@I had my adobe on my old, broken computer. I now have to deregister it from old computer and register on the new computer, which I cannot do. Please help.

I'm having a similar problem, but I do have the key and is not working anyway.
My old pc was running on windows 7 and my new one is an apple running on Lion.
My phone is an Iphone IV and I can see all the bookmarks there.
In order to sync, what I did was click on the "I don't have the device with me", I entered the key that was provided and the process finish ok. It says congratulations, etc, etc.
But the bookmarks are not there, I tried merging data and replacing data on this computer options but is the same.
Any suggestions?

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything on the new computer.
If for some reason you have failed to backup, then you can redownload itunes purchases in some countries:

I need to delete everything off my ipod and make it like new again..

You can't restore and erase everything without connecting to your computer. Have you had a chance to look at these troubleshooting documents? They may be of some help:

Can you still get onto your old desktop? if you can...see if you can get memory stick and just copy and paste on to it...if not....you might have to just do what the new iMac and you may get all back from ur history of purchase..just try and remember what dl....

Or if the stuff is still in your iTunes library you should just be able to connect the iPod and sync everything over to it as you did your old one. If you also have a backup of the old iPod in iTunes, you can restore from that backup to retain some of your App Data and such.

From old computer to new computer

If this question has been answered I didnt find it in the list of topics...
I got a few questions and I hope someone can answer all of them..
1) I had Itunes installed on my main computer, and that computer crashed and I therefor bought a new computer.
But now that I got this itunes9 (which I didnt had before).. it keeps saying in a window that there is a library that doesnt match this library, therefor it wants to put this library into this one... So what I understood from that, is that the old library already on the ipod touch, will be erased and replaces with some new music.. I dont want new music replaced with the old one, seeing how I got my ipod touch as a backup I could just transfer to a new computer.. It holds my whole album of pictures of my trip to usa, and I cant loose those pictures seeing how they are the only copy I had.... And it also has my favourite type of music with artists/singers/groups.
the second question is this:
why wont Itunes show me the music I already have on Ipod touch?.. Im trying to access my music and my pictures and It shows either nothing or that new music stuff..
third question is this:
when I got ipod touch.. for... almost 2 years ago.. I tried creating a apple acc to use your downloads for music.. When I got to the creditcard stuff, and had typed in teh information and pressed next or whatever it said, it said that I had typed in some wrong information and that they couldnt proseed... therefor I never got to create a apple acc back then.. so I used limewire to get music to my ipod.. Is this "error" what happened while I was trying to create the acc, now fixed??.. So that I can create an acc?..

i found out (typical me) that the pics from my usa trip is saved (thank god) cause I didnt erase the pictures from the memory card in my camera ( )
I still dont know why I back then wasnt able to create an account back then.. all I know is that it said I had typed some information wrong and it wouldnt let me proseed... (and I did triple check the information I wrote), and I understand that you might not know either why this happened.
but now I know at least that it will erase the music and pictures and the video on the ipod touch... therefor I will not sync the stuff, just charge the batteries so I can at least keep the music I have on it.

My PC crashed and I bought a new Macbookpro. Trying to authorize my iphone & itunes account and my wifes itunes account on my new Mac. Since she deauthorized all computers Last April, it says I have to wait until April 2012 to sync them all.

If it is set to update automatically you'll get a message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay.

Old computer broke, activation is not working, NO HELPLINE?

I really need to activate my Adobe Master Collection. Since my old broke down a couple of weeks ago, I installed it on a new computer. But the activation doesn't work because "it has been installed too many times". There is NO HELPLINE AT ALL and the chat is at this time of day (it's about 23:00) not available (which is REALLY weird, I would really expect better service for a product I payed quite a lot of money...!)
Anyways, is someone from adobe around here who could help me? I really need to use Premiere Pro.
