On firefox I can't log on to my college website (it was working fine before and no longer does) It works on other browsers, it is not a loading problem.
This is what happens when I log in on firefox only! "In an attempt to increase security, you are no longer able to use your personal email to sign into your myWalden portal. Please try again using your WaldenU.edu email." I am not logging in with my personal email, when I ask for password help this message appears making me think it is the Walden site, but I can log in with out a problem on any other browser:
"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Unfortunately, access to the myWalden portal is not available at this time.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience! " HELP! My college recommends your browser so I need it to work!
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
* "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Reload the web page and bypass the cache with:
* Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
* Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
* Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Safari keeps dropping down this error message when ever i try to log on to any website safai can't verify the identity of the website ( e.g.. any address ) and the drop down has three choices to click on or else you can't go foward., they are check certificate ______ cancel ______ continue.... This thing is so annoying when trying to go somewhere i just want the error message to go away.
In your Keychain under 'login' delete the VeriSign certificates and then quit and restart all browsers/itunes/app store.

This should open the email client but nothing happens in Firefox. It works in other browsers.
How can I fix this?This can happen if your script doesn't close all of the HTML tags it opens. Some past threads on pages not rendering fully (usually the missing text is there in the source view, Ctrl+u):

Every time i go to a secure website using firefox latest version i get an error saying "This Connection is Untrusted" This was never there before and now its appearing. My computer clock and date is correct and i have tested out all plugins that they are updated. Also did a scan on all viruses and spyware nothing there any help please.

You can see that the certificate is issued by your security software (Firewall): ESET SSL Filter CA<br />
So you will have to disable that filter or install the ESET root certificate that chains to that certificate. -
My iPad mini retina display wifi 16 GB is showing blank white display and is like frozen. I can't shut it down or restart. It was working perfectly till 13/4/2015 night and next day morning it showing this problem.There is no physical damage to my iPad and is in perfect good condition. I updated the latest OS 8.3 version 3 days before this issue happened. I took it to the apple authorised service centre but to my shock they told the display and unit has to be replaced which will cost me Rs.15000/-. It's just been one year and 7 days only since i bought my iPad,i.e, just 7 days out of warranty period only.I don't find any fault with the hardware neither no physical damage is there. Need help to sort out this issue.

How can I delete my Icloud account when I don't know the password and no longer have the email address associated with it?
You need your password to delete it and I need the email address to reset the password. I feel like I'm going in circles!!! Please help!!!Go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address (you shouldn't need to verify the old account). You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Sound has stopped for firefox but works on other browsers! Why?
I no longer have sound with the Firefox browser. Sound works for other browsers (Chrome, Safari, I.E.) but not for FF. I looked in options, plug ins, etc. I have done everything I could to get the sound to work again to no avail. This all started after the latest update for FF. Please help>

Your WiFi/Bluetooth chip has failed. Bring the phone (and $199 if outside the warranty period) to Apple for replaceement.
