Okay well i bought an album from itunes what a year or two ago and now i cant download it to my computer please help
i bought two albums about a year or two ago and now itunes wont let me download either of them it says "purchased" when i search it but it wont let me download them and i got to "purchased" sextion on the itunes store home screeen but it still doesnt appear there can someone please help? or i want my money back-.-
Make sure you are using the same Apple ID that made the Original Purchase.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

If you've already downloaded it then what are you now trying to download it on, and what happens when you try ?
If you are in a country where you can re-download music, and it's still in the store and not hidden (hiding and unhiding), then it should show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on a device, and the Purchased link Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes. But if you still have it on that device or, if using your computer in the Music part of your computer's iTunes library, then it will show as 'downloaded' on it - you would need to delete it from that device/library before it will get the cloud symbol against it -
ipod touch 4g wont connect to itunes or come out of recovery mode, its just stuck on the connect to itunes screen and will not come out, i tried doing a restore but something happened and now it wont finish or do anything else please help and my itunes will not see that its connected. i also tried going though control panel and restarting the service and nothing happens. also i tried redoing the driver but its saying it cannot find any drivers for it

I bought an album from iTunes, the artwork and title is missing.
I am using iTunes 11.0
I bought Eminem - Curtain Call (I was feeling nostalgic due to the new Leeds Fest line-up) and the album artwork and title is missing. I have tried deleting and re-downloading a number of times. Even changing the title and artwork manually won't work. Sometimes after re-downloading, tracks appear to be missing, while others have the artwork and title.
I have no idea why it is happening, if I wanted this hassel, I would have downloaded a torrent.

I bought "Ultraviolence" from iTunes on release day. When I got it, the songs were arranged in order and everything was as it should be. However, ysterday, just 1 day after purchasing the album, the first 5 songs of the album jumped to the back. I was able to return the first 3 songs to their original position, however tracks 4 and 5 are still stuck at the bottom and nothing i do seems to be able to bring them back to where they're suppose to be. Please help me fix this issue..
I have tried everything I have read on the Internet about sync issues and restore etc and not there isn't a single song on my iPad or iPod touch. All of the songs are listed in my iTunes but are all greyed out, some have the cloud symbol next to them but lots don't and some say waiting.
Long and short is nothing will save to my devices at all.....HELP !!!!!!!?
