Old GR/IR Remove from the system....
Hi SAP GURUS,
User tried to remove old GR/IR in MR11 Transaction code, but system shows "aqusition value negative area01".This old GR/IR related to asset accounting.I anlayis i given two soloutions.
1.Required "negative posting allow" scrren layout rules in deprecation area.this changes client level,so client not accepeted this soloution.
2.Write-up soloution, write -up means "To increase asset value".this is also big process,so client not accepeted this soloution.
Without any changes in asset accounting how to the remove OLD GR/IR from the system.
Thanks & Regards,
sri.....
Hi
You can't remove GR/IR GL Account. Instead check the documents which are lying in GR/IR account and analise. You will get some sort of solution

iMac running 10.7.5 and have 2 question marks from old PPC apps, which I cannot locate any links to remove from the system? Any suggestions please?
Hello, if those Question marks are in the Dock, it means OSX can't find them either.
Right click on the Q mark & choose Remove from Dock, might be Roght click or click, then Options>Remove from dock on later OSX versions.
Sometimes you can just drag it of the Dock, or CMD +drag it off. -
NEED MY OLD WEB SITE REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET
I am no longer with Verizon but my old WEB site is still up and working and is causing problems by people using it and contacting people. Need help to remove the old WEB site from the internet.
Who do I call for help?Hi there,
Not sure why you thought this question belonged in the home networking forum. However, my suggestion would be to log into your old site and add a script to redirect people to your new site. Sorry if that seems obvious but it's a simple approach to the problem. -
Question about Removing Permissions from the System Folder with chmod
Hi
I have a question about the removal of permissions from the System folder (and sub directories and files).
Background
Since installing a new HD, clean install of 10.6, application of updates and moving over backed up user directories I have had several issues with permissions.
I have read several threads on this and using disk warrior and other tools I have been able to fix most of the issues.
The Problem
The issue that remains is a permissions check using Disk Utility keeps reporting
ACL found but not expected on "System".
followed by an extensive list of sub directories and all.
Attempts to repair take hours and the same errors are reported.
Found Solutions
I have read about changing and/or completely removing the ACL from the permissions from the System using two different commands:
sudo chmod -R -N ./System/* ( to remove all ACLs)
or
sudo chmod -R -E ./System/* ( to replace all ACLs )
My Question is ( to the UNIX gurus):
What is the difference between the usage with -E and -R and which is the best approach for a Systems directory and (subordinates)?
Many thanks!!OK
So I misread on the your instructions about the PW reset, did it, no harm in that. I did also select the options to reset all the permissions for all the accounts and the ACL issues were not resolved. My bad, I forgot to note that.
You do suggest getting and expert opinion but alas these are rather elusive. In most cases the Apple solutions is to do a complete reinstall... I have found that unless you completely wipe a drive and rebuild everything there are often artifacts left behind. Since I have full and redundant back-ups I would rather explore and hack a little instead of a dull old system reinstall. The irony is the system issue I had was it was the result a reinstall and combo update on a new drive. I recognize the risks of entering the realms of the System folders but I am willing to explore knowing full well that I have a path to recovery.
Thanks again for your insights. I come to the forums looking for insights and ideas but not a lecture... -
Firefox worked fine for me last night, today when I tried to open it the error message read that windows could not find the file and firefox was probably removed from my system, thus why it wouldn't work. I tried running the program and starting a new profile, but no firefox files seem to be left.

[SOLVED] Remove cairo-dock completely from the system
I would like to know how to remove cairo-dock completely from the system and then re-install it again.
It seems like it is not uninstalled completely. I have removed and then re-installed and when performing pacman -Ss cairo-dock cairo-dock-plugins it figures as it is not installed when in fact is.

Below the commands:
sudo pacman -Rns cairo-dock cairo-dock-plugins
I get below errors when trying uninstall them:
error: target not found: cairo-dock
error: target not found: cairo-dock-plugins
I use compton composite manager.
After that If I try to install it again:
sudo pacman -S cairo-dock cairo-dock-plugins
below output is shown:

Will the files that you transfer to the new mac, be removed from the old one or just copied?
Copied.

To remove subcontracting stock permenantely from the system?
Dear all experts,
I have an issue regarding that we have issued the items to subcontractor vendor xxxx. But now we raised credit note for that item .The stock is available in subcontractor location .Now i want to remove the stock permenentely from the system with out any reversal or without any reference document.Kinldy revert it back with flow .
Thanks & regards
ViswaHi
Subcontracting stock is special stock at plant level it wont refer any documents even though if you refered PO while using 541.
But it will have FI implications because you are removing the stock at plant level.
You can run the report MBLB and check the Material stock and value.
You can create LSMW or BDC program with the help of ABABper to remove the stock by following the above steps.
I am not sure you can remove the stock just like that without any transactions in SAP.
Hope it helps
Thanks/karthik -
How do you remove your FULL name from the SYSTEM COMPLETELY?!?!
I have added and removed the user thinking that would remove my full name from the system, but when I click on the "About this Mac" and then click on More info, My FULL NAME is still there as the owner of the computer. I am selling it and I do not want my name on the computer at all and do not wish to format the whole drive to do so. Is there another way of removing it? I appreciate anyone that has the correct answer.
System Preferences>Sharing>Computer Name.
BTW, unless you know and completely trust the person to whom you are selling, this is not the way to do things. Your sensitive data may still be recoverable.

