On Mothers day, my 6 Yr old grandson charged lots of Dino Dollars to my account and I ned you to help remove them. They were plating with an app that was charging real money !! The bank callled me. HELP!
Help!! I need someone to eliminate the charges on my Visa on May 8, 2011. They were accidentally put on my account by my 6 year old grandson.!! He had no idea what he was doing. He does not read well-barely at all!!! He was playing a game on my iphone and the Bank called and told me someone had stolen my credit card!! I was shocked!!!! The bank stopped one of the charges and told me to call you!!!But, the number given to me said to write to supprot. So,Please help rectify this situation.

Is it possible that you are using the same password for the old O2 Study and newer O2 Apple Base Station networks?
If so, Keychain Access is storing the old information about the old network and may be associating it with your AirPort Extreme settings based on the BSSID that William has mentioned.
If that's the case, open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > KeyChain Access and look for a listing with the old network name. Delete this entry. You may need to power down both the computer and the AirPort Extreme and restart them. -
I had downloaded this app before it was removed from the App store but I accidentally deleted it off my phone. It says it's back up with iCloud but I don't know how to get it back onto my phone. Is that even possible?
Not unless it is in your iTunes library. If so, you can sync it back to your phone. If not, you can't get it back.
This is why you want to always transfer your purchases to iTunes by connecting your phone to your computer, opening iTunes and going to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Or, turn on Automatic Downloads in iTunes by going to iTunes>Preferences>Devices (Mac) or Edit>Preferences>Devices (PC). -

You can't, at best you could Restore the iPad using the latest back up to get back to the time the back up was made. If you backed up the iPad after you deleted the app you will have to start over.

If the old laptop was a mac also, then use your Time Machine backup to restore you user settings and files.

If it's a charge though your iTunes Store account, it should be reflected in your Purchase History:

If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly or your credit card number has been stolen and used by someone else in another iTunes Store account rather than an unauthorized purchase through your account. In either case it will be up to your bank to handle.

Hi All, i recently done a back up and update & restore, but ive lost my notes, my text messages and my reminders and notes on the calender, i also have lost the data i had in an app which was very important to me. Please Please help me, i,m total novice.
I did this back up because i was instructed by my service provider. This was supposed to sort out my losing connection problem, which it didn't, it instead gave me a new problem. If there is anyone out there who can help me to retrieve my lost information i would appreciate it.
Thank You in advance.You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

I was able to use the findmyiphone app last week, but now I have been getting an error message "Can't load findmyiphone. There was a problem loading the application." please help as we are trying to locate an ipod with pics of a no deceased loved one.
Had the same problem and the same message -- was suddenly unable to access icloud apps on my pc, also using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer. After several days of pulling my hair out, decided to try a different browser and was able to get in by using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. Hope this helps.

I'd like to watch movies and TV shows, downloaded from iTunes or Amazon, on my MacBook Pro Retina, but they all look like they were filmed with an old sock over the lens. Daytime sequences look muddy, and night time sequences are incomprehensible with anything but the brightest objects rendered as black. I can watch the same files on my old MacBook Air and everything looks right, but no manner of tweaking seems to let me watch movies on my new machine.
I've tried adjusting the gamma. It's a bit better when gammas is set to 1.0, but I can't seem to set a gamma less than one. I tried using the Accessibility Contrast control, but it just lowers the contrast, swallowing my desktop into the dark abyss. I tried Applecare, but they don't have a clue. I tried the Apple Store. The "genius" confirmed that it is indeed impossible to watch movies shot anywhere but in the brightest sunlight on a MacBook Pro Retina, and it isn't just my machine, but every similar model in the store. He arranged for someone who really understands color profiles to give me a call, but Apple seems to have dropped the ball on this.
Is there some tool for stretching out the darker grays in Apple video? I don't want calibration. My impression is that my display, like the dozens I checked at the Apple Store are calibrated to make all dimmer grays appear completely black. I want uncalibration so I can actually see what is going on in the movies even if something is in a light shadow or shot at night. Hollywood has lots of trained technicians who can light and shoot night scenes that are quite comprehensible. I've watched a number of such scenes on my old MacBook Air. Now, I'd like to enjoy their artistry on my MacBook Pro Retina.http://www.ifixit.com/ has directions for do it yourself. Also look at PRAM battery instructions, as sometimes this can fix optical drive issues.
