On 11/24 I cancelled my subscription for PDF Pack when I noticed I was billed for $97.05. And, I got notice that "Your refund is processing". That was 10 days ago
I was billed $97.05. I immediately called & cancelled my subscription and got an email saying my refund was processing.
I tried to find that status of this refund by searching using my RMA# - but CANNOT find anything. Can somebody please tell me HOW I can talk to somebody about this?
The email said funds are released to the credit company within 5 business days. IT'S BEEN 10 days.

I just checked your account; your refund has been fully processed (it looks like the refund went through on 12/5). If you don't see it hit your bank this week, please let us know.

Adobe PDF Pack definitely is part of your Acrobat Pro subscription. What happens when you sign out, and then sign back in to Reader? (It can take a little while for your subscription to process; how long ago did you sign up?)

I was billed for a renewal with eHarmony via iTunes that does not work. Eharmony said itunes claims the charge didnt go through but I have already been billed it is on my bank statement. How do I get my money back or get my subscription working?? I have all transaction ID's and invoice numbers. Please help this has been very frustrating, thanks.
Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

If you did not receive the "merchandise" then a refund is due. Just click through the support link provided above, fill out the form at the end, clearly state the facts and state them again via reply email.
Also prepare to send copies of the billings and provide the user name associated with Zombie Farm and Game Center (if applicable).
All should work out, but if satisfaction is not received, file a claim with your credit card issuer. -
I cannot locate an iBook that I was billed for
I tried to purcahse an iBook last night, and was redirected to my account to update my card info. I did so but the purchase was still unsuccessful. I check my card this morning and see that I was billed for a purchase last night, I do not have the iBook, just the sample. Who can I talk to about this? I don't want to wait for someone to email me in 48 hours, especially since I really want to read this book!

You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