When I try to go to Control Panel\Programs and click on turn windows features on/off and , it shows ticks on hyper-v is removed.
Hyper-v platform Is grayed out and When i move the mouse point to Hyper-v platform it shows a message.
"Hyper-v cannot be installed: A hypervisor is already running"
When I try to install vmware it says..
VMware Workstation and Hyper-v are not compatible. Remove the Hyper-V role from the system before running Vmware Workstation..I dont feel you can do this. I have also tried what you tried and ended up with a failure.. So had to stick with vmware in one instance and for other instance hyper v...

I am unable to update my App store Updations. the reason being billing problem asking to update payment method. Many a times i updated my credit card details but refusing from the system .how can i update my app store updations like Face book etc....Using ! phone 6plus .IOS8.3
What do you mean by 'refusing from the system', if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
For a credit card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is and if you are getting a 'declined' message then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If when trying to download you are getting a message about a 'problem with a previous purchase' then that implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for your last purchase. If that is the case then you won't be able to download anything else (including app updates) until you've paid off what you owe : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If you aren't getting the 'problem with a previous purchase' message then try logging into your account (not when trying to download something) and see if you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card's details and be able to download updates to your apps : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support -
Hello, I think Firefox was automatically updated the night before last. I think this because I now am sent to the Firefox home page rather than where I was previously going. The issues that have come up are several. 1. Everything other than programs that were on my desktop have been removed. This isn't a big problem but has happened. 2. When I reboot my computer I get messages saying that the profile that has been used is either corrupted or there isn't enough security to open it or something like that. as a result it opens a generic profile and puts everything to default, when I close and reboot it has to do the same thing over again. 3. When I got this issue I tried to go to system restore and it had been turned off. I turned it back on and there were no past dates left to go back to. 4. all my photo files have been removed from the picture area, and all documents as well. I am able to search and locate them but now need to resave over 8000 items to the right places.
Can anyone help me with these issues? Is there some place or service that can remotely access my computer and fix whatever this is?hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

Podcast removed from the iTunes directory as a result of technical problem
I received an email from iTunes informing me that my feed:
http://www.mevio.com/feeds/d4emixtape.xml
Had been removed from the iTunes directory because the feed had some sort of technical issue. I've checked the feed a couple of ways including using Feed Validator and all seems to be working ok.
I tried to resubmit the feed, but I get an 'It appears the feed had already been submitted' error.
There is a duplicate feed that was being used from a different server (Odeo), but I stopped using that about four years ago. I have requested that feed to be removed.
I've contacted Apple Support to get the current feed back on iTunes, but that hasn't been any help.
Any advice on what I can do to get the my podcast feed back in iTunes?Your feed appears to be technically OK. When the iTunes removes a podcast it usually says 'technical reasons', whatever the actual reason may be. One possible reason for removal is suspected copyright violations, and it's possible (I'm not saying this actually is the case) that they are concerned that your 'mixes' contain copyright material for which you don't have either the written permission of the copyright owner or a podcast licence from a recognized authority. As I say, I just mention that as a possibility to consider.
As to resubmitting: the title of your feed is 'D4E Hip Hop Mixtape' and there is already a podcast of that name showing in the Store (though it's looking for the feed which you have removed). Even if that one gets removed, you are still likely to get the same error - there appears to be a minor bug in the Store software which claims that a podcasts has already been submitted even if either the podcast hasn't been accepted previously or if one of the same name has been removed.
To get round this you need to make a small change in the title - a single character would probably do - and resubmit. You can always change the title back once it's been accepted.
As to removing the old podcast, did you follow the procedure outlined here? -
My user was removed from the wheel group automatically.
On the second day after doing a system update (which installed Gnome 3) I noticed that my user was removed from the wheel group. Any idea what did it?
Hmmm.. actually the only thing I did was turn on auto-login as my non-root user in System settings->User Accounts after unlocking it (the prompt asks for root pass). I'm not sure if that was before or after this happened though.
I haven't changed any group related settings since almost a year ago. It seems a little odd that this happened. Not a big deal though, since I re-added my user to the wheel group, but I'd still like to know how and what changed it. -

<p>All files of an ordinary extension will be removed from file system when this extension is removed in Extension Manager. But InDesign extensions with <tt>"plugin-manager-type"</tt> attribute in mxi file are special. Extension Manager will NOT remove files of this kind of extensions from file system when removing these extensions. Instead, Extension Manager will use other way to tell InDesign not to load these removed extensions when InDesign is launched. If you want to make your InDesign extensions removable, you can just remove <tt>"plugin-manager-type"</tt> attribute from the mxi file when you generate an extension.</p>
</body>Thanks for the help. Yes that addressed the issue.
On a side note, the tutorial I followed was the one that came with the plugin. Specifically I'm referring to the following file:
//<eclipse_path>/plugins/com.adobe.cside.html.docs_1.0.0.201307260955/doc/getting_started/ Create_Your_Own_HTML5_Extension_In_5_Minutes.htm
This is the HTML page for the "Create Your Own HTML5 Extension In 5 Minutes" walkthrough. It makes no mention of changing "PlayerDebugMode". I downloaded the eclipse plugin from the following link:
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/extensionbuilder3.html
Is there a more up to date plugin? Where is the documentation that references changing the settings you mentionned?
