  • Exporting from Premiere Pro Audio Out of Sync!

I am using the latest version of Permiere Pro and it is up to date. I  imported animation files that I did on Adobe Flash Professional. I made my movie and everything is fine. But when I go to export my project the audio becomes uncycned in the finish product. I am using Youtube 720 23.976, and change the frame rate to 24.  It has worked fine, on the first two videos I have done. I am using Quicktime to view the movies after they are exprted, and that is where I see the problem has occured. I am wondering what do I do so that when I have my exported movie, in the final product, the audio is cynced with the movie itself. Thanks for your help.

  • I recently got an iphone 5S and my songs not purchased from iTunes are grayed out (phone only) and are skipped past when playing them through my iPhone.

I recently got an iphone 5S and my songs not purchased from iTunes are grayed out (phone only) and are skipped past when playing them through my iPhone. i have tried the following:
    1) Removing all music from phone and resynced to iTunes PC library.
    2) Erased phone and restored from back up
    3) Erased phone and started as a new iPhone
    4) Reformated the music files in my library that weren't playing
    5) Deleted songs from iPhone and computer and re-imported CDs
    6) Tried to redownload my COMPLETE MUSIC LIBRARY from iCloud.
    7) I have also turned it off and turned it back on several times
    8) I tried syncing through my macbook (only moved partial songs to it to see if it would even work).
    9) I have tried to get Siri to play them, did not work.
    10) All music does play fine on my iPod Touch 3rd (iOS6 i think) gen and iTunes on Mac and PC
    11)  I added a CD to my roommates iTunes and it plays on their iPhone 5S but not mine.
After all of these things it is now WORSE!!!  My iTunes purchased songs are now experiencing the same issue along with some (not all) of the original music files that were skipping and grayed out.  My conclusion is i have no clue at this point!  I have done everything i have found online in EVERY discussion, i have spent over 60 hours trying to get this to work and i am asking myself, i bought this product why am having to fix this when it worked just fine on my iPod touch (3rd Gen) and iPod Classic!!!!  PLEASE APPLE FIX THIS ISSUE FOR US!!!!

I had this problem too after i upgdatd to OS X Mavericks... only the songs on my iphone 5s that i purchased from itunes would play.
i read something about it being a syncing issue. when you plug your phone into your computer with the usb cable, the person said to switch from automatic syncing of itunes to the "manual" option. mine was already set to manual so i wasn't sure anything would work. BUT, when i plugged my phone into my computer, it started to sync all of my music on my phone again (top of itunes bar where song playing/time is listed said "now syncing 123/534 songs to x's iphone"). once that was completed, i checked the music app on my iphone and everything was back to normal!
so, i would suggest setting your music syncing settings to manual if you haven't tried that yet!
    hope this helps!

  • TS1362 All of the movies I have rented or purchased from iTunes in the last 4 months fail to play properly. The audio and video are constantly out of sync. I have followed the iTunes suggestions to correct this, however nothing has worked. (Windows 8)

I am using a Dell inspiron 14z, with Windows 8, and before that a Dell with Windows XP. This is also happening on my iPad. For the last four months, none of the movies or television shows I have rented or purchased from iTunes have played properly. The audio and video are out of sync. I have tried the troubleshooting measures iTunes suggested, however nothing seems to work. I have read on the community that this has been a problem for users in the past, and have attempted to try some of the fixes individual users have suggested also. Again, nothing seems to work. At this point I am frustrated, as we purchase or rent almost exclusively from iTunes. I would appreciate a support-staff person response. Thank you so much.

this problem has been going on for windows users for over a year now.
Apple has no solution to this problem.

  • Premiere CC, PIP Out of Sync on Export

I have this problem that's been driving me crazy the past few days. I have a basic sequence in my Premiere project that features some picture-in-picture. When viewing it in Premiere, the PIPs are perfectly synced how I want them with the main picture, however on export it is out of sync by a few seconds towards the end (the first few PIPs are perfect, though). I have tried multiple formats with the same result. Even creating a new sequence using that sequence (so that there is only one video and audio track and therefore should not logically be able to be out of sync) has failed. I even tried moving the PIPs that are towards the end earlier and later on the timeline coprresponding to how out of sync they are in the exported file, however that doesn't work either.
I have searched extensively and have not been able to find my problem. Are there any ideas?

