Okay, this problem keeps happening to me. I purchase a song on wifi itunes through my original iphone. It is nowhere to be found. I don't get what the problem is. my iphone is signed in to my itunes account and my firmware is UTD.
Can someone please help. I try to re download the song and it tells me that I've already purchased it. Where is it?

This may be a long shot but what what firmware are you using and does the wireless you use have encryption enabled?

Grey screen boot problem keeps happening after fix

Recently my desktop mac (originally snow leopard upgraded to mavericks, if this information is important) failed to boot and was stuck on the boot screen with the apple logo and the spinning wheel.
I researched how to handle this (youtube being the most help) and managed to fix it by reinstalling mavericks. However, the problem happened again this morning and once again I had to reinstall. I have verified everything through disk utilities and nothing seems to be in need of repair.
Would anyone be able to tell me what the problem could be and if it is anything I could fix myself rather than sending it in to repair?

By default Mac apps do not close when you close the window you were working in. Unlike in Windows when you click the top right X icon in any program is closes the window and the program shuts down. On Mac OS X clicking the X in the top left hand corner only closes that windows and leave the program running in the background. If they are left open and you reboot they will restart with the system and load a window for them.

Multiple websites do not load correctly, the page layout is messed up. This problem only happens in Firefox.

That card is under-powered for the hardware-accelerated Mercury Playback Engine. If you've tried to get it working with hardware MPE, then that's a likely cause of the crashing. Pr needs at least 1 GB of VRAM for hardware MPE. Stick to software MPE and things may improve.

Just yesterday, I've been hit with the problem of a sharpening and or noise issue in develop and exporting? I'm confused to why all of a sudden this problem has happen. I've been using lightroom 5 for months with no issue's till now

So looked into exported photo in my library on PC and it also was blurry. Then went back to lightroom it also in LR library and in develop is blurry?

Seems like you have corruption in OS X itself likley due to your hard drive having a bad sector and failing on a essential system file according to the loaded kext files.
You can do a #8 Reinstall Just OS X which will leave your users files and apps alone.
If your on 10.7 or 10.8, reboot the machine holding the command and r keys down (or option key), you'll enter a Recovery partition and there will be a option to Reinstall OS X over the Internet from Apple.
You will need your Apple ID and password.
Go ahead and do that and all should be well.

If your on 10.6, then you do the same, but hold the c or option key down and boot from the 10.6 disk that goes with that machine. No Internet needed, but you will need to Software Update fully after the reboot and that does need the Internet.

They don't have any access to your computer. They were picked up on your Wi-Fi. If they are not currently being detected, then hold down the COMMAND key and drag the entries out of the sidebar.
