On Demand code SRM-0x0011

I finally broke down and rented a movie I have been wanting to see since it's release. I got roughly 10 minutes into it and suddenly the screen went black and stopped playing. I finally got the screen back to the On demand selection screen and tried to restart the movie. After a couple of seconds, the info box comes up and says "We're unable to process your request at this time. Please go to www.comcast.com/help. SRM-0x0011". I checked my coax connections, unplugged my box from my surge protector, waited 20 minutes and replugged it into the wall. All the responses I saw for my particular problem had a tech responding. Help anyone.. I really wanna watch The Hobbit An Unexpected Journey, or at least a refund for it. Thanks.

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. In reviewing your account I do see a technician visit currently scheduled for July 2 so that we can get this issue identified and resolved. We will also get your account credited for the movie.
Thanks for your patience.

  • On Demand error code SRM-0x0011

    We keep getting this error code when we try to watch TV programs or movies.  It has been going on for a few days.  I called yesterday and did what the support tech told me but with no success.  We unplugged and restarted, he refreshed but On Demand isn't working with any of our boxes.  How do we get this problem fixed?  We've never had this problem before.

    On- demand never works. Keep getting this error code even after re-booting.

  • SRM and Demand Planning

    Hi all,
    Can anyone explain me how demand planning is related to SRM.
    In which areas of demand planning SRM is going to be related.
    Thanks in advance!

    If I am not wrong Demand Planning is a feature of APO advance planning and optimiser.
    The linkage which I have seen is for PDP SI supplier integration scenario.
    Here the on the base of DP ... MRP is run in ECC MM
    Delivery schedules are generated and the same are brodcasted to SRM SUS portal for suppliers to confirm and generate ASNs
    prior to delievry

  • How to reply BP in SRM to Backend.

    Hi,
    We are working with SRM 5.5  and I need transfer BP in SRM to Vendors in Backend R3.
    We have classic scenario.
    How can we reply the information of a vendor from SRM to R3?
    Is there a program, job, rfc, transaction to do that?
    Thanks.

    we have discussed this requirement with SAP
    there is no present way to transfer the SRM external BP and ECC vendor.
    But you can definitely link SRM external BP with ECC vendor
    so the alternate is
    for the SRM BP you want to transfer to ECC
    create a vendor in ECC TXN XK01
    then in SRM admin user
    SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR
    go to link "manage business partner"
    business partner -->edit
    give yr BP no
    go to tab "vendor"
    go to bottom section "linked to backend system"
    give the logical sys name of yr ECC
    and the new ECC vendor code
    SRM will always refer the ECC vendor code for all relevant checks

  • New Sample Code: Querying techniques, integration events, book assignment

    We have just posted a new CRM On Demand Web Services code sample to Oracle Sample Code. This sample uses a combination of WS v1.0 and WS v2.0 to demonstrate advanced samples like querying techniques, processing integration events, and book assignment.
    The sample is written using .Net framework 1.1 and VS studio 2003. Users will need to have Microsoft .NET (.Net Framework 1.1) installed on their machine.
    <a title="Click here" href="https://codesamples.samplecode.oracle.com/servlets/Scarab/action/ExecuteQuery?query=crm_on_demand" target="_blank">Click here</a> to go to the CRM On Demand code samples. Look for Artifact ID S517, Advanced WS Techniques (in .NET Framework 1.1)

    I found some examples in the Web Services Resource Library.
    you can access this through the "Training and Support" link from within CRM OD.
    Then click on "Web Services Library" then download the Getting Started kits

