On iPhone 4s iCloud not remembering my password
Photostreaming was not working after working fine for a while. So I checked my account information and my password was not the correct length. I re-entered it in the iCloud setup page and it worked again. Now I cannot get it to work!
I first noticed the issue when trying to get the cloud to work with documents, and that is when I found the password issue.
Everytime I go back the password is incorrect. I enter the correct password and the phone verifies the password, but iCloud does not function for photostreaming or documents.
Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure you are logging into the various stores with your correct Apple Id. For some reason, both my iPad & iPhone reset themselves to my original Apple Id., but my purchases were made against my "[email protected]" Apple Id. Oh joy! A real pain in the rear, but having signed in with my [email protected] Apple Id. on both devices, everything works again.
I just love the way that little things have been changed in the iOS6 upgrade... OK, it asked me whether I wanted to associate my puchases with my [email protected] Id., but I didn't know what the implication of saying no was!

Well my iphone 5 does not remember my home network. This is not a problem with the wifi router as the ipad works absolutely fine. The wifi loses it connection in just 2 minutes. So could you please fix this problem.
Not unless the modem is causing a problem.
What you want to do is get it to work reliably over Ethernet first, then tackle wifi. Power off the modem. On your macbook, delete the Ethernet configuration and the Wifi configuration. Power up the modem, then connect the mac via Ethernet. Create the new Ethernet configuration and see if you can connect. -

I bought an iPhone 4 from a youngster who had put his own Apple ID on it but could not remember the password. I backed it up yesterday and restored to my new iPhone and it copied the Apple ID across too. Now I have 2 phones with it on. Anything I do?

when you start using iCloud on any iOS device and enable find my iPhone, this prevents a new user from using it, and also prevents anyone from using the phone
as it is locked to previous owners account ,this is also the case if when a phone is lost or stolen.
the only way around this is to have the previous owner reset their apple id by going to @ applied.apple.com
if they are unable to do this, then the only other way around this is to have the previous owner get a copy of their original receipt and call apple support who can then lift this lock if they get a copy of the receipt

If the iPad has Activation Lock - that is, it's asking for the previous owner's Apple ID and password to activate the device or to turn off Find My iPhone - then you will need that information. There's no way around it If your father can't remember the password, he'll need to recover it.

Then you'll NEVER be able to re-activate the phone. This is called Activation Lock & there is no way around it if you don't know that info.

I'm hope that someone can help as this problem is driving me NUTS.
Since I upgraded both my Iphone 4s and Ipad 3 to ISO6. I've had nothing but problems with Wi-Fi access, inititally neither machine would remember the home networks (or any others) then suddenly the IPad3 fixed itself but still my Iphone 4s will not retain the password.
It was always able without any problems to retain the passwords for any Wi-Fi networks before the upgrade - but no more.
I've tried pretty much everything that I read about from a reboot, resetting the wifi setting, resetting all settings, a factory reset and a restore - nothing helps! The iphone connects to the network no problem - but if you go out or if the phone locks and more than 30 minutes goes by - it'll have forgotten the networks and will require that you reenter the password. Which is getting more than annoying.
Given what I've tried I'm thinking that the software somehow got screwed up a little when it installed and I need to completely reinstall the ISO. I also noticed the personnel hotspot is missing!
Any help really appreciated as it's driving me crasy.
Richard.I read someone said you can tap on "other" when selecting which wifi you connect to and then entering the exact wifi name of the network you wish to join and the password and then joining that network allowed the password to be saved. Also with iOS 6 the minimum length of the password needs to be 8 characters. Maybe you password on your router is less than 8 characters long

Only the previous owner of the phone can help you with this. They have to provide the ID and password to activate the phone, or erase it and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515. Ever since I upgraded to IOS 7 on my iPad2, it does not remember my passwords, even though I check "keep me signed on". Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? I did not have this issue with the previous OS. Thank you.
Thank you, James, but I do have a WiFi connection on the iPad mini. The Numbers files update on my iPad third generation and iPhone just fine when connected to the same network.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
