Hi,
Has anyone ever got an 'OMF export failed due to internal error' message when trying to export in OMF format?
I get that every time I try to export in that format.
How can I make it work?

I get this error message whatever I do when I try to export as OMF:
"OMF export failed due to internal error"
I tried OMF 1 and 2.
I tried to uncheck "include audio".
I tried an extremely small project (one region, one track).
Always the same error. Problem is there's absolutely no information on what kind of internal error this is.
All other export options (AFF, Open TL and Final Cut) works.
Any ideas?

Last query refresh failde due to internal errors ?

Hi gurus
we are working on SRM 7.0 with PPS,
when Bidder tries to open his login page and wants to see the Rfx raised against him, He is getting error message,
" Last query refresh failed due to internal error" , some time this is due to another session witht he same query is open , but
I am getting the same error in the following situation,
suppose bidder has submittted his response and after submission he is trying to change the response and couldn't submit before the submission dead line then the version of the response will be c1, and which is not interpreted by the system, and so the error is .
Any help or advice on the issue is highly appreciated.

Calls failing to connect due to "Internal Error"

I have been having issues, with increasing frequency, with Skype on my Mac as well as iPhone. Now EVERY time I try to call a phone number it gives the notification of "Call ended - internal error". What the **bleep**?

I'm a premium subscriber and I've had multiple calls fail today due to "internal error" and these are USA to USA calls. No proxy, nothing out of the ordinary, and they're failing...been going on for a couple days.

"Failed to transfer due to internal error" in AC

I am running CCM 4.1(2)
I have several receptionists that use attendant console. When anyone of the receptionists log into AC call control comes up. When they try to transfer to users in the directory they all get the "Failed to transfer due to internal error" I can't find this error anywhere. I don't know how to correct this issue. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem.
Been searching through this site to try and find an answer but still not come up with anything.
The wierd thing is that a couple of days ago it was working fine, and suddenly overnight it's stopped working.
The only solution i've found is that you need to have administrator rights as it says in the posts on the site below:

Noticed by the diagnostic in your post that you dont have admin rights like me so that mite be the problem. Not sure if this is the right solution though.

Photo upload to iCloud fails with the error message 'Upload failed due to network error'. Ideas?

I am trying to get my photos on my Mac Mini onto my iPad 2 via iCloud. I have tracked the problem down to upload failure from Mini to iCloud. 1St (&every) photo upload fails with the message 'Upload failed due to network error'. Any ideas?

I doubt this issue is related to the Mac Mini specifically.
I have 44 photos shot with an iPhone 3G that will not upload to iCloud Photo Library. I try and drag-and-drop them onto the web interface and I get the same error message you did:
Upload Failed
44 items were not uploaded due to a network error.
However, I have another 62 photos shot with the same iPhone 3G that upload without issue. And I just uploaded 440 photos from an iPhone 4 without issue.
I thought it may have something to do with certain EXIF tags missing on the photos that would not upload but I have not been able to figure out a pattern when comparing photos that work and photos that don't work.
The photos that won't upload open fine in QuickLook, Preview, and Pixelmator so I doubt the image is corrupted in some way.
I can AirDrop the photo to my iOS device and it will upload to iCloud Photo Library, the photo/video count will be incremented on the iOS device and iCloud Photo Library but the photo will never be displayed in iCloud Photo Library. When I delete the photo on the iOS device the photo/video count will decrement on the iOS device but will remain the same in iCloud Photo Library. When this occurred the following error was thrown in the iCloud Photo Library web interface:

I scheduled a RMAN backup job on oracle 11g EM and sometime it failed when running datafile backup. The log showed the error come from media layer and did not specify detail message. We used secure backup to transfer data to tape. There are 4 tape drivers in service, but only one of them always return this error. Could anyone tell how to resolve the problem ?

Judging by the transcript snips that you provided, I also believe that this is caused by a bad drive or bad media.
Start by looking at the output of the command :
# obtool dumpdev <tape_drive_name>
(replace "<tape_drive_name>" by the name of the drive which was used during the failed job).
Look for any errors or warnings during the date/time the backup job failed. These message usually provide a good idea about the problem that occurred.
Next try the same backup using the same media in another drive to see it the problem reoccurs or not. In case the problem reoccurs, there's a good chance that the media is bad. If the backup succeeds on another drive, then try the same backup using the original drive but with a new media. If the backup fails again on the same drive using new media, you should open a support request with the tape drive vendor. In that case, collect the logs from the tape library (and dump the tape drives is possible).