  • APEX 4.0 - AJAX not working with Popup LOV field

    Hello,
    In the application I have built I have three fields which are 'feeded' by selects via a AJAX construction.
    All three fields are based on three others, which are PopUp LOV fields. Up to version 3.2 I had no problems: the fields were 'refreshed' as expected when in the 'parent' field a specific value was entered or choosen by the Popup Lov selector.
    But since the migration to APEX-4 (lin a test-system) all the three fields are not correctly refreshed anymore: two of them give the value 'undefined', the third, which is a select-list shows values, but at the moment I try to click on the select-list down arrow to pick a value, the list is emptied and stays that way.
    More specific about the third field:
    item 1 is a popup-lov defined item in which a user can type a value, but can also choose a value from a popup-lov. Item 2 is based on item-1: it does a select based on the value of item-1 and refreshes a select-list. Item-2 is defined as a select list.
    I got it all working when making item-1 also a select list, but since the list can become very large, I made a Popup lov of it. Most users do know what code they have to enter and in case somebody is not sure, the lov can be used.
    In this forum I came across a problem with AJAX callback, which was answered by Patrick Wolf, saying that in an htmldb_Get ( ... ,0) the last 0 should be replaced by $v('pFlowStepId'), but this did not fix my problem. I have the feeling that the problem is somewhre else, since on first hand, after entering a value in item-1 I see item-2 refreshed with the correct values, but the moment I try to select one item, the list is emptied.....
    I hope I made it clear what my problem is and that somebody can help me, else APEX-3.2 was the latest version for this application....
    Thanks in advance and best regards,
    Jan.
    Edited by: user13110728 on 9-aug-2010 8:44

    Hi Jan,
    the problem is the
    onBlur="javascript:f_P21_select_kostenposten(this,'P21_KOSTENPOST');"on P21_GBREKNR. This is getting attached to the HTML input text field but as well the the anchor link which opens the popup. So when you leave the text field the cursor will be put onto the icon to open the Popup LOV. When you press tab another time or leave the anchor link by clicking somewhere the above JavaScript function is fired again. But the problem is that "this" this time points to the anchor and not the text item anymore, so it will return an invalid value when you access this.value in your f_P21_select_kostenposten function which results in an empty result of your on-demand call.
    I still have to investigate why the above JavaScript code is now added to the anchor link as well. But as a workaround, just change your code to
    onChange="javascript:f_P21_select_kostenposten(this,'P21_KOSTENPOST');"which is better anyway, because it's just firing when the value really got changed. And because the anchor link can't really be changed, the event will never fire when you leave the anchor. BTW you can use the Application Search feature to search for all your onBlur events. onChange is much better than onBlur because it doesn't fire that often unintended.
    But if you want to use some of the new APEX 4.0 features, you could use the cascading LOV feature of APEX 4 and avoid all this JavaScript and on-demand code which you have written.
    I have changed your application to take use of it.
    1) I changed the LOV query for P21_KOSTENPOST from
    select '('||replace(lpad(gbreknr, 3, chr(1)),chr(1),' ')||') '|| omschrijving d, kostenpost r
    from   kostenposten
    where  vervallen is null
      and  bedrijf = :P21_BEDRIJF
    order by gbreknr, kostenpostto
    select '('||replace(lpad(gbreknr, 3, chr(1)),chr(1),' ')||') '|| omschrijving d, kostenpost r
    from   kostenposten
    where  vervallen is null
      and  bedrijf = :P21_BEDRIJF
      and  (:P21_GBREKNR is null or gbreknr = :P21_GBREKNR)
    order by gbreknr, kostenpostas it was in your on-demand process. The query will return all values if P21_GBREKNR is null but will restrict it if the field is filled out.
    2) Set "Cascading LOV Parent Item(s)" to P21_BEDRIJF,P21_GBREKNR Because based on your LOV query I assume "Kostenpost" should be refreshed if one of the two fields gets changed.
    3) Set "Optimize Refresh" to No because one of your parent items (P21_GBREKNR) can contain a null value.
    4) Removed the onBlur/onChange from P21_GBREKNR
    5) Removed the *%null%* from the "Null Return Value" attribute of P21_BEDRIJF, because that will cause a ORA-1722 if someone picks "-- kies: --"
    That's it.
    Have a look at dynamic actions and the "Set Value" action as well, because I think that could remove your other on-demand calls as well without having to write any JavaScript code.
    I will still investigate what's going on with the anchor link in APEX 4.0

    Patrick

  • What are the key benefits and limitations of new pricing model of X5-2?

    What are the key benefits and limitations of new pricing model that started with X5 version?

