OLAP Service don4t start

Question

Hi,
I've a Oracle9i 9.0.1.3.1 database instance, but this is the log file's text of the OLAP Service:

This issue should go Oracle Support. Please register an iTAR on metalink.oracle.com. The error occurs at very early stage of startup. I have never seen this before.
In addition to this log, if the platform is on Windows, a registry dump under
\\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORACLE\OLAP
or, if it's on Unix,
$ORACLE_HOME/olap/olap.key
would also help Support.
