Ok, Apple Sent me the Empty box to send back my mini,now wat
Ok, i got my empty box and my paper work from Apple this morning as i want to send my mini back as the right side of my music seems different to the left, the bass crackles, whats the process, i tried to phone apple earlier but i couldnt not understand a work the operator was saying.
Do they charge me?
How long does it take?
Am i insured if the Mini gets lost?
If your iPod is still under warranty, then Apple should not charge you.
I would guess 2-3weeks but have no real idea.
Im not complety certain, but i dont think that its insured as its not Apples fault....but its not yours either.
Oh, and did you try different headphones, becuase my headphones have had exact problems. All i needed was a new set...which Apple will send to you free of charge.

If Apple has not received your phone, obviously it can't even be evaluated for warranty purposes. Have you tried calling AppleCare to verify whether they have received the phone or not? -

OK, Problem solved. Software on Apple TV was VERY outdated. It had been sitting in the box for over a year and needed an update. Problem solved!

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'. This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If that doesn't work, or there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
(If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
A new page will open.
Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
Click the blue 'Continue' button.
Select the contact option that suits your needs best.
Make sure to tell Apple Support to include an alternate email address for the iForgot email, other than your inactive one. Then, log into appleid.apple.com, and change your primary and rescue email addresses to ones that you can actually access. -
On Itunes for Windows 7, when I click the check mark box, the song is quickly deleted and sent to the recycle box. How do I go back to when I click on the check mark box, the checkmark is either turned on or off?
Thanks for replying, but I tried that earlier and had that did not work. After your reply I did it again, shutdown itunes and rebooted system. I thought since it didn't do that earlier that might work but same results it deleted file from Itunes but no second questions to move to recycle bin.

A reset should help: Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons and await restart.

What is going on here. I've waited 4 weeks for my ipad which will not do anything untill I've downloaded the latest version of itunes which I can't do because this message keeps appearing,

I just downloaded OSX Maverick and now I cannot drag addresses from my contacts to the "To" box when sending email. How can I get back to dragging groups or individual contacts to emails?
Starting to type a name and getting a list of matches is good but it's not a substitute for being able to choose twenty or thirty names from your address book and dragging them into the "To" field. Of course many contacts can be put into a group but I may want to send occasional emails to many people who don't fit any group, and there may be no need to create a group just for that email.

Well if u just want to view the website contents on your mobile then open the web browser in your mobile and open the desired web site, or u can use opera mini for this if your phone supports this.
And if u want to fetch the contents of some site to your application, use GCF api.

So I've been waiting for my yoga 2 pro for a few months, I finally get my box today and it's empty! Security tape still attached too. The ups guy hands it to me and we both were pretty confused, he said it looked like a return box. Nope it was the outer box with only the foam padding that would hold the laptop in. Sent all the way from China. What the hell are they doing over there?
I contacted customer support, they said I had to make a claim. I've got an empty box sitting beside me, security tape still intact with nothing in it but 2 pieces of foam and $1500 off my CC.... hoping they don't jerk me around for 2 months. Urgh.
Anyone else ever have this happen?