    1. Elastic Configurations
    Size/price hardware by the number of servers; Fixed configs no longer required
    Start with 2 Database Servers and 3 Storage Servers. Incrementally add database or storage servers online.
    2. Capacity-on-Demand (CoD)
    Upon installation, activate 40-100% of the cores per server and reduce software licenses; Applies to Eighth Rack now too
    Activate and license more cores when needed; Active cores may not be deactivated
    3. OVM and Trusted Partitions
    License software on Virtual CPUs within a VM; Ideal for special-purpose DB options
    You can mix different combination of options for different DB on one Exadata.
    OVM has no License cost; support is included with premier hardware support
    Limitation:
    At least 40% of usable cores on the machine must be licensed for Oracle software
    Cannot use both OVM and CoD to license less than 40% of cores
    A server must be virtualized or non-virtualized – not mixed
    A RAC cluster can mix virtualized and non-virtualized servers
    4. “Flash Drive” License Metric for EF Storage Server Software
    $20K/drive; 8 flash drives/EF server vs 12 disk drives/HC server = 33% higher list
    Can transfer licenses between Flash Drive (2 licenses/drive) and Disk Drive (1 license/drive) – part # is the same

  • P - Card in Classic Scenario

    Hi Experts,
    We are implementing Classic scenario, SAP SRM 7.O and ECC 6.0 with EHP4. Please let us know, If  P - card Functionality is available with the above said Package?
    The documents clearly mention P- card not supported for Classic Scenario in SAP SRM7.0.
    Our client want P-cards Functionality in Classic Scenario Only. Client got very good back end ECC system.  Client do not wish to go for Extended Classic.
    Please let me know, how we can enhance the Classic Scenario to Support P - Cart.
    Is there is Standard Enhancement Package is available from SAP to support P-card from classic scenario ?
    Else How much approximate efforts needed to enhance to meet the above requirement ? (If some one already implemented P- card in Classic Scenario)
    Please do the needful.
    Even correct contact person to get the Quote for above requirement from SAP also helpful.

    Hello,
    Setting Up Procurement Card Payment : In SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM), you can specify procurement cards as the payment method when you purchase items, provided you are using the Materials Management functions in SAP SRM. In addition, you can manage settlements for purchases made using a procurement card. This means you can transfer the settlement file that the bank or card company sends you to SAP SRM to check that the contents are correct and specify account assignments.
    Prerequisites
    --> You are using the Materials Management functions in SAP SRM.
    --> In the back-end system, Accounting is set up, and the card company is created as a supplier.
    --> You have set up the ALE distribution model in Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under:
    SRM Server --> Technical Basic Settings --> ALE Settings --> ALE Settings (Logical System)
    Procedure
    1. Enter your procurement card details using the Create User transaction.
    The settlement files are transferred to the SAP SRM system, and invoices and transaction figures
    are transferred from the SAP SRM system to the back-end system by the ALE interface.
    Note ; You must set the procurement cards up so that the system can transfer the settlement information from the card company, and carry out updates in Accounting in the back-end system
    2. If you want to create commitments, do so in Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under : SRM Server --> Procurement Card --> Manage Commitments
    Perform the following activities in Customizing for SAP SRM:
    --> SRM Server --> Procurement Card --> Process Procurement Card
    > SRM Server> Procurement Card --> Define Number Ranges
    --> SRM Server --> Procurement Card --> Allocate Company Code
    --> SRM Server --> Procurement Card --> Define Card Company
    --> SRM Server --> Procurement Card --> Define Blocking Reasons

  • How to pass argument to App Process wo using hidden item

    Basically if i take this javascript that calls application process:
    function get_APP(pThis,pSelect){
    var l_Return = null;
    var l_Select = $x(pSelect);
    var get = new htmldb_Get(null,$x('pFlowId').value,'APPLICATION_PROCESS=get_APP_List',0);
    get.add('P1_BA_TEMP',pThis.value);
    gReturn = get.get('XML');
    // skip
    I have ( according to many examples on the web ) to use the "hidden" item over wise it doesn't seem to work.
    It seems to be an excessive use of the items. It's just the variable. Right ?
    Thank you
    Andrew

