On-Line Store, doesn't work, oh well
This is the text from my issue with the on-line store. I
think that this needs to be raised so macromedia product support
can learn (again) from their lack of real customer service. The
basic message seems to be, "we don't know what the problem is and
we don't care, so I'm going to close the call, get lost".

Hi, I don't know what's going on with the on-line store but I
would like to upgrade to Captivate 3, however the on-line store
will not accept my credit card. I use the same card for all
purchases, and I used the SAME credit card to purchaseCaptivate 2
only a few months ago. Can someone please call me to rectify this
problem. I am currently in XXXXXXX, but I use the Australian Store.

For the can't connect to the iTunes store issue...
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again.

Installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo reinstalls the App Store for you. It's ok to do this even though you are already running v10.6.8
Restart your Mac after the combo is installed. Then try the App Store.
If that didn't help, if you have anti virus software installed, you need to disable that. And third party apps such as Little Snitch can prevent access to the App Store as well. -
My home button doesn't work very well, I reset and restored my Ipod but it still doesn't work
I've had this 4th gen. IPod since about mid-June, and it worked fine up until about a month ago. The home button doesn't work very well, and by that I mean if I'm in an app and hit the button once, it won't respond, or it'll think I hit it twice. If I hit the button twice, it either won't respond, or it will think I hit it once. I took it to the Apple store where they reset it. They said that if that didn't work, then to restore it. Well since resetting it didn't work, I restored it, and that didn't work either. I've had the same generation IPod before and never had this problem. Any advice?

The left part of the screen doesn't work very well
The left part of the screen doesn't work very well. It's hard to erase a letter, and impossible to me to insert the "P".
Does it means that I need to replace the screen? Or there is a other solution?Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.
If you've gone through ALL the troubleshooting steps and you're still having the problem, then you most likely have a hardware issue and will need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation. -
My App store doesn´t work under my user. Everything is ok if I start with a guest user. I have a Yosemite MacBook Pro. How can I solve this? Because I'm unable to open the App Store, Mail, Contacts and so on. Please can you help me.

The SD Button in the Apple Store doesn't work whenever I click it for seasons of TV Shows seasons I have already downloaded from, it works perfectly fine for shows I haven't downloaded an episode from but not for shows I have downloaded anything from. I can click the button but it doesn't open up a new menu anyway and just stays on the HD menu, this is annoying because not only does it cost more for HD but it is a much larger download that I want.
I have updated to the latest iTunes but this hasn't helped the problem, I am considering re-installing iTunes but will that mean that I have to download the other shows again before I can watch them? Or do they remain downloaded? Just because I don't want to spend a lot of data re-downloading everything I have already downloaded.Update: I've just figured out that the SD button doesn't work if the 'Buy Complete Season' button is blue, if it isn't blue then the menu can alternate between the HD and SD options easily but if it is blue then it won't switch between HD and SD. This is just getting weirder as I continue investigating...
So it seems that if the button for buying the rest of the season is light blue then that means I can only purchase in HD? Is this a software issue? -

I understand that you are unable to connect to the App Store on your iPhone. Here is the troubleshooting article that I would go through when experiencing this issue.
Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update(iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clickingCheck for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guidefor your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.

why does fcpx suddenly stops reading audio files? ever since i upgraded to Yosemite. Than when I check it on my hard drive it doesn't work as well. Only this file. Am in a trouble of delivering now. Any help?
Could be systems logs or some other system file growing.
Use OmniDiskSweeper or DaisyDisk to map what's being used.

You cannot roll back. Only a Nokia care point can do that for you. If you have tried the hard reset and format of the memorycard with no luck - I would take it to a Nokia care point anyway to get it sorted.

I have bought a new iMac 27 inch and the app store doesn't work. I get message of updates available but I can't select or download any app. Googling this learned me other people have the same problem but I have no solution. Can anyone help me ?
Try changing the country setting to something else than where you live. Scroll down to the bottom of the App Store main page and click the flag icon in the lower right.

I reset modem and router. Still have the same issue. I have a laptop connected to the network as well as a PS3. Both are working great. Did a Speedtest app test on iphone. With 3g it was working good. When i switched to wifi, it was trying to get the ping test accomplished, and could not. it was stuck in the ping test at 0% for a long time and never progress.

Solaris 10 DVD ISO - no file extensions?!
So I download the Solaris DVD image in 5 parts. They come zipped, which is fine. So I extract them all into one directory. Then I go to put them onto a DVD... But the DVD doesn't even recognize them as image files! I know they can't all be .iso, beca
