On e-bay hunt for macbook white battery match

What numbers/letters am I looking for on my mac in System Profiler that match with the same numbers/letters of the
e-bay macbook battery I wish to buy? Or is it all just in "About this Mac"?

It depends on your model. If you have one with the removable battery, every one uses the same battery from 2006 through 2009. That's 6 out of the 9 MacBook models.

Shut down the computer. Disconnect any cords connected to the computer.
Turn the computer over.
Locate the access door latch.
Push down to release the latch, this sets it in the open position, and remove the access door that covers the battery.    
With the latch still in its open position, gently pull up on the battery tab to remove the battery.
Note: The latch must be in its released, open position to remove or replace the battery and access door.
If you have the Late 2009 model 6,1 and Mid 2010 model 7,1 White Unibody you need to go to the Apple store for your new battery. Unless you are really comfortable with opening the White Unibody.