    UPDATE:
I tried re-editing the entire sequence from scratch in a new project and it still has this problem. It seems as though the picture-in-picture runs more quickly than the main picture while having weird lag spikes. I exported it at 240p and 15 frames per second and the video is perfect (besides looking awful). This seems like an annoying bug that is on Adobe's end having to do with encoding. I will try exporting as different file types and report back.

  • AIFF's imported are always out of sync and need to be rendered!!!!!

I have had this problem for years, has anyone figured out hoe to get sound files that are in sync in pro Tools and in Sound Track Pro to be in sync in FCP??
This is the strangest thing that you can not import files into a PAL session without a red line needing to be rendered and without the audio drifting!!
    Any ideas? Thanks, mark

Your audio files must be 48,000 kHz AIFF files if you want to use them in Final Cut Pro.
If the originals are coming from CD's they are 44,100 kHz.
Resample in Soundtrack Pro or convert in QuickTime Player.
Your location says you are in LA. Why are you working in in PAL?
I know that things need to be at 48K this would not matter anyway if it was 44.1 FCP would do the conversion and not make it out of sync in an NTSC Timeline, but a PAL timeline FCP screws with the sound file. The files came from pro Tools, the industry standard should mixing.
I put them through Sound Track Pro and it did not help.
LA is the entertainment center of the world, we send project all over the world.

  • Apps are greyed out when syncing

When syncing my son's iPod, the apps on the computer screen are greyed out.  The check mark is there, but it is greyed out as well so I am not able to select or deselect apps.  What it this and how do I fix it?

I solved it.  The restrictions were disabled so I enabled them.  The grey immediately went away.  Then after syncing I disabled them again so the little one can't download apps.
    Thanks anyway

  • Exporting from iMovie 08 falls out of sync

Ive been stuggling with iMovie 08 for 5 days now trying to get a 12 minute movie exported without audio syncing issues. By the end of the exported movie.. the lips are detectably off sync with the audio. Im blow away how Ive gone through all possible export settings I can think of to no avail.
    This is HD tape...
Anybody able to sync their exported movies with perfect sync?
Tell me your exported settings PLEASE!
    Thanks

Check your audio codec for your source material.
You can do this by opening it in Quicktime Player and selecting Window/Quicktime Inspector.
If your audio codec is 12 bit, it will frequently get out of sync. The solution is to use a 16 bit codec. Or run your source files through QT Pro and export as 16 bit.

  • Prior Apps from 4S are darkened out on new 6, says waiting when I try to open them.

Apps from my 4S are darkened out and won't open in my new 6. Says waiting when I try to open.

Apps downloaded from the iTunes app store only be used on an iOS device i.e. iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch (and some apps can't be used on all three of those device types) - they can't be used on a PC or Mac, they are not compatible.

  • Premiere CS3 - Audio out of sync in timeline

Audio is out of sync in the timeline.
Only occurs on mpeg clips that were captured at school (unsure of the settings used to make the capture as it was done by another student). These clips play fine outside of Premiere. This problem only occurs on my system at home I have searched and cannot seem to find a solution. I assume since it works at school and not at home that it comes down to a setting or hardware on my system causing the issue just not sure where to start. Any sugguestions would be greatly appreciated

  • Audio and Photos are playing out of sync once burnt onto DVD.

Hiya, I've created a slideshow, with music in the background, and when playing it through in the preview mode it all works fine, and the songs start and end where I want them to and all the photos and video clips work. Once it's bunt onto a DVD and played, the audio seems to be running ahead of the photo slideshow and it ends up out of sync. I've tried playing the DVD on the computer and the DVD player. but it makes no difference. Please help!

Are you using transitions in the slideshow? Sometime they play with different timing in the preview mode than they do on a DVD. Try removing the transitions and see what happens.

