If you mean consolidate in the iTunes sense of the word, "create a copy anything that is outside of the designated iTunes Media folder into the folder and link iTunes to the new copy" then select some tracks, right -click on them and click Consolidate Files... or for your whole library use File > Library > Organize Library > Consolidate files.
Note the above process makes copies of your files. Depending on how much needs to be consolidated this can consume a considerable amount of disc space. You should always maintain a backup of your media, but if you want to consolidate without this side effect then use my script ConsolidateByMoving.
If you mean "putting broken up albums back together" then generally all you need to do is fill in an appropriate Album Artist. For more details see my article on Grouping Tracks Into Albums, in particular the topic One album, too many covers.
