Unfortunately I'm not sure there's much I can do to help. When your contacts are deleted it's not unusual to still see this when you text or use spotlight search. The device retains some residual contact information in cache memory even when the contacts are deleted. However, there's no way to access this directly, or transfer it back to your contacts on your device. If you have a backup of your device, you may be able to recover them by restoring to the entire backup, however this is not always successful. If you want to try, and your backup is in iCloud, use this procedure to prevent any recovered contacts from being overwritten by iCloud:
Ensure the device is connected to your local network.
Start the restore from iCloud back up.
Allow the devices settings to restore (watch for the confirmation of completion).
As the apps begin to restore pull the connection to your router WAN port (the one that goes to the telephone point).
Wait for the time out confirmation.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn off contact syncing (keep contacts when prompted).
Reconnect the router to the internet and let the restore process complete.
Delete the iCloud contacts from iCloud.com on a computer.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn on contact syncing (merge contacts when prompted).

By default Mac apps do not close when you close the window you were working in. Unlike in Windows when you click the top right X icon in any program is closes the window and the program shuts down. On Mac OS X clicking the X in the top left hand corner only closes that windows and leave the program running in the background. If they are left open and you reboot they will restart with the system and load a window for them.

There are no Skype Numbers registered on this account. If you have registered 2 Numbers on a different account you can cancel one at your Account Page. Cancellation will be effective on the renewal date. Skype Numbers aren't refundable.

The question I have is how are using your Apple ID on both of the iPhones. If it is just for purchases, then you can just have that Apple ID for purchases and then have separate accounts for iCloud to sync that data. Check out the article below for more information.

I am wondering how to download Mountain Lion onto my second iMac, after the initial install. I understand the purchase is for multiple computers, but I have completed the install on my first iMac.

Once you’ve purchased Mountain Lion, find the installer on your Mac. It’s called Install OS X Mountain Lion.app and it should have been downloaded to your main Applications folder (/Applications).
Right-click (or Control+click) the installer, and choose Show Package Contents from the resulting contextual menu.
In the folder that appears, open Contents, then open Shared Support; you’ll see a disk image file called InstallESD.dmg.
Launch Disk Utility.
Drag the InstallESD.dmg disk image into the bottom (empty area) of Disk Utility’s sidebar (on the left).
In Disk Utility, select InstallESD.dmg in the sidebar, and then click the Open button in the toolbar to mount the disk image’s volume in the Finder. The mounted volume is called Mac OS X Install ESD, and it also appears below InstallESD.dmg in Disk Utility.
Select Mac OS X Install ESD in Disk Utility’s sidebar, then click the Restore button in the main part of the window.
Drag the Mac OS X Install ESD icon into the Source field on the right (if it isn’t already there).

I have the iPhone 4S and have received a notice in the "settings" area indicating a "General" Software Update is available concerning fixes of bugs etc. I am sitting right next to my wi-fi network and am still unable to download and install the iOS7.0.2 download. You have a website listed on the window but that appears to be a non existant site and I cannot even communicate my problems to you via that site. What the heck is happening? You must update the apps with the Apple ID that they are purchased with.
The only way to get round this is to re-purchase the app with the new Apple ID.

First, I would advise you to apply Tao philosophy to this. Given the dysfunction of most software, if this was just an accidental copy and you don't want them on iPad and they are not showing up anyway, what's the problem? Forget it. It's not worth the hassles. I'm more concerned that you have psychological issues you need to be dealing with, not this. You are making much too unnecessary work and stress for yourself.
As for deleting them, I'm assuming you highlighted them and hit delete and it didn't work. If not, it should. Works for me. But if it doesn't, my advice is also not to worry about it, as annoying as the clutter is. It will eventually resolve itself (like when your data files corrupt or your iPad crashes, LOL. (I apologize for my cynicism but I am fed up with dysfunctional software). It's not worth the hassles of trying to figure out petty issues.
As for me, I have the opposite, and very serious problem. I've got Reader on my iPad too. But I can't move the pdfs out of it and onto my laptop with iTunes' dysfunctional file sharing. I get the error "file cannot be copied because you do not have permission to see its contents." I have hundreds of pdfs on my iPad that I converted from web surfing with other programs that also don't work and I can't get them off the iPad for backup and to have a synced library I can access from both laptop and iPad.
I called iTunes twice and both times they blamed it on the app, saying iTunes file sharing doesn't support third party apps and that I should call Adobe and talk them into writing the code that will work with iTunes. Yeah, right. And Reader is not the only problem. This is happening with iAnnotate and Write PDF and other apps.
I suspect that both of us have the root problem, perhaps Apple's greedy refusal to support the apps that it sells in the app store and are quasi-integrated enough to show up in the file sharing documents list, but can't be moved or deleted; and the apps that don't bother to make their apps fully work with iTunes file sharing.
If anyone has any solutions ......

Click on calendars at the bottom of the screen. Make sure that birthdays are checked.
We may think we have 1 calendar, but iPhone puts things in different calendars. Sometimes we can somehow lose one. Well not really lost, but somehow it just gets de-selected. So just make sure that all that you want to see are checked.
One cool thing I like about this is that they have added US Holidays which didn't used to be there like on most paper calendars. Nice to have them available now!

You don't need the iTunes app. If you can't connect to your computer that's not the reason. You connect using iTunes on your computer. Your computer must be running Snow Leopard for an iPhone 5.