  • Audio files from analog 4 track out of sync

After many years I've finally decided to transfer my old 4 track demos from cassette to my Mac.
I rented a 4 track recorder to play the tapes. I can only transfer 2 tracks at a time, so I have 2 sets 2 tracks each, for a total of 4 tracks. (still with me?)
For some reason, the different sets play at different speeds. So if everything is at sync at the beginning of the song, they're well out of beat 90 seconds later.
How can I speed up or slow down a single track? All of the data is in GB, so it's hard to get out.
Can I do this in Logic Express? (a program which I own but have no idea how to use, since life and work and motorcycles and kids get in the way of playing too much on the Mac...
    20" iMac G5 2.0/MacBook 1.83/eMac 1.25   Mac OS X (10.4.8)

Export each track as a separate AIFF file.
Open both tracks in AmadeusPro. Copy and paste into a new file with two tracks.
Select one track and use Effects>Change Pitch and Speed. This will provide incremental adjustments till both waveforms match up. But remember, you need to adjust both pitch AND speed together to reproduce a mechanical speed difference.
Once you have both tracks running in sync, use this opportunity to separate your two tracks into four by selecting Sound>Split Track. Now you have 4 separate tracks that are now in sync.
Export each track as AIFF files and reimport back to GarageBand by dragging them onto the GarageBand timeline.

  • Audiobooks imported from CD are scrambled on iPod help!

I have 8 audiobooks on CD which I imported to iTunes. Each book has some 20+ disks. It took some effort to make sure that it put the CDs in order as one complete single "album" per book as it imported them. You had to make sure it listed them as disk 1 of 10, 2 of 10 etc. with all the same identical information (artist, title, etc.). That was the first problem I had to solve. But, they were annoyingly still listed in and clogging up my "music" library and playing. I then selected the options to "remember my place" and "skip when shuffling". Better... but still in the way when scrolling through lists and still throws off your numbers for how many hours of music I have. Also, when I looked in my "audiobooks" list... nothing there. I finally discovered in "music type" you could set it to "audiobook". Voila... now they were finally audiobooks... In iTunes, in the library on my computer, they are now perfect. It shows 8 books with 1 set of artwork each, all the disks and chapters are in the right order. I synched with my iPod and was dismayed to see on my iPod that in my "audiobooks" on it... every chapter (track) of every CD is on there jumbled as a separate entry.... what's up with that... why aren't there 8 books with chapters/tracks that play in order? What is wrong????? HELP!!!!!!

Hey everybody. I just figured out a way to load audiobooks better. I first disable the funtion of finding tracks from gracenote because they get them wrong all the time. Then I put cd in,select a song, go to edit in top toolbar, select all, right click on tracks and select info in pop up box. When this window opens I put the artist, album name, disk number,example- 1 of 5 or 2 of 5 etc. I go to genre and put books & spoken, them to options and put yes and check compilations and gapless albums. I then exit the box and import the audiobook. When its done I select all again and fill in the options boxes with yes and check them all.Select ok and it goes to audiobooks. Everything has to be the same or they don't go to the same book. Its the best way so far of keeping everything in order and getting it into audiobooks so it will bookmark itself when you shut off your ipod and move from one track to another like it was disighned to do. Hope you can understand my directions and that this helps.

  • Editing .MP4 in Premiere 2014 CC out of sync - XA25 clips

    Hi there,
Constant problem I am having, I record in .MP4 in XA25 of someone speaking to camera wearing a Sanken COS-11D lavalier microphone.  I then transfer the file to my computer and import the file into Premiere and the voice doesn't match with the video.  Seems a few frames out.  I suppose I can adjust the audio layer to match the video, but that won't work for a long term solution. Any suggestions?
    thanks!

    Hi Kevin,
I don't see anywhere in the user manual that says it is variable...
Here are my settings for recording with the XA25
    MP4 - 25p @ 24Mbps
I am going to try it in AVCHD and see if I get the same issues,
Maybe I need to pick a codec that matches better for editing?
    cheers
    Dan

  • Premiere rendering videos out of sync

Ever since 2 updates ago, Premiere is not rendering videos correctly anymore. The videos I bring in sync with video/sound but while I edit (and after I export it), the videos do not sync. This has made Premiere pretty much useless to me. Can anyone explain what is going on and how to fix it? I am on a Windows 8.1 computer with a dedicated video card, plenty of space and I even cleaned up the memory leaks and background programs before asking.
