On many webpages, an answer is popping up while I complete a field. I do not want Firefox remembering what I type after I leave a page. How can I stop it?

For example: I was filling out a form on a website I had never been to before, which requested my e-mail address. After I had typed a few characters, a floating box appeared just below the form's field, containing one of my e-addresses (similar to but not the one I was inputting). I do not want Firefox to keep enough knowledge to allow other people to pretend to be me (even on my home computer).

Do the following:
# Open the Firefox options
# Click on the Privacy tab
# Change the History settings to Use Custom Settings...
# Uncheck the Remember Search and Form Data option

How can I stop Firefox from asking me over and over (even on pages with no flash content) to install Flash? I don't want Flash installed and this stupid pop-up.

So even when I load up websites (like ones we here at my job have created) with very simple HTML and absolutely nothing Flash related, I still get a pop-up asking me to install flash (pops down from the URL bar at left.) How can I stop this without disabling all plug-in updates?
Moreover, why in the name of all that's good is it asking me about Flash when I have no pages open with anything remotely Flash like on them?

I do not see why this should happen because of Firefox. Maybe you have some sort of adware on your system.

Try Firefoxin safe mode to rule out your standard extensions. if that does not solve the problem then scan for malware with multiple and up-to-date tools.
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

Hopefully this will help you. Try placing your iPad in recovery mode again. You may have to try this a few times.

You may have an unwanted extension that is modifying sites (or the toolbar area). Try this:
Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that flush the tab?

You cannot delete the iCloud account that is signed on to Find My iPhone unless you know the password. This is called the Activation Lock:
ACTIVATION LOCK
It is an anti-theft security measure that is a part of iOS 7. You can only get around this by following the steps in this support article:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
Contact your friend. This is the only way around the lock.

Yes - I connected my phone to my computer / Itunes and went into the apps section, but from there I have no idea how to manage the push notifications. I even tryied going into itunes that is installed on my phone. I still cannot find anyplace to manage these popups. I have also gone into settings - notifiations - and tried turning all notifications for these apps all off but that didnt work either. I was messing around with some certificates trying to get Office Communicator to work on my Mac here at work.
Ever since then the keychain dialog box continually pops up asking for my X509Anchors password. I know the password, my problem is that this dialog box continually pops up. CalendarAgent is the main app that keeps trying to access it, though others do occasionally as well.

That entry in your keychain may be damaged. In the /Applications/Utilities/ folder, launch Keychain Access. At the left, the upper item selected should be login, and the lower on Passwords. At the right, locate (if it's obviously named), the item for X509Anchors and remove it. Close Keychain Access. Then next time you visit the site this is for, it will ask for your login information as if it were your first visit. Enter your info and a new keychain link will be created.

Try trashing the .plist with CharacterViewer in its name in Home/Library/Preferences. To get to Home/Library you may need to hold the option key down while you do Finder > Go.

You might have an app or iTunes purchase that belongs to a different Apple ID. Look very carefully at the popup and make sure it is referenceing your correct Apple ID.
