The newest version of Flash (12) doesn't work correctly on my Windows 7 system(using Firefox). I tried fixing the issue in many ways (reinstalled my video driver, disabled hardware acceleration, clean Flash install, etc.) without luck. You should always run the latest version, with one exception, which wouldn't apply in your case (PowerPC Macs CAN'T run anything newer than 10).
That's with or without Protected Mode enabled.

You should install the updated version 11.1.102.63 that contains a security update.

Any websites requiring security, electric company, banking, etc. are not working with 3.6.12. Tried to uninstall and reinstall an older version but they are still not working.

I updated to the latest firefox about 3 weeks ago. I run version 3.6.12 on a Vista 32 Home Edition.
I have not had this problem before but when I try to access my banking, pay my electric bill, purchase from different websites, pay my isp company, anything with security - most pages are having errors. My banking says I was logged out do to inactivity but I just signed on, other secure pages either say error or keep me in an infinite loop of answering the same pages over and over and cannot move forward.

Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

Need flash downloader, have tried all the add ons I can find and none of the work.. .please advise?

I have downloaded most of the addons/extensions that say they will download flash. I have double checked my adobe flash plugin, downloaded any video converter, and real time player and I still can not download a flash movie from the web. It is NOT on you tube or any other video site. When I right click on the ad it says it is a flash movie.

This is the first thing I did and I already have flash but now what I want to do is download the flash movies from obscure sites to access later, put on ipod, cell, etc...these are NOT YOU TUBE VIDEOS OR VIMEO OR any of the more common which download easily. Have Photoshop, real time player and quick time player (free versions) and none of those seem able to do it either. hello, in some instances firefox may not be able to detect that the java plugin is installed, because oracle made an error in registering the java plugin for mozilla-based browsers in version 7u10 & 7u11... this will apparently just be fixed with its 7u13 release.

I have the iPhone 5 and have with 6.0.1 software version. Although I had them when I moved from iPhone 4 to the 5, the latest update has most of my songs on the phone listed in grey (over 95% of them) and I can't play them. They are still listed though.

P.S. When I look at my Playlists most of the songs are greyed out. However, at the bottom of the list there is a cloud icon with a downward facing arrow. When I click on it each song starts to "load" and after a few minutes I have the songs back on in the list. I have to do this to all my playlists (I had over 100) in order to get access to all my songs. Then I did a sync and it happened again!
I use iCloud for documents and some other things (calendar, contact, etc.) but am not aware that I have anything music-wise in the cloud. Any thougnts?

You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

I installed an add-on that would allow me to change the content of the context menu. It works like a charm and I want to make a donation to the person who developed it, but I can't remember its name and I don't know how to find a list of the add-ons that I have installed. Flash CS3 Mac/Win Projector Publishing - Using older version of Flash

Hi,
How can I use an older version of Flash player when publishing to Man/Win Projector? The Properties says 'Player: 7' but when I publish to Mac/Win (.app/.exe) the file says it uses Flash player 9 (9.0.115.0)!
One of our clients are having issues with a project published this way - on autoplay they get a white screen instead of the program screen and after they update Flash on their computer, the application (Projector) works. What's the issue?

But even if something on this project wouldn't work on an older version than 9.0.115.0 then it shouldn't matter as the Projector will always use the embedded Flash player, not the player installed on the computer, right?

Actually you can use the latest Flash Player version 15 on Mac OS 10.6.8. Mac OS 10.5.8 and older are no longer compatible and need an older Flash Player version (depending on PPC or Intel platform).
