On app store it signs in with the wrong apple id
When i try to download an app it asks me to sign in using my apple id and password however
It comes up with the wrong apple id and it doesnt let me edit it, it only lets me write in the password box.
In my settings i am signed in with the right apple id and with everything else it lets me use the right id
How do i change it on the app store?
Go to settings
App Store
Click on Apple ID
Sign out
Sign in with new updated ID

If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must contact the previous owner to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the previous owner return the device to where you bought it and get a refund. You will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

i signed up with the wrong email so i can't verify and continue, so i tried to uninstall and reinstall again but after open it still ask me to verify the wrong email. what should i do?
I haven’t been in this situation, but can’t you just change your account settings and use a different e-mail or maybe add another secondary e-mail to use for verification?

My computer keeps me signed in with the wrong icloud account
Although I've updated my iCloud username and information on the apple site, my computer still tries to make me login with my old iCloud username. How do I correct this?

It sounds like you've changed the Apple ID that you use for iCloud. If your Mac is still showing the old Apple ID information, try signing out and back in to iCloud using these steps:
OS X Mountain Lion and later: Choose System Preferences from the Apple () menu, then click iCloud.
If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID:
Click Sign Out. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked if you want to make copies or delete iCloud data (Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Bookmarks, Photo Stream) from your Mac. Click “Delete from Mac”. The data will be deleted from your Mac, but not from iCloud.
Enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download again to your Mac.

I can't sign into itunes on my ipad (original) since the software update. Genius can't help-says its Itunes support I need, but they don't help either (tell me to reset password) which I've done several times. Can't update apps on my home computer either. Update made me change Apple id, so now it thinks I have two ids, but won't let me sign in for old one. I pad won't work at all. Frustrated beyond belief and get NO HELP from apple.
if they want us to buy their product they better start supporting them. Oh yeah, everything worked FINE before the update.
Anyone have ideas?No. The problem is that when you changed Apple IDs you did not update your Apple ID to reflect the change, so your phone is still associated with the old ID. I want to completely remove the skype app from my apple id as im having issues with it. Thanks in advance for all help.
The problem is, when I first opened the app I accidentally clicked 'don't allow push notifications' this has stopped the app from working properly as when I receive a call or IM on Skype I am not notified unless I happen to be on the app at the time the call/IM isis recieved. I have tried to delete the app from my PC and my iPhone however when I went back to the app store it came up INSTALL instead of FREE. I figure that if I can install the app by clicking FREE will allow me to enable Push Notifications as other apps that have never been associated with my account always ask when I install them

iBooks will not open only the icon is there when I go to App Store to download it just says open like it is already there !! Help please this is my first ipad but have always used apple products
First quit all apps (Double tap the Home button and swipe the app preview page up) and try a reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
Check your Restrictions:
Settings > General > Restrictions
Is it in Settings?
Try deleting from here: Settings > General > Usage > iBooks > Delete App
Then redownload -
My iPad mini won't download or update apps, but my phone will with the same Apple ID
My iPad is only 1 day old. When I set it up I synced it with my iCloud backup for my phone but the apps wouldn't download. They started to but then they said waiting and would go back to the start over and over again. Then I plugged it into my computer and synced it with iTunes but I want to download apps for my iPad but I can't. And every time I search for an app in the App Store it loads for ages then says cannot connect to iTunes. Someone please help,
I also just tried signing out of the App Store, resetting my iPad then signing back in and no luck.You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists. -
App store asks for login to the wrong account
My previously employer had initially purchased this software (FCPX) on this Mac. When I left the company I was allowed to purchase the Mac from them. I no longer have access to the Apple ID that was used to purchase this software on this Mac so I deleted it (FCPX) from my Mac and repurchased it from my AppleID however, when I try to update FCPX the App Store demands the password for my old AppleID. How do I get the software that I purchased to update?
I have this same problem! All the iOS apps on 2 iPads and 2 iPhones have to be deleted and reinstalled again when clearly the iTunes Store must know that those apps were originally acquired under the previous Apple ID. Why is the "ownership" of the apps not heritable??? I've been into the "Featured" tab in the App Store to look to sign out of the old ID but it shows the correct current ID. There are currently 47 apps needing an update, all of which won't download because they were purchased or acquired with the old ID. When I changed ISP's back in August of this year I was told my Apple Support that the original Apple ID tied to my previous ISP had to be deleted, without ever mentioning that this would involve this aggravating process of having to delete old apps and try to replace them by making a list of those that won't download under the new ID and reinstalling them all over again. Several apps were "paid" apps and I don't see why I should have to pay for them again! Oftentimes I just give up rather than have to go through this frustrating & arduous process of delete-sign out of ID-sign back in-try to download again when Apple could simply mark your new ID as having replaced the old ID.

Well, your first mistake was making a new Apple ID. You only needed to go into Manage your Apple ID and change the Apple ID from the Yahoo email to your new email. Then, all the purchases you made with that old Apple ID would still be tied to your updated Apple ID.
As it is, you now have a totally new Apple ID, but the purchases you made with that old Apple ID are still (and will forever be) tied to it.
Your best bet is to log into Manage your Apple ID with the old ID (regardless of what Yahoo did with it, it is still a functional Apple ID, unless you had that disable for security reasons). Once you have logged into it, change the password on it to match the password on your new ID. Then when you are asked for a password to update an app, it won't matter which of the two Apple IDs is displaying. You will just type in the same password and your app will be updated.

Do a search on the iPad that you downloaded it onto.
Swipe to the right from the home screen and Type "Google Earth" (no quotation marks) in the search field at the top. See if it appears.
Restart the iPad and see if the app appears.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. -

Could someone please explain how is the relation between the "old" Mac SW (iLife packages for instance) and the new MacApp (iLife packages), are the SW packages identical but just running in another environment?
What about future SW updates?? Will the old SW packages fade out and be taken over by the MacApp SW??

So sign out of the Apple ID under Settings > iTunes & App Store, then sign in with your own.

My Apple ID was disabled. I reseted it successfully. Afterwards, when I am trying to update the pending apps in App Store on my phone, in order to sign in to iTunes Store I am requested to enter a password to the wrong Apple ID which definitely does not belong to me ('[email protected]'). Of course, I don't know this password and, consequently, I can't connect to Itunes Store on my Iphone. As a result my Viber and Facetime are not active in the meanwhile. What should I do? Was it new or second hand?
You have to sign out then sign in with the correct Apple ID and password.