AIR 15.0 for OSX - ADT: Packaging failed. Packager internal error

Packaging a SWF to AIR with captive runtime and native installer (using "-package bundle"), building on PC worked perfectly fine. After making all of the requisite changes to make it work for Mac, I'm now running into the "Packaging failed. Packager internal error" when building using adt through the command line. My .command script is as follows:
cd [directory]
adt -package -storetype pkcs12 -keystore ../cert/key.p12 -storepass pw -target bundle Bundle ../App.xml App.swf -extdir ../lib icons/16.png icons/32.png icons/128.png
What can cause this vague "Packger interal error" error? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have same problem with apple Developer Id Application certificate (downloaded from apple), got past the chain error message by including intermediate and root certificates when I exported from keychain, but got the package error referenced here. Also when I sign on windows machine with my code signing certificate (selecting windows installer) all publishes ok, but the certificate is not attached, says 'unknown developer' when I down load and try and run installer on windows machine. I sent the exe to Comodo (the guys I got the code signing certificate from) and they say the exe is not signed.
Finally I get 'The digital certificate is invalid' error when I try and use 'Developer Id Installer' certificate (downloaded from apple).
I think there must be several problems here with Air SDK.
Stopping me from publishing and I have a very upset Customer. Can someone from Adobe please advise asap.

I don't know what is preventing you from downloading that installer.
Can you try to download the latest archive from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html, then extract the installer from there?

Prime Infrastructure 2.1 - User add failed : Some unexpected internal error has occurred.

Setting up Prime Infrastructure to manage 2504 WLC, trying to add Lobby Ambassador and I get this error message:
User add failed : Some unexpected internal error has occurred. If the problem persists please report to the Tech Support.
Technically, this is my second attempt at setting up PI. I set it up initially with the wrong version of PI and created a lobby ambassador. I followed the instructions from the forum with a similar problem that said to remove the trap receiver on the WLC from my first attempt at installing PI.

I'm now able to add a Lobby Ambassador as long as its not the same username that I created on the previous PI setup. So I suspect this Lobby Ambassador username is somewhere on the 2504 WLC, but I can't find it anywhere to remove it.

I have just been struggling with a similar issue on a fresh install of Prime 2.1 Upgraded to 2.1.1.
If I try to create the user with lobby ambassador role it just fails with "unexpected internal error".
I eventually found that by creating the user as a normal admin user first - the user is added. You can then go in a remove the admin role and change the role to lobby ambassador. This works with no internal error and the lobby admin user is working fine.
I would say it is just a bug.

Hi,
This error comes from the ITS server and not the portal. Please have a look at the logs there in order to find out what the problem is.

I'm trying to convert csv and write to a file using FielAdapters in 11g. While reading input i created .xsd using native builder. and using same for write fileadapter. my flow is ReadFileAdapter-->Receive-->invoke-->writeFileAdapter.

whne i use transformer it is xslt which takes only values isn't it? And it writes only valuesNope, xslt can write xml... Actually, I'm not sure if I understand what your question is at the moment... Are you still facing the "Translation Error"? Or do you have a problem with a transformation?

Hi, i am trying to read a comma delimited file using an inbound file adapter, i have used a mediator to route records to the outbound file adapter.My input.txt file contains 10 records as Fname,Lname.I have used native format builder to generate xsd. To achieve transformation,in the mediator i have mapped only the Fname from source to traget using a for-each loop.I am trying to publish records in the batches of 2 so i have configured inbound file adapter accordingly.My inbound file adapter reads the first two records and the same is visible at the em console mediator instance(payload), i am even able to see the first two records being transformed in the transformed payload in the mediator instance detail but at the outbound file adapter i get an error saying :

When i map both the Fname and Lname in the xsl map file i get the output.But i only need one field at the outfile i:e either the Fname or the Lname.

Hi Saif, Are you using the same xsd for the outbound (write) file adapter as well? In that case, you may need to map both the names (Fname and Lname) but leave the name which you do not want to be written to the file as an empty text. For example, if you would need to map only the Lname, but not the Fname, the xsl will be like,
