OLM-Updating requirements for LP when person type changed to ex employee

Hi,
When the person type changes to Ex employee and enrollments still exists (which have not yet been completed) the following error message shows up.
USER DEFINED EXCEPTION IN PACKAGE OTA_DELEGATE_BOOKING_SWI PROCEDURE UPDATE_DELEGATE_BOOKING
when trying to update the enrollment status to Attend for those people who were part of a Learning Path subscription list. On other cases (employee is not a subscriber to a LP) the enrollment can be completed (Attend).
Has anyone experience this issue?

Navigate to Work Structures -> Status and query for all rows with system status Terminated Assignment. select your required assignment status as Default. Untick the other default.

we have a group of condition type with the same condition class B, the last one have been set, and all of others will be inactive.
but we don't set any required for all the condition types in pricing control, so if user don't set any of them, the sales order or billing is still saved. that is a risk.How can i fix it? Thanks.

incompletion log is not available in invoices.
You have different options:
- activate a validation in FI when the Billing document is released into accounting, so that te release into accounting is not allowed if the invoice amount is zero;
- define a subtotal in the pricing procedure as sum of the pricing conditions of your group, then develop a custom routine to be assigned in the formula "CalType" (field T683S-KOFRM) where an error should be raised if the amount of the subtotal is zero (use as an example formula 48);

u can use options condition value, condition based values for this requirement.
1.all Z requirements starts from 9xx onwards ,
2.u need to use Internal tables KOMP in that requirements based on the given conditions.
3. Dont active all , select only new requirement->Edit->Active.
ref any standard requirement for sample codes.

How many programs do you have open while you're working in Illustrator? Do you have a lot of layers or art boards?
It could be that your computer was being slowed by too many programs, or a complex design file. The age of your computer could also be a culprit.

Might be corrupted preferences ..
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist
Click Go then move the com.apple.desktop.plist file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac and try changing the desktop photo.

You shoulcn't, but download and use the free app My Contacts Backup to back up your contacts before you try. It will back up your contacts as an attachment to an email which you send to yourself. If you somehow lose your contacts by deleting the account you can later open this email on your phone and tap the attachement to re-import your contacts.

I have done this before so wanted to get some help on this "Requirement for pricing". I need to create a new Pricing requirement . Basically a new condition table A123 has been created for Access Sequence ZSDR and I was asked to create a new requirement for pricing for sme which teh SD people would fill the requirement number that I create in that. This required for a partcular region "AR', which I believe is that when the region is 'AR' this prcing requiremnt should folow. I am not sure at all as how to go about and would require you help if someone has done tihs type of thing before.
The details that I ahve been given are as follows:
Key conbination : Sales org/ material group 4/Customer
Below are the required fields for this transaction
Sales Org u2013 CA03
Material Group u2013 ZTR
Valid On u2013 defaults to todayu2019s date
Customer

I have been able to create a new requirement under the pricing and numbered it 927. Then I activate it and after that I ran the program RV80HGEN to activate all the routines. It says there is no main program for the routine RV61A927. I even checked the include program RV61ANNN and it does show my new routine there but above that it does not show in the Function tgroup that it exists. Is there a way I can activate it or include it so that it gets attached to the main program?

Windows update requirements for Xerox print drivers on Windows 2003 server

Hello, We are currently deploying a fleet of Xerox MFD's across ~100 locations, and we are running into an issue installing the print drivers on some Windows Server 2003 (32bit) boxes. (both the machine specific driver, as well as the Xerox Global print driver) The print driver installs fine, but no jobs will actually print, and if you try and print a test page, an error "Test page failed to print. Would you like to view the print troubleshooter for assistance?" comes up instantly. We have seem to have narrowed the problem down to a missing Windows update, as if we do all available High Priority and Optional updates, it starts to work fine. Does anybody know specifically which Windows updates are a requirement for the driver? Our 2003 servers were last fully updated about a year ago, and due to time constraints, if we could just install the Windows updates that are needed it would be a big help. Thank you in advance

When Xerox dropped support for XP, they stopped adding particular files from the driver packs (probably for size reduction) because they were all included by default in every newer OS. If you install this here on any XP/2003 base machines it will work as normal. It is best to install that before the driver install, but I have been mostly lucky to have it work fine days later. YMMV

Enable SAVE for AR_ARXTWMAI_HEADER_VIEW when personalized to allow updates

I have a form that uses the AR_ARXTWMAI_HEADER_VIEW function. Using Personalization, I enabled updates on the block TMAI_NOTES. Since this is a view, the save button is disabled, however CTRL+S works. This is inconvenient for users to use keyboard shortcuts, so is there a way to either enable the save button or add a custom save button on that block? What are my options either through Personalization or Customization. I would take the personalization option if there exists one.
Any pointers greatly appreciated.

thank you for replying...but it seems an easy answer again like one given by support....I had photoshop working perfectly before with same video card, I think in one project I clicked something in program (photoshop)that was not ready to correct it by itself... It should be available for the program to give warning several times to the user, I do not know what made Photoshop to disable OpenGL settings, and not be able to reverse action!!!!! How do I change a GPU sniffer? I an not a tech, all these things I just learned reading....had spent hundreds of hours....really dissapointed of Adobe and its support....it is not fair to sell an expensive program without support, it seems to me that I know now more than a live customer support.

Clean Install done but still showing updates required for previous owners apps needing apple id?

First time post and newbe to Macbooks so be gentle please... :-)
I have bought a second hand macbook pro retina, the previous owner had removed all his data but not reformatted. I was having issues that some apps updates were showing that i couldn't update, as it kept asking for the previous owners ID. I thought the best thing to do was to reformat and start again to get a frsh machine...
First issue after wiping the drive was that when i went to install the OS, it came up saying i didn't own a copy, as it was the provious owner who had installed the OS.... so after buying Mountain Lion under my account (still not sure if i needed to???) i was then able to install a new OS. Went through all the new user screens to set time and keyboard etc so i assumed i now had in effect a new machine.
Again though, when i went to update the software, the previous users apps, that no longer appear on the machine, were showing as needing an update, and again were asking for the previous owners apple id to update????
How do i get this sorted so i have a new machine without the history of a previous user, his apps and the required updates?
I was also worried that after the fresh install i seem to have lost iPhoto, garage etc... i thought these came as standard, am i going to have to buy these also?
Hope someone can help, desperate to get myself properly up and running and enjoying my new toy!

Selling Macs has become rather messy what with the different license requirements.....
if the Mac had ML preinstalled, then the owner is allowed to make a one time transfer of the OS license; however, he needs to wipe the drive and use internet recovery to reinstall the system without using an Apple ID
If, however, the Mac came with something other than ML (SL or Lion), then the seller needs to wipe the drive and reinstall the original system because any license obtained from MAS is NOT transferable.
So, if it did come with ML originally and unless you wish to contact the seller, try internet recovery - pressing Command + Option + R while restarting ( a slightly different process than recovery) , wipe the drive in Disk Utility and download the OS. It should work - if not, I'd suggest a quick visit to the nearest Genius Bar and ask for help (reminding them that the license does allow a one time transfer).
As for any other apps, you will need to purchase them (such as iLife, iWork, etc) - none of those licenses are transferable. If you encounter a problem doing so, you might want to address that issue at the Genius Bar as well; you do need to buy them again, but in some instances, someone testing that scenario was not able to, so just be aware that there might be a glitch.
Edit: In order to do an internet recovery, you will also need to make sure that you are connected only via WiFi.

While creation of PR, System will check Material is split valued or not.... if yes then ask you enter split valution.
This is not possible in Std SAP. this is only possible through enhancement. What is the business requirement?
Because if i want to create One PR for 5 Raw materials and 5 FINISHED goods, then here system will create PR for any of the 5 materials., so this is not feasible.

I have done exactly what you said. When I check "update", a screen drops down that asks that I enter my email address to continue........but i cannot find any way to do this.

Two calculations are required for a single condition type

I have a requirement to calculate the VAT conditon type in a pricing procedure...like in one case ( If TAX Indicator set to "0,1,2" at sales order header level) tax should be calculate on PR00 & 3 other condition types....in second case ( If TAX Indicator set to " 3 " at sales order header level) tax should be calculate on 3 other condition types except PR00. But make sure that TAX Indicator "3" always set by user manually during the creation of sales order.
Another hurdle is if user set the indicator as 3 manually during the creation of Sales order then price will not be redetermine automatically, So I need this to be happend automatically.
Let me know how should I proceed further to fix the requirement.

110 ZSUB = Discount condition with condition record for 100% for Tax indicator = '3' (otherwise 0) with base = line 10 (PR00)
200 Tax base = 100 through 110
In other words:
For tax indicators = 0,1 or 2
Tax base (Line 200) = PR00 + Z001 + Z002 + Z003
For tax indcator = 3
Tax base = PR00 + Z001 + Z002 + Z003 - (100% x PR00) = Z001 + Z002 + Z003
Yiou will probably aneed to put some code in one of the sales order user exits to trigger repiricing if you change this manually.
