    Hey Paul,
I think the trouble that you are in  now can only be accomplished by taking the assistance of a third-party tool. I was using this software by the name of “Outlook Mac Exporter” a few months back which proficiently converted my all Mac OLM to PST Windows’s files along with the Headers, Properties, Attachments of OLM file to PST secluded. Best thing about it is that it is supportive of all the versions of Windows and Outlook. Besides this OLM to PST converter tool doesn't require any technical background as such...

Manual procedure is good but somehow it takes much time and there is small surety that the result will accurate viz as per your expectations. For acute conversion of Mac Outlook
mails to Windows Outlook 2007/2010/2013 and other editions of MS-Outlook, all these conversions are smartly done through with the assistance of a third party tool, currently there are lot of tools available, only few of them are useful and reached at our expectations.
As I found this (given) site after getting lots of searches and inspections along with tools study.

  • Accounting Calendars from EBS

My EBS System has second calendar that was set up, but isn't being used. The ETL extracted both calendar even though my DAC settings point at the true accounting calendar in EBS. There is no data associated to the second calendar, but when including a Fiscal Period prompt the user sees periods from both calendars. Is there a way to exclude this calendar without customizing the ETL?

From Windows Outlook 2013? I don't know that you can unless you're importing to Outlook for Mac - and, even then, there's no free way to do it. You have to purchase a .pst to .olm converter and the sotware isn't cheap. There are tons of .olm to .pst converters and even .pst to Apple Mail converters, but I've not run across anything that could import Windows Outlook calendars to the Mac Calendar app.
    Sorry,

  • Looking for Script Exchange-2007: Import-Mailbox Calendar Folder on multiple mailboxes {Distribution Group}

    Hi,
I'm looking for a PowerShell script which will import a Calendar events into student's mailbox (Calendar). Those students are located in a distribution group and I would like to target the distribution group; I'm trying to simulate what I want to achieve
in the below code example, I would appreciate if anyone jump in and advise.
    $Users = Import-Csv C:\users.csv | ForEach-Object{Get-DistributionGroup -Identity SC-1213} | Import-Mailbox -Identity $Users -PSTFolderPath c:\Calendar.pst -IncludeFolders '\Calendar' -StartDate -EndDate
    Much appreciated..
    Hussain

The logic doesn't work unless you are using StartDate and EndDate for the period when you change the item.  As I said above, StartDate and EndDate are not the times when the meeting starts and ends - they are the times that the item was either added
or modified in the mailbox.  Your filter was trying to pull items that were in the future.
And as I also said above, if you import a modified item, the original is
not going to be updated.  You will have a duplicate meeting
on the calendar.  You would have to remove the original
and import the updated item if this was how you wished to manage the updates.  This is not nearly as effective as
sending meeting requests and updating those meetings.
For example, if we do things the way you are doing them, and we add a "Student Appreciation Bonfire" meeting to the calendar for April 12 at "The Quad", we would do the following:
On February 1, you get information for the meeting that needs to be imported
You create this new meeting in the PST calendar - "Student Appreciation Bonfire"; Date April 12, start 8:00 AM, end 12:00 noon; Location The Quad
You import the PST into everyone's calendar
You receive a note on March 12 saying the venue has changed to The River Beach, so you update this meeting in your PST
Since there are other calendar items in the PST, you import the update using StartDate of March 12 and EndDate of March 13 - the date that you changed the item, not the date the item occurs
At this point, all users have two meetings on their calendar - the original and the update
If, instead of doing it this way, you create a Student Actvities Calendar mailbox, you would handle it this way:
On February 1, you get information for the meeting that needs to be imported
You create this new meeting in the Corporate calendar - "Student Appreciation Bonfire"; Date April 12, start 8:00 AM, end 12:00 noon; Location The Quad
You invite everyone to the meeting
You receive a note on March 12 saying the venue has changed to The River Beach, so you update this meeting in that calendar and send out the update
At this point, all users have only the one meeting on their calendar - the update
Using the PST as the source for the meetings would work only for items that
will not be changed - holidays are a good example.

  • IMac i7, late 2013:   Microsoft Outlook email, calendar, and contacts

Will I be able to open and read my Microsoft Outlook email, calendar, and contacts when imported to my late 2013 iMac and Mavericks OS X?

    Thanks LowLuster.
I do not want to purchase any additional Office software for the iMac if I don't have to.  I have been a Microsoft/Office/Outlook user for many years now, so I have bunches and bunches of email, calendar, and contact info that I would still like to access and read, use, update.
I would like to know if the Microsoft Outlook data (email .pst, calendar and contact) info once imported to the iMac will be accessible, readable, usable, updatable.  I need my email, calendar, and contacts.
I have already spent quite a bit of money on the iMac, and didn't plan on buying Office/Outlook for the Mac.

  • IPhone 4 -Calendar and Exchange

    Hello,
I have found an issue and I have been able to replicate this.
I am running a test setup so I can migrate my CEO's accounts over to this phone.
He has a pop account with PST calendar.
When I add this account it syncs properly with the account on Outlook 2010.
The calendar shows on the iPhone as 'Calendar from my PC'.
When I add the Exchange account on the iPhone, it just removes the info and creates a new 'Calendar from my PC', I know it's new as I have changed the default calendar color (in order to match with the calendars on Outlook) and after adding the Exchange account the calendar reverts to original color.
Has anyone seen this issue? I need a direction with a solution for this problem.
    Thanks for your time.
    Ozz.

I did find a solution. It involves using an iCloud based account and that is better as the calendar syncs over 3G.
All it takes is create an iCloud account with the pop email and it ties the email and calendar including ability to send/receive invites to meetings.
    Cheers,
    Ozz.