    Andrew,
    "doesn't seem to work" is the worst way to describe something not working ;)
    1. the name of your on demand process is case sensitive
    2. have you tested the on demand code in SQL Workshop > SQL Commands? does it return the expected XML?
    3. put an
    alert(gReturn);
    in your javascript code after
    gReturn = get.get('XML');
    and see what kind of alert you get.

    harder to explain

    bad sign.
    Hmm.. Well, maybe it's time to explain what I meant by 'I'm
    working on it'.
    I sure am not adobe, or mm, but I'd bet that most of the
    regular list
    members care about Director more than anyone at any company.
    A couple years back, shortly after mus got discontinued to be
    more precise,
    and by not finding any descent networking Xtra, I started
    building one. The
    initial goal was to build a socket Xtra that could transfer
    binary strings.
    But soon as I got the hang of it, I started adding all the
    stuff of my
    personal Director wish list that came to mind. And the Xtra
    evolved beyond
    and initial expectation - and timeline for that matter.
    The 'official' announcement talked about unicode. But that
    was just the
    first object revealed.
    The Xtra includes objects (strings, lists, date, image...)
    that are both
    faster and more flexible than their Director's equivalents,
    well as new
    objects that aim to include all that windows/c++ has to offer
    for their
    field (socket, services, file/shell...).
    It has been a long and mostly lonely journey...
    You can visit
    http://xtrema.rtr.gr/cDown/
    to get an idea.
    Now that the core is finished, all experimental objects are
    updated and
    added to the pack. The idea is, soon as certain base objects
    are completed,
    to produce some freeware apps for advanced tasks (like
    managing services),
    in an attempt to give Director back it's good name. I guess
    that at the
    time, I'll make a call to any director developer that wishes
    to participate
    in such a project to lend a hand (gui / suggestions etc).
    Don't forget: If it can be done with c++, it can be done must
    faster, and
    with far less debugging, in Director. Long as you can call
    c++ routines that
    will give you access to the system functions that is (aka
    Xtras).
    As a pro app builder, I find Director to have just one
    drawback. No
    multithreading support for lingo scripts. Any number of
    threads can work on
    the background (like e.g. getNetText), but there will be
    bottlenecking when
    it comes to callbacks. So, building a director based
    enterprise server is
    out of the question. But building a game or mid-business
    server capable of
    hosting thousands of clients isn't.
    Regards,
    Harris.

  • What Edge Reflow should keep in consideration

    I've been following Edge Reflow for some time now, have used it to showcase developers my mockups, and have even used it in some rather large projects. Although currently mostly unusable to me for production in the current Preview, there is a lot you can do with it. The demand of responsive layout is no longer an option in my opinion, its what everyone expects. I've looked everywhere to try to find something similar, and recently came across a few sites that pull off what Edge is trying to do. So for the developers currently working on this or other Designers that need a good reference, here are some sites that I hope Adobe can bring into the Edge-Reflow-Photoshop workflow.

    http://froont.com/
    https://www.easel.io/

    My point with the post was not so much a single or multiple features within the other products, but rather the ease of use and intuitive design. The current design approach in Reflow at first seems VERY simply, until you begin actually moving your responsive elements around and realize its completely rearranging the DOM (of course, after reading multiple threads you realize there is a solution to it). The  current Preview generated css is buggy and produces countless lines of **.123i482gg86dedsdfweflkj** infinite gibberish, not presenting me with a recognizable ID or class that I can later manually edit. The APPROACH of simplicity, the clean css, the ease of use, is the "feature" I'm pointing out to devs and designers alike in the above referenced. Wether the tools are browser apps, desktop software, web apps or whatever other list the can pertain too is not so much the point. I think Adobe has definitely taken the right approach with Reflow and looking to integrate with its current services. These tools cater to the designers. Most web devs already know how to configure a responsive web project and what code they need to make it happen, but in my experience (not putting anyone down here) lack a sense of composition and aesthetic principles. I'm not trying to to say that all web devs are colorblind angry geeks on green vga terminals that demand code knowledge for validation of a designers skills. My point is simply that intuitive tools which Reflow is intending and the afformentioned help a designer better navigate and explore aesthetic boundaries that other UI tools cannot provide, and therefor bring the reference of well executed projects currently being used and available as a landmark to where I believe Adobe should compare itself to.
