In iTunes go to the Help menu in the upper menu bar. Then click on iTunes Help. Then on Sync your iPod, iPhone or iPad and follow the instructions.

You are allowed to have two working installations so you do not have to disable the original if you prefer to have a backup. Otherwise, to disable you can just sign out thru the CC manager.

I'm pretty sure this is an Apple thing and you can't do anything about it. To get rid of the notification just do as it asks then try to forget about it.

Shouldn't happen.Only thing I can think of suggesting is to delete render files and try again. Trashing preferences is a long shot, but no harm in trying. Use the Digital Rebellion Preference Manager, a free download.
Assume you have a reason for using such an outdated version of FCP X. That may be contributing to your problem.

When you eneter information into iTunes Producer for uploading, the info must match what is in the internal metadata. In this case, the book is called Mississippi, but in iTunes Producer it is spelled Misssissippi. There is an extra "s". This will cause an error.

I read the thread question differently than you did I think. I did not think the DVD in question was a commercial DVD. However, you have much more experience in this discussion board than I do. You probably have seen this question many times and assumed (apparently correctly) that it was a commercial DVD.
I was answering the question based on it being a DVD created within a work/home environment that is needed to be put on the iPad. I have been toying around with that exact process in the past week. Work training videos etc, that I have created, put on DVD then downloaded to my iPad for travel and display.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

When I select a link and a pdf opens, when I close that document a blank page shows and I have to the click the "return" to get back to the original page

Example- I do a search and get a list of web sites, I select one which is a pdf document.
After closing that pdf a blank page appears instead of returning to the original page of search results.
Can I set up Firefox to automatically return to the original page?

Is the PDF opening outside of Firefox in Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, or another external application? Usually Firefox closes the blank window or tab immediately in that case. However, I have noticed that if the link was launched using the Ctrl or Shift key, or middle mouse button, then Firefox might leave it open. Have you noticed a pattern along these lines?

Mavericks update? Help please! I need to know how I can update my computer because right now, it's just not happening.

I've looked at the tech specs and everything seems to be fine. I have the 2GB of memory, and the 10.6.8 operating system but it still won't let me update? Is there something I may have overlooked? The only possible update for a model 2.1 is OS 10.7 Lion. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775. to purchase it. Then within 3 days you will get an email with a code which you can use to download Lion from the App Store. The price is $19.99.
Lion will require at least 2gb of RAM but really needs 4gb to run smoothly. You can put two 2gb RAM sticks in your model 2,1 but it can only use 3,3gb. This is a hardware limitation and cannot be changed.

Also Lion doesn't run any Power PC programs. To see if you have any Power PC programs go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up select Applications under Software. Then look under Kind to see if any of your applications are listed as Power PC. Universal and Intel will run under Lion.

Ok the issue I'm having is that when my computer starts up it says that "The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. Please contact your system vendor for an updated BIOS." What do i need to do in order to get it to work? When I press F12 it brings up the boot menu but my keyboard won't work so I can't do anything. Sounds like your iPhone had previously been hacked/modified/jailbroken and
the update has relocked it to the original wireless carrier. You will have to
contact that carrier to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
Does the app Cydia appear on your iPhone?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

On Thursday, May 30th, I returned to Verizon Fios after being with Comcast for less than 30 days. The technician was not able to properly install my telephone service. When I look online I don't even recognize the bundle info on the screen, it doesn't match my order emails at all, and it shows that I don't have telephone service on my acct, though I have a triple play bundle, that doesn't make any sense.