  • OLM file - Import or Copy?

I am a PC tech with some general knowledge of Mac. A client gave me a USB with .olm and .pst files on it.  The .olm file is 4G and she needs to have this eMail installed on a New computer. I just purchased the Mac and Office 2011 for Mac.. I created
an eMail in outlook on the Mac, but now How do I get these Archived eMails into this new setup?
** I can easily do this on a PC by replacing the PST or the folder s that contain the inbox, etc files.. ** It's this Mac deal I need assistance with in correcting..
    Thanks!

You can import an Outlook for Windows Data File (.pst) or an Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm). These data files can contain large amounts of data of multiple item types. Outlook Data Files are frequently used as an archive or to transfer data between computers.
On the Outlook for Mac File menu, click Import.
Click Outlook Data File, and then click the right arrow.
Select a data file type, and then click the right arrow.
Locate the data file on your computer, and then click Import.
When the import process is complete, click Done.
The imported items appear in the navigation pane under On My Computer.
Note   Outlook for Mac can only import Unicode-based .pst files which are the standard format for Personal Folders files for Outlook (for Windows) 2003 and later versions. ANSI-formatted .pst files, also known as Outlook 97-2002
Personal Folders Files, were the standard personal folder format for saving data in Outlook for Windows in versions 97-2002. This file format can't be imported into Outlook for Mac. If you have the older version of ANSI-formatted .pst file, there is no automated
procedure to convert that file to the newer file format. However, you can create a new Outlook Data File (.pst) in Microsoft Outlook for Windows 2003 or later, and then import items from the older file into the new file. You can then import the new .pst file
into Outlook for Mac. For more information about how to create .pst files and importing items, see Help for your version of Outlook for Windows.

  • Outlook Calendar items not sync with local time af...

Im from India, which doesnt follow the DST change.
I use PC Suite ver 7.1.30.9 with my Nokia Express Music 5310.
My Laptop is Windows XP and Im using Outlook 2003.
Since the DST changeover last weekend, my outlook is showing the meetings in proper local timezone as these are stored in GMT with daylight savings.
I had my handphone synched and working fine UNTIL Nov 2nd!
Now my handphone shows the items one hour early!! I have deleted these notes and re-added them but to no avail.
    Am I missing something here.

Sure, here's how I recommend doing it:
Make sure Outlook is not running (even check through Task Manager, since Connector usually makes it stick there).
Go to "Control Panel" (usually through the Start Menu)
If neccesary, switch to "Classic View" ("View by: Large Icons/Small Icons" in Windows 7 and I think Vista too)
Find the icon called "Mail" and double click it
Click the button called "Email Accounts"
Select any non-hotmail/non-windowslive account and click on "Set as Default"
Select any Hotmail account and click on "Remove"
Click on the tab "Data Files" and do the same (select any data file that isn't hotmail, set as default, remove hotmail data files)
Click "Ok" on all windows until you get back to Control Panel.
The reason we've done all this is so that one Connector is removed, outlook will no longer look for a Hotmail account - which will result in an error. Although it should happen automatically, it should also play nice with DST so we can't really trust it, now can we?
    Next:
In Control Panel, look for "Programs and Features" (or "Add/Remove Programs" in XP)
Look for "Microsoft Office Outlook Connector" and remove it by double-clicking and confirming all dialogues.
    Restart just for good practice
Make note that after you do this, any appointments you may have had in Outlook through Windows Live Calendar will no longer appear. I recommend copying them to your local Outlook PST first, or just manually re-creating them. Currently there's no way to do this automatically, so you need to either send them all to yourself through Email, or just manually select each appointment (sadly you can't even CTRL+A), right click, go to your PST Calendar, rigfht click anywhere and rightclick+paste.
    Hope this helps even marginally.

  • Openning of outlook email client when clicked.

    Hi,
Iam using swing application. I have a requirement, when users clicks on button i need to open a default client email.(i.e eg outlook new email dialog). I also need to attach files to that emai.
Similar thing can be done in web based application using mailto: functionality.
I have tried with the following code.
    String email = "cmd.exe /c start \"title\" \"mailto:[email protected]?Subject=what ever msg&cc=[email protected]&Body=what ever msg body&Attach=\"C:\\temp\\report_path.txt\"\" ";
    Runtime runTime = Runtime.getRuntime( );
    Process subProcess = runTime.exec( email );
    subProcess.waitFor( );
    int processValue = subProcess.exitValue( );
This works but the attachments are not working.
Can any body give me some details or good solution for this?
    This is very urgent please
    Regards
    Kalyan.

    Hi,
Generally, we can export the mailbox data to an Outlook for Mac Date file(.olm file) in Outlook 2011 for Mac. As for Outlook for Windows, the default Outlook Data file is .PST file. If so, we need to find some third-party tools to convert OLM file to PST
    file for Windows Outlook using.
Personal suggestion, we can consider to create a new imap account acted as a transfer mailbox. To do it, please follow:
    1. Create a new IMAP account, such as a Hotmail.com account.
    2. Configure the Hotmail account in your Outlook 2011 for Mac and import the exported OLM file to this account.
    3. The imported data file will synced to IMAP account in mail server. We can login to the Web mail page to double check it.
    4. If the data has been synced complete in Hotmail mail server, we can configure this Hotmail account in your Outlook for Windows. Then all mailbox data can be download to the local Outlook in Windows machine.
    5. Now, we can drag the messages from this Hotmail account to your main account. Or we can export Hotmail mailbox to PST file for other Windows Outlook using.
Additionally, here is a similar thread about your issue:
