OM: DFF- Additional Header information
Have an attribute added in Sales Order at Header Level. Need to Default a value in this attibute column based on the Order Type in the sales order.
Say
CUST_ORDER_TYPE1 Attribute Value : AA
CUST_ORDER_TYPE2 Attribute Value : BB
Need to achieve this in the DFF. Defaulting flexfied doesnt show the ATTRIBUTE to set the conditions. This is not something we want to achieve only Form Level (which can be done in Form Personali even when there is something imported from Interface the ATTRIBUTE value should be set.
Could you suggest setup without having to setup a code customization?
What is the value of OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL.CONTEXT as of now?
1. Please navigate to Order Management Super User>> Setups>> Financial>> Flexfields >>descriptive
2. Search for Application = "Order Management" and Title = "Additional Header Information"
3. Enter reference field as :ORDER.ORDER_TYPE
4. Check the "Synchronize with Reference Field" check box
5. First record: Enter Code as " "CUST_ORDER_TYPE1">> Tab >> Hit 'Segments'>> Enter the Name of the flexfield>> Map it to the desired Attribute from the OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL table (Say ATTRIBUTE1)>> Hit "open" >> Set Default Type="Constant" and Default Value="AA"
6. 2nd record: Enter Code as " "CUST_ORDER_TYPE2">> Tab >> Hit 'Segments'>> Enter the Name of the flexfield>> Map it to the desired Attribute from the OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL table (Say ATTRIBUTE1)>> Hit "open" >> Set Default Type="Constant" and Default Value="BB"
7. Save and close to compile the flexfield view.
8. Enter Order with either of the order Types and see how it is defaulted automatically.

"The descriptive flexfield "Additional Header Information" of application "Order Management" uses features which are only supported in oracle forms. This flexfield may not function in other environment such as OA Framework or PL/SQL APIs."

Can anyone advice please? Will this problem affect customizations?

The issue is solved and here is the answer.
"Logon to Oracle E-Business Suite.
Go to System Administrator (or System Administration) --> Oracle Applications Manager --> License Manager
In the license manager screen click on the link Languages.
Click on the NEXT button.
Verify whether American English is set as Base Language
If American English is not set as Base Language. Select American English Radio button in the Lower part of the screen. Click on the Submit button."

Order Management: Additional Header Information

we recive the following error "values have not been entered for one or more required segments sales order" we tried to but the flexfileds not requerd but still the same we recive the error we also tried to put default value for the flexfiled but we also recive the error

I am sorry I got confused. I read this post as Additional "Order" Information where you are referring to Additional "header" information.
As this is DFF, and you have set this up as required, did you enter a value in the DFF segment that is required. If yes, you should be able to proceed. If you do not want this segment to be populated, may be you need to make this segment not required in the Additional Header Information DFF.

Additional Header Informations in Sender-Proxy for XI Routing
Hi All,
I'm using an ABAP-Proxy to send data to XI. There should be a routing rule to decide, which Business System will be the receiver of the message.
As the size of the Message is quite large I'd like to do without Message Mapping. But in this case I don't have the needed information for routing in the XI Message Content.
Is there any possibility to fill some context objekt in the sender proxy, which I can use for the rounting in XI. I found some parameters like URLParamOne, URLParamTwo, .... or HeaderFieldOne, HeaderFieldTwo, ...
Does anybody know, whether I have access to any of these informations in my sender proxy.

What is the routing rule for your case?
You said there are no fields in the payload which determine the routing.
In this case, you can see if one of the existing fields in the outbound interface can be used to hold this information.
If there is no such possibility, as you said, you have to add a field to the outbound interface and you have to REGENERATE and REIMPLEMENT the proxy , as the structure of the interface got changed.
And one more thing, for determining the Receiver, there is no need to do mapping.
YOu can simple specify the condition in the receiver determination

Add new email header line and add Bcc recepient to this additional header.

iMS5.2p1, Solaris 8.
Just after a few directions. I have a 'catch-all' mbox, that customer POP's. The customer then uses MDaemon to deliver email, based on rules to correct recepients, works fine until a Bcc comes in, as quoted below.
Why doesn't MDaemon parse the BCC header?
BCC only works with SMTP mail. By definition, the carbon copy is "Blind".
There are no headers in the message which can be parsed using the POP3 method that would provide the address. The only hope for these kinds of messages is to get the ISP to stamp the message file with the delivery information from the SMTP session during delivery to the ISP. For example, when the person sends the BCC message to the ISP hosting the mail, some of them stamp a header called "Deliver-To:" into the message. MDaemon could pick up on such a header if it existed.
I know I would have to tackle this with either a re-write/mapping/conversion, but not sure what the best approach, ie to add and rewrite the Bcc, recepient into the new 'Deliver-To:' header.
Any good solutions/tips ?

Sorry if there is any confusion. The customer at his premises has a server running this mail app. called MDaemon, which uses filters to deliver to local mboxes for their users. The customer in question just wanted a 'catch-all' mbox with iMS for his domain (which we host), to just POP3 this mbox and then the customer's MDaemon app, parses through filters to deliver to correct local mbox. They didn't want to have each user's mbox hosted on iMS....as yet anyway, thus the need for 'catch-all' delivery of email for the customer domain to one iMS mbox.
The problem is with any Bcc email for customer's domain. As described POP3 as per definition hides the Bcc line, thus MDeamon filters at customer end will fail delivery to intended recepient. Thus the doco from MDaemon as explained to me from the customer can handle additional header lines and parse that way. Thus the need to add the recepient in the Bcc line to an additional header (ie. Deliver-To: [Bcc smtp recepient]). Then as MDeamon doco says it can be setup to parse and deliver to correct local mbox. I hope that my be a little clearer.
So I need to on iMS rewrite any Bcc recepient for customers 'catch-all' mail domain and add another header line (ie. Deliver-To: [Bcc smtp recpient]). So when customer POP's iMS mbox, Mdeamon at customer's end will parse and deliver locally.
Hope that makes sense and the best way to add an additional header and take the original Bcc line and add to to new header is.....hopefully a pointer from your good self.

