? on Mac App Apple Software Purchase Can You Put on 1 Mac?

Hi, Not the best Title (or Post)
I am considering purchasing 1 (Garageband 11" App from the Mac App Store) and Possibly iPhoto
I read (I thought*) that if You purchased a Mac App You Could share it on other (compatible)
Mac's in Your Home and on your Network (if You have one) it would be on a Intel imac
running OSX 10.6.8 and a Dec 2009 Mac Book Pro also running OSX 10.6.8
The Family Pack Disk is 5 users and > than needed, and the Single User (disk)
would leave us short (and 3 out of 5 applications were updated also)
Its possible only will get one Mac App now (Garageband) and review iPhoto
as the reviews do not seem great, iMovie would be the 3rd but we do not have a Video Camera
and IDVD and iWeb are unchanged
To make a lon post short can You Purchase and Share X 1 (or is it related to the Cloud?) perhaps their is where
I read it (I have a ipod Touch 2nd Generation and will not update to iOS5 (4.2.1 max) and G-Band on a Ipod Touch
would need extra peripehrals and iPad would be cool (but I am short $500.00 ha)

I apprecite Your input and (from what I checked) these ar Mac Apps from the Mac App store
(not Itunes store iOS Apps for iPad (do not own one, iPod Touch or iPhone) it would be for *Home
use and Garageband (alone) or also iPhoto , So I would log in with Apple ID amd initially purchase
(x 1) and for other Mac hit installl *sighning in with my Apple ID on the other Mac , Just verifying
