer - ActiveX
Flash Player for Firefox - NPAPI

- What do you mean it does not work? Could it be that the app ere not compatible with your model iPod and its iOS?

Requires me to install programs that are already installed

I keep trying to install Google voice but it keeps asking me to install it even days after I installed it. Same with the Netflix Microsoft Silverlight that is needed to play the instant queue. Why does it ask me to install programs that are already installed. I already uninstalled them and reinstalled them but that did not work either. PLEASE HELP!

There's a new version 5.7.1. If you click on install, it will install the new version in lieu of 5.7.

OSX install error: "Adobe AIR Already installed"

I'm having an issue with Adobe AIR installer on my Mac.
Having already uninstalled a previous beta, I am presented with an
error message whenever the 1.0 installer is launched: "Adobe AIR
Already installed on this system". Of course, that is not the case
and for the life of me I can't get this blasted version to install.
So my Mac is running out of AIR, and so am I.
Any ideas?

You can enable installer logging (

to find out why the installer thinks AIR is already installed.
Most likely, however, it is. Check /Library/Frameworks and
see if Adobe AIR.framework is already there.

hello please helo me i use windows 7 pro 64 bit and i already install flash player 11 .. shockwave and adobe air also.. but none in vain when people send me video on msn i get this message thats is install flash player..
i have install it like 100 time .. restarted. but in vain..
also i van view file in swf .. which are exported from adobe flash cs5.

Installing photoshop after having already installed premiere elements 11

I have already installed premiere elements 11 and have tried to install photshop. throuble shoot told me to delete the two files and retry. I follow the directions exactly and delete the two files I was directed to and then try to reinstall photoshop. The two files that I previously deleted are reinstalled automatically each time I try to reinstall photoshop.
I have tried this repeatedly with the same results.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I first installed Premiere Elements 11 and then next tried
to install Photoshop Elements 11. I had no problem with installing elements but
when I try to install photoshop I keep getting the following error message.
An error during setup causes the installer to roll back
(Windows-only)
I next clicked on trouble shoot which sends me to Adobe
website with the following instructions.
When either one
of Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premiere Elements is installed, and you try to
install the complement, an error occurs and installation fails. Setup proceeds
up to a point, and then an error occurs, and the installer rolls back. For
example, if you have Photoshop Elements installed, then Adobe Premiere
Elements doesn't install, or the other way around.
Follow this procedure to resolve this issue:
     1. Navigate to the location: C://Program Files(x86)/Common
Files/Adobe/OOBE/PDApp
     2. Delete the files:
PDAppFlex.swf
PDAppFlex-app.xml
     1. Retry setting up the application that had
previously failed to install.
I have tried this several times and in each case during the
install the very files that I was told to delete above and did are reinstalled
by Adobe during the install of Photoshop.
Elements and I end up with the same error message.

Repartition for what reason? Parallels will automatically offer to create a new VM using your Windows system already installed in the Boot Camp partition.

Install button appears for already installed apps

Hello.
After updating to Yosemite all my installed AppStore purchases appear as non-installed.
When I click "Install" button, AppStore redownloads an app (I see the installation progress) and "Install" button changes to "Installed", but when I reload "Purchases" page - "Install" button appears again.
I assume this is an issue.
I tried to delete AppStore cache vie CleanMyMac but it didn't help. Also after reading several topics in this community I have to specify that Spotlight is disabled on my system (if it matters).

It does matter, quite a lot in fact. The App Store relies on the Spotlight index to tell what is installed.
If you need Spotlight disabled for any reason, add only the problematic locations to the privacy tab in System Preferences > Spotlight.
Never disable it completely or add the whole system disk to privacy.

Itunes install cannot complete because of apple mobile

I updated iTunes but it will not complete becasue of Apple Mobile. I uninstalled Apple Moblie and tried to reinstall iTunes but it will not complete because of Apple Moblie. It is asking for permission.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall press on)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Install LVRTE 2010 when already installed LVRTE 2012

Hey,
i lost track of installs on my PC.
I think a LV application quits because of not installed LVRTE 2010.
I have installed LV 2012, 2013 & 2014
I had also installed LVRTE 2012 (and obviously 6.1 (don't know where this comes from, but i see it in NI installed programs in installed features and programs))
Now, I want to install LVRTE 2010, but it refuses with the popup: higher versions installed
should I just remove LVRTE 2012? and reïnstall afterwards?

Application Manager shows 'Install' next to apps already installed

I have been using CS6 apps as part of a Creative Cloud subscription since not long after CC was released. I have only installed the apps as part of CC.
However my AAM window shows a blue Install link next to apps (eg ID, PS, AI, Acrobat) which I use every day. (You can see ID CS6 in the background of the screengrab below.)
The only two apps which show up as installed are AE (which I downloaded a month or two ago) & LR5 (which I downloaded yesterday) and even that shows a grey 'Installation complete Launch app' message when I've already been using it.
Does this suggest that AAM isnt properly monitoring the update status of my apps?
How can I fix this?

use the CC desktop app to monitor the update status of the remainder of my Adobe apps, and
simply keep an ear to the ground for any updates to LR and update LR from within the app itself (Help / Check for updates…)?

You can safely ignore the Adobe Application Manager at this point and use the Creative Cloud interface. Also the normal Adobe icon will still be displayed for the time being when updates are available. These will eventually be handled within the Creative Cloud application interface but I have seen the same Adobe icon on several of my upgraded computers already.
Jeff, was 'can safely ignore' intended to mean that I can choose to ignore AAM, or that I should ignore AAM? If an update is shown to be available via the AAM icon in OSX's menubar is a user meant to use AAM or CC desktop to update the apps? And if the update status of the 'production' apps is at odds in the 'management' apps (as it currently is on my computer) which should I trust?
Is AAM now simply an app which is intended to work in the background (and hence should I uncheck 'Notify me of new updates on the menu bar' setting in Preferences)? Is that is something that will happen down the road, but isn't ready yet?
Sorry for all the questions -- which I appreciate are veering a little into the academic rather than being strictly necessary (I can at least use my production apps at the moment) -- but I'm just surprised how confusing this all is. And I don't imagine I'm the only person who is confused.
The Creative Clud Desktop help page makes no mention of AAM, and the Install and Update Apps help page only seems to add to, rather than clear up, the confusion about how the two managment apps are meant to work together.

I've downloaded the newest java version, but for some reason a pop-up keeps telling me to download the newest version, which i have!
When i go to java's website (which is horrible) they tell me it is because i might have an older version of java installed on my computer but it does not specify how to fix the problem. Can you guys help?

What version of Java do you have installed, and what software did you run that is demanding java, and what version is it demanding?

Mac App Store says that Lion can be installed,but it is already installed

today I opened the Mac App Store and I clicked the tab ''Purchases'' and I saw that in OS X Lion it was saying to install it. But the problem is that I already have Lion installed in my iMac(v10.7.3). Why is this happening, is it a bug or there is a problem with my iMac? Thank you in advance!

What you have purchased in the Mac App Store is the installer for OS Lion, not the OS itself. So you can still download the installer, it's just that you already have Lion.