Header information not getting displayed in the lines

I have a very basic question - its very simple but not working for me with so many attempts
My XML structure looks like this . In the RTF , I have header information and then a table for line information looping through G_LINES.
IN this lines table I need the SHIP_CUSTOMER_ID of the header to be displayed. I have tried all options like <?../SHIP_CUSTOMER_ID?> or <?../G_ORDERS/SHIP_CUSTOMER_ID?> , however nothing seems to be working and I am not getting the field to be displayed. Can someone please help?

Header Information Repeating in the Same Page
Hi Buddies,
I have an issue with PO Print Report. I am trying to reapet the header information by using <?start:body?> after the header informaiton and <?end body?> before the footer informaiton.
If i have two different headers, it displayed in the same page. For e.g I have po header details for PO 30124 and PO 30124-1. These two headers information displaying in all the pages and main body and footer informations goes to the next page.
pls guide me how to solve this one?

Are you saying that you need conditional headers? If so, then use <?IF ...> statements.
If your footer is not working correctly make sure your syntax is correct?

Error says: Warning: Cannot modify header information
I keep receiving an error message after my form is sent (the form still send the information I need just wont re-direct to the next page)
It redirects to a page that says:

Thank you for providing the details of the App Store issue you are experiencing. To be able to purchase or download apps again, you may need to update your billing information. It sounds like you do not want to associate a credit card with your account, so you may be able to select "None" as a billing option in your account settings.

SP 2013 Server + Dec 2013 CU. Upgrading from SharePoint 2010.
We have a web application that is distributed over 7-8 content databases from SharePoint 2010. All but one database are upgradable. However, one database gives:
Invalid object name 'Webs'.
while running Test-SPContentDatabase or Mount-SPContentDatabase.
EventViewer has the following reporting 5586 event Id:
Unknown SQL Exception 208 occurred. Additional error information from SQL Server is included below.Invalid object name 'Webs'.

Did the sentence you mean only one database not upgrade to SharePoint 2013 and given the error?
One or more of the following might be the cause:
Insufficient SQL Server database permissions
SQL Server database is full
Incorrect MDAC version
SQL Server database not found
Incorrect version of SQL Server
SQL Server collation is not supported
Database is read-only

How can I include the Header Information....for a File to IDOC Scenario
Hi,
I made a File to IDOC Scenario with DEBMDM06 for MDM>XI>SAP R/3. The Header Information in the XML File which is at the XI end is Missing. For that reason In Tcode SXMB_MONI we are getting an Error that <b>"HEADER Information Missing: Message should Start with EDI_DC40"</b> i.e the Header Information.
My Question is that whether we can do some changes in the Message mapping Step in the Integration Repository. I HardCoded the Few mandatory Fields that were there but it Again gave me the Same Error as above.
Can you please Suggest some Solution for this. Since the data is Coming in from MDM part the Header information is not there but It actually Important as it has got all the Port Information.
Kindly Inform me some Solutions.

Thanks for ur Reply, but Since we are Doing a File to IDOC Scenario the IDOC DEBMDM is on the Right Side in Message Mapping and as U know it is Mandatory to Map an IDOC on the Right Part. EDI_DC40 is coming as it is there in the IDOC but our XML File Does not have that. If we Don't Map then it Becomes RED, which is an Error.
Furthermore in the Receiver Agreement we have put the Necessary Details such as Sender Service and Receiver Service along with the IDOC Communication Channels.
Can U give as a Better Insight on this Note how to check the Header Part as it is mandatory to MAP.We also tried to HARDCODE it by putting those Values and Mapping them to a Constant but it is Giving the Same Error.

1. I am not seeing the header information, personnel number, name, cost center, on the ABAP Webdynpro record working time timesheet. When I run the timesheet profile in CAT2 the header contains the personnel number, name, cost center, but these do not display when the ABAP Webdynpro timesheet is run

CATS Webdynpro application is a OIF fpm. Please check if you have performed the FPM IDR configuration properly.
In standard, the ESS CATS does not prompt for the personnel number except in CE scenario. In MSS addon, you have an option to launch the ESS CATS application on-behalf of the employee. Please refer to the sap library documentation.

Work order header information from BAPI_ALM_ORDERHEAD_GET_LIST
Upfront I'll admit that this question likely falls outside of MII as I am getting bad results in SE37 as well. Was hoping others in this group have experience with this.
When I use BAPI_ALM_ORDERHEAD_GET_LIST there are several work orders that do not get returned, and I can't figure out why, or even what is the common thread between them. The missing orders are viewable via iw33, and information can also be returned from BAPI_ALM_ORDER_GET_DETAIL.
Right now, the only thing I pass in OPTIONS_FOR_ORDERID with a range of orders (ie 20 or so). Orders are returned in the correct range, just not the one I am looking for.

The only thing I can think of is that there are times where orders (or other objects) are created outside of normal procedures. My experience was with Batch histories, but if the objects are not created in the normal process (a nebulous term at best), they will sometimes not be stored in all the proper tables. Can you check the processing history of the orders missing to see if there are any discrepancies there?
Otherwise, you may need to get some ECC side help. The ABAP code in the underlying function module may direct you to all the tables which should be populated with the correct data so you can check which tables are not populated.
An alternative option for getting the work order header information would be to go back to the old reliable RFC_READ_TABLE.
